Formally expressing our extreme dissatisfaction with the persistent issues regarding our 2025 QX80, which we picked up in August 2025 from Flemington Infiniti. Since that time, we have been utilizing Circle Infiniti for service, and I must report that the entire staff has been unprofessional, disrespectful, and condescending. They have provided NO assistance, frequently choosing to blame the customer rather than addressing the vehicle's faults. According to their staff, there is never anything wrong with the vehicle and they claim they are unable to duplicate the issues we are experiencing. Due to this lack of resolution, I have already contacted the corporate office and the matter has been escalated to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Furthermore, our appointment yesterday with the regional technician was highly unsatisfactory.  Nicholas Flamini, the technician from PA and the staff at Circle Infiniti exhibited unprofessional behavior that was neither helpful nor constructive and in fact extremely condescending.  Nicholas was unhelpful and dismissive, implying that our concerns were untruthful and irrational. We have been addressing these ongoing issues for several months. Our primary concern remains the safety of this vehicle, which is particularly distressing given a monthly lease payment of over $1,200. Rest assured we've been trying to seek solutions regarding the ongoing issues with no intent of terminating the lease agreement.  The level of service provided by Infiniti throughout this process has been deeply disappointing and falls well short of professional standards.  We expected higher quality and reliability from this Vehicle and Circle Infiniti Service Staff. We do NOT recommend CIRCLE Infiniti, STAY AWAY !! A few Issues encountered: - AC shuts off in hot summer in the middle of a long drive and AC button activated when starting car in the winter. - door handles making noise when putting vehicle in drive sounds like a grinding - when stepping on brakes sounds like air coming out of it every time when braking - when putting vehicle in reverse driver side mirror stays facing down - headrest doesn't always connect to call has to end call and redial to be heard on second attempt - suspension keeps randomly adjusting at stop light; vehicle will lift and lower itself over and over - when takes off from a stop or when tries to pass someone rpms will spike up sounds like engine is racing, but has no power just revvs up and sits still - Infiniti puddle lamp/door light intermittently does not light up - Radio volume can't be changed just stays at same volume - Back up camera doesn't always work - Remote start doesn't always work from app or key read more

Website advertising for service is very deceiving. They say they will march any price plus 5%. What they don't tell you when you're already there is that a an online ad isn't good enough and they want you to get a printed installed estimate. Well friends, that is nothing short of impossible. No other shops are gonna do that. For that little scam they have going on, I will never go back there. read more

I have owned 4 Infiniti cars in the past 9 years. Needless to say I have enjoyed them and I like this dealership. I love their professionalism especially in the service department where I recently took my car. They really put the customer first. Their waiting room has been totally refurbished and has many amenities such as fresh baked goods, up-to-date reading material, computers and drinks that you would expect from a dealership. In this particular visit I did not go into the sales area but I do know from previous times that the sales people and management are excellent. read more

