    Waiting room when not opting a loaner

    I have owned 4 Infiniti cars in the past 9 years. Needless to say I have enjoyed them and I like this dealership. I love their professionalism especially in the service department where I recently took my car. They really put the customer first. Their waiting room has been totally refurbished and has many amenities such as fresh baked goods, up-to-date reading material, computers and drinks that you would expect from a dealership. In this particular visit I did not go into the sales area but I do know from previous times that the sales people and management are excellent.

    The service staff tries to be very accommodating. The prices at this dealership is competitive with private shops.

    Great experience buying my used car. The salesman was not pushy, car was exactly as advertised and the buying experience was extremely easy.

Either that, or their engines last four years…read more Bought here, brand new, in 2021 Last month I took it in to Porsche Monmouth for an oil change. Next day I had engine troubles. Porsche told me to tow it in. Sounded serious. They inspected, called to say "I am going to transfer you to sales to purchase a new one" Then explained either that or I can pay 40k for a new engine (6 figures for a car 4 years ago and it needs a new engine) Left me with no loaner and no car for two weeks. After complaints and letting them know that every mechanic I spoke with told me the mechanics here destroyed your car, and multiple calls to Porsche NA (who informed me they will do nothing to fix the problem) I got a loaner, then "we can take 5k off the price" HAHAHAHAHAH. Weeks later I finally had it and gave a more aggressive call and then they come back with $15k off a $40k engine replacement. They then suggest to try insurance. So my insurance totals my car, says the repair cost is more than the cars value, and now 4 years, tens of thousands in yearly maintenance and 100k later I have no car. Cherry on top - they are charging me a fee for looking at the engine they destroyed and charging me for towing my car in (after telling me the tow would be free) Really? Kick you while you're down after totaling and junking your car. zero accountability.

I had all the information I needed without pressure when I was making my decisions. The finance manager Gina was super prepared and the transaction was quick and easy with no surprises and no confusion. I would highly recommend Porsche Monmouth.

She really took time on a busy day to show my Mom all cars that she might like. Test drove until my Mom felt comfortable with what she was buying. She spent time with her after the purchase and went thru everything in the car in detail with my Mom. Laura has always been a non pressure salesperson who is very helpful with suggestions. Laura set up an appointment so when we arrived we wouldn't have to wait long. I have to say Laura is the only reason why I return to Galaxy. Has nothing to do with Laura as she is sales............... 1 star for Financial Dept - So regarding the financial department just decline all they want to sell you as you don't need it! - they try to sell you all these extra policies and scare you if you don't get gap insurance. Wanted to give us gap for a negotiated price of $25 a month. Decline and go to your own insurance company. We paid $30 for the entire year

I noticed the key to the wheel locks was missing and tried calling their service department to simply check if they might have had it on hand/around the shop (they apparently serviced the car and did a tire rotation, so they must have used it). All I asked was if they could check around to see if it was on hand. She nastily refused to entertain the question and told me to call Driveway instead. According to the receptionist, this is a rule from her manager. She was nasty in delivery, shared no real logic behind that rule, and didn't offer any solutions other than to effectively say "not our problem" when all I asked for was to see if they had a key that should have been with the car I bought off their lot in the first place. Whether Driveway (again, a parent entity) was involved, they were paid for the inventory and received my trade in. The fact that there was such bad service is a joke considering I was just asking for them to look. The receptionist clearly demonstrated little to no commercial awareness, because what should have been a simple transaction that would have been at no expense to either party has now turned into an unnecessarily negative experience because of her laziness and a terrible attitude that didn't need to be put on a customer who would have otherwise left a positive review.