I used to work with John at Circle, and he was fantastic. He's sadly no longer there. BEWARE - THIS PLACE IS NOW A SCAM. I went in for merely an oil change. I wound up having an issue with Ann Maria (who egregiously lacked professionalism) regarding the price quoted for additional service that was claimed necessary. Even worse, I figured out shortly after picking up my car that it was the exact same work recently done there at Circle. I was told 3 times that the service manager would speak to or call me. No in-person communication and no call. I also contacted Infiniti corporate. Circle told Infiniti corporate an entirely new (and also inapplicable) story than they told me as to why they they needed to do the service. When I corrected them, they put up even another excuse that also doesn't apply to my situation. Infiniti corporate's solution was for me to call the service manager because "he would be happy to speak to me." Shamefully inadequate, given that he had 3 prior opportunities and chose to avoid the situation every time. The experience is incredibly disappointing given that I have driven an Infiniti for the better part of the last 20 years. I used to be able to trust Infiniti. I get my car serviced here and its a decent dealer. Pros: -The service itself is alright i suppose, nothing to write home about(People are fairly friendly, mostly...) -The few times i actually had trouble with my car they were nice enough to schedule me in for an earlier service to fix it. -Compared to what my friend has to pay for his regular service at ray catena's lexus its fairly cheap here. -Complimentary car wash. -Dude actually remembered my name when i went in to pick up my car, small thing but it matters sometimes. Cons: -You have to return loaner's with the same amount of fuel that you took it out in. (is the economy that bad?) -I had NO treads left on my tire. figure they wouldve told me as i'm not a mechanic or anything, but they never even mentioned it to me. -They say they top of fluids but do they realli? i wonder sometimes... -You have to give them your insurance info now, b4 you get a loaner. kind of a hassle. (ray catena doesn't ask this from u) It would be cool if they could take care of a few of the points i mentioned and then they would truly be competing with lexus in terms of service; but all in all nothing too horrible to write about. *Note for buyers: this is the only infiniti dealer in the area, so there isn't much in terms of price competetiveness. I was considering gettin my 07 g35 here when i was first looking but they wouldn't even consider matching the $$ at the time. Ask for ANDY! We searched for months online to find the best stylish, practical, affordable & reliable vehicle & we found it HERE! After test-driving too many cars that would have been either a compromise on what we wanted or way over our budget, or going to dealerships that jacked up the advertised prices, acted as if they were doing US a favor or were too big to be personal, we found this beautiful dealership (in spite of the construction) that's small, friendly AND efficient. There was absolutely no pressure and all the details were worked through seamlessly by Andy Gagliardi in his relaxed & friendly way. We purchased a pre-owned and it needed a few tweaks from the service department but ANDY took care of everything in record time. The one & only negative was that before negotiating the price I failed to make sure there were 2 sets of keys for the "keyless" ignition. We had to pay almost $400 just to get a spare from a locksmith after purchasing! I would have offered less upfront knowing I had to cover this expense... but won't make that mistake again! Avoid this dealer if possible. It took me two months to get back the deposit, which was required to reserve/order a car, but after the deal fell through - mainly because the finance rate printed on the agreement was different than what was agreed verbally. To be more specific, unless you are absolutely and positively know that you are buying an Infinity and that you have a written commitment for financing rate - DO NOT give them a single penny nor your personal information. I literally had to call the sales person and the finance manager at least 2 time or more per week multiplied by 8 weeks to get the $500 dollars back. At a personal level, one of their sales rep: John DeVoid appeared to be a decent guy, but then the overall experience was poor and Circle Infinity was ready to take advantage over a female customer. read more

Took my QX 56 for service for a recall issue and my car still hasn't been returned to me. They have had it since 1/10, today is 1/29!!! No one has returned my calls, I have left multiple messages requesting a service manager to call me back - no one has updated me as to the status of my car. What's worse is, initially we were told it would be 2-3 days and they would not be able to give us a loaner car. Why? No one knows! It has been a nightmare trying to get my three kids to school and after school activities with my husband and I both working full time! I WILL NEVER recommend their service department! Great service dept! Worked with me until I was satisfied with the result! Bought a used EX (as is)... and within a few weeks the front end shimmy was making me crazy. Brought it in an they repaired it and split the cost with me. Few weeks later- had to go back for some flashing dash lights, fixed at no cost to me! They are customer service oriented! My car was recently totaled (not my fault) and I plan to purchase another vehicle from the because my salesman was great! (mark bahary). No games, no gimmicks and no funny stuff!! I have never felt taken advantage of and always feel as though they are dealing with me in an honest and forthright fashion. That is what I need and what I expect from my local car dealership. As for the Infiniti vehicle itself --- I think the quality of the car speaks for itself. Over three months we took it slow and shopped around at lots of different dealers - I could make a day out of posting one and two star reviews for those places. Lots of what you expect the car buying process to be....endless haggling, psychological warfare, etc. Not here! We were very lucky to have met Mark our salesperson that day and I can tell you that working with him was our best car buying experience we've had so far. We knew what model /options we were interested in and just browsed- and he took it from there. They bought out the lease on the vehicle we drove onto the lot in and by 5pm we had our new truck- all in the same day. Dealt with the others.... working with Mark was very easy and the good communication he had with management allowed us to get a great price on the car with relatively little back and forth. Called Service on Thursday afternoon and spoke to Pam due to a loud noise commingfrom the engine on my wife's Suv. Pam was terrific and told us to bring it in the next day and she will have a loaner ready for my wife. I expected to be in the loaner for days but how bout for a few hours. Not only did they fix the noise they proformed a few recalls and updates that needed to be done. I had a very shady experience there. I stopped in earlier this month for a test drive. Liked the car a lot, went to lunch to think about it, and came back about an hour later planning on driving off the lot with the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when the sales person told me the window sticker was "wrong" and proceeded to add TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to the starting price of the car I wanted to buy, expecting me to just accept that new price and continue. I'm no lawyer, but I'm pretty sure it's illegal to clearly advertise one price, then try to charge another. It left such a bad taste in my mouth that I left and will absolutely never return there. But on the bright side, I'm very pleased with the car I ended up purchasing from a different dealership. read more

"0 Rating". I purchased a used car (Honda pilot) in Circle Infiniti with one month warranty or 1000miles. Unfortunately, the engine light came on during the warranty period. I brought my car back to the dealer. After inspection, the mechanic gave me the report, that claimed "there is something wrong with catalytic converter both metal gaskets before/after and oxygen sensors on the catalytic converter. Must order OEM Honda catalytic converter." Also the mechanic told me they replaced my defective converter with an old catalytic converter because a new one was not in stock. The mechanic promised when the new catalytic converter comes, he will change. I was satisfied and made an appointment for the following Saturday. However, I had to reschedule because my work schedule changed. When I attempted to reschedule with the salesman, he told me to just drive the car as much as I can and see if the light is on again. I decided to call Circle Infiniti directly to make an appointment but failed. Unexpected the sales manager (Steve) called me and said the same as what the salesman said "keep driving until the light comes back on". I told him that it was not okay to have my car temporarily repaired with an old converter. He said the car was pre-owned anyway. Then I sent him an email clearly stating the whole thing. Surprisingly, the sales manager told me a new story "we had cleaned the sensor we did not change the converter. We ordered a replacement catalytic converter in the event it needs to be replaced." Even worse Steve also claimed my Honda car was not taken to a Honda shop for any sort of problem-check or repair. All this sensor cleaning and tampering took place at a "local auto-repair facility". Circle Infiniti should be a reputable service, so the second-hand methods they employed threw me. I even requested a service report of the work done on my vehicle to corroborate his claims, and till now, nothing has been provided. Infiniti is a big, well-established dealership who has been in this business for years. This is also part of the reason I chose to buy a pre-owned vehicle from this center. However, I was involved in many troubles. In addition, I am not sure what Steve did with my vehicle and it is now safe to keep driving or not. I even asked the executive manager for some help, but he chose to trust his employee's words. read more

I have truly never had a better experience at a dealership. My salesman Evan was not only efficient and as fair as he possibly could be, but also very patient. I didn't exactly give him an easy time, since I've had such horrendous experiences and have been treated horribly by dealers in the past(see Windsor Nissan review, east Windsor NJ). Evan remained patient and professional and got me as close to the payment I wanted as he could. He followed up with me throughout the process via text on his own time and assured me the car would be mine, and he followed through. The day I went to purchase the car, Evan wasn't there but he set me up with Don to finalize paperwork. Don was also very friendly and thorough. Upon test driving the car, I noted that upon breaking the car felt a little shaky, Evan suggested that it may be the rotors needing to be resurfaced. After talking, Evan said he would make me an appt to have them serviced free of charge. The service appointment was about a week after my purchase, and it was also a very impressive experience. I was given a beautiful loaner car to get around in while my car was serviced, and the staff was great(John). My only gripe is that the front desk receptionist is rude, and not knowledgeable about the car buying process... But overall I am very impressed with this dealership and I love my g25x ! read more

When dealership goes the extra mile to help a damsel in distress you MUST scream it from the highest mountain. Girl friends 2012 SUV had a wiper situation , me being dutiful boyfriend looks at it and see's it just a simple fix of tightening a loose nut.Called Infiniti roadside assistance & they only would come out for dead battery or a flat or if we wanted a tow to dealer..On presidents day you know dealership is swamped and they weren't sure they could get her the car back in time for her to go to work. Because it's a leased vehicle & I didn't have my tools I called Circle Infiniti & the GM jumped in & sent out a gentleman who lived nearby to make the quick fix.girlfriend was happy , gentleman refused t take a gratuity I offered and said "We are Circle Infiniti It's what we do for our customers" Great job guys ! read more

My favorite place for service for 6 years so far. Customer service is great. Pam in Service always takes good care of me. They call me when they say they will call me. Loaner cars are very convenient. They don't pressure me into getting any service that I don't want but they do go over in detail everything I do need to know. Bryan wanted me to change my review about their dealership to a positive one before earning a positive experience with me. Most customers don't give a place a second chance. What is wrong with this dealership. They could have sold me a car, gave me the royal treatment and I could have updated my review of this place as a positive experience. I could not write a positive experience before one was earned. Bryan did a lot of things right but a customer like myself looks at the whole picture. Even though the little things that bothered me about this place just took preference over my whole experience. I don't like writing negitive reviews so I tried my best to give this dealership a chance to change my experience. Brian Conway told me to go buy a car from somewhere else and wish me good luck and part as friends. So thats what I will do. This place does not believe in the customer is always right theory. Just one last thought the owner of this place Ed Lennon after leaving him 3 messages and 2 emails never once contacted me back. I told Brian I an willing to give them another opportunity in trying to make me a happy customer. This review and my review prior has nothing to do with the deal itself. My review was not written to try to get a better deal. It was about my experience with Bryan and John prior to finishing our deal. I am also willing to update my criteria rating with this dealership. First my kid rolled down the window in the back a little and John got a little testy with my kid. Second he was very jumpy when I was driving and I could not understand why since I am a very good driver. I even said whats a matter to him and he told me he thought that truck was going to come over to my lane. When I was sitting down with John I explained to him while he was doing the paperwork that I had no way to get my car home. Since it was only 4:30 and your placed closes at 6:00 I said I could drive to pickup my wife. Which was about 1/2 hour away or can someone for the dealership go pickup my wife so she can drive one of the cars home. John told me he was tired and worked a long day and wanted to go home. I told John well I am sorry if your tired but I am the customer and buying a 36,000 car and that is too bad. From the way John was dressed and the cockyness about this guy I would assume he is related in someway to the family owners of this dealership. Anyway I was very annoyed by John's comments and Sales Manager Byan's pushiness just made things worse. I told Brian I would come back then Monday morning and we could finish the deal. Now at this point my kids were telling me they were hungry. Before I sat down with John I told him I was going to order a Pizza for my kids. He never gave me the opportunity or could care less if my kids got to eat. Now reading your Guiding Principles I had to laugh. They treated me as I was purchasing a 50k car, they had me sold & written up within an hour, only thing left is to pick up car the next day, & I could of left the same day, their pricing on the used cars are great & Dom "my salesman" was great. I don't usually write these reviews, but I'm feeling the urge to do so for this dealership because I was, quite frankly, surprised by how they treated me - especially their parts manager Jim Russo. I was driving around in my 2002 Nissan with the "Service Engine" light on for a few weeks. As I was driving down Rt. 36 to Red Bank, I spotted this Infiniti dealership. I figured they should be able to figure out the issues with my car since Infiniti and Nissan are the same thing. I had actually gone into a few other shops previously to diagnose what the issues were. They all told me, "It could be this, or it could be that, or it could be a combination of this and that; we need more time to figure out what's wrong with it; etc.," which all sounded to me like they were going to replace everything and charge me for them. I pulled into the valet at Circle Infiniti, and was standing outside my car for a few minutes because I didn't see anybody around and I wasn't sure if I should just leave my car there. Jim came out and asked me if I needed help. He was very nice. I explained to him about the "Service Engine" light and all the things other shops told me, and Jim said it would take about an hour for him to take a look at what's going on. I was going to wait around, but, to my surprise, Jim offered me a loaner car. It was around lunch time, and he said he thought I might grab something to eat rather than wait around at the dealership. I mean, I wasn't even driving an Infiniti, and Jim treated me like I just bought a new Infiniti from him! So, I left my car with Jim, and took the loaner car to Red Bank to take care of business. Within an hour, I got a phone call from Jim. I was on my way back to the dealership, so I told him I'll be back in about five minutes. When I came back, Jim took the time to explain what was going on with my car. It wasn't one of those, "It'll be anywhere from $300 to $1200 to fix the car" - he actually explained in details and told me what my options were. And the estimate he gave me was lower than the estimates other shops gave me as their "best case scenario." It's not true that dealerships always charge premium - at least not at this dealership. For the kind of service I received, I'd have been happy to pay double of what I paid to fix my car. I'm going to recommend this service department to everybody I know. Thank you Jim! read more

After receiving a rather scathing response from another dealer after reviewing my lease contract with Circle Infiniti, I was more than upset and previously wrote a review expressing my dissatisfaction. Within days, I was contacted by the General Manager, Dave Difilipo asking if he could address my issues and clear up any mis-information I may have received. I also happened to have needed maintainence (oil change plus a nail in my tire) which Dave took care of for me right away which was very generous. He then took the time to examine the terms of my lease with me. I realized there was a miscommunication between myself and the sales person rather than a deception. Clearly the other dealership that gave me the aforementioned review was looking to discredit Infiniti in order to gain my business. As the GM I know he has a million things on his plate. It was nice to feel like I mattered enough as a customer to take the time. Thank you! read more
