Bacon, egg and cheese egg drop with kimchi and sauces on the side.
    Andrea B.

I have tried Buldogis at the Ft Apache location and really wasn't impressed. Originally I think it was overhyped and something anyone with kitchen experience can make at home. Today I decided to give them another try, but at the Eastern location. Entering the restaurant I was immediately greeted and offered a menu . I placed my order and was given some suggestions for my sandwich. My wait was less than ten minutes. (That's a star) There were only a few people in the restaurant but I noticed one older guy by himself having a pleasant conversation with one of the staff, which I thought, that's not something you see too much anymore in a fast food restaurant. (That's a star) Anyway, my order was ready and I brought it home. It's about a 15 minute drive, but It was still hot and hadn't tipped over in the bag or leaked out. (That's a Star) My order was satisfying and more than enough for one person- I'll probably save what I didn't eat for later. (That's a star) I think the location makes the difference, and I am glad the one at Eastern didn't have all the hype and excitement inside, because the food is good and the service was great. I hope this location has enough business to stay open.

    Kimchi egg drop with sausage

I came on a weekend for lunch and it wasn't that crowded. We ordered at the counter and was brought the food to the seating. Plenty of parking and seating. The place was nice and felt like a fast food vibes. The service was fast and very friendly! Kimchi egg cheese and sausage (added 5 extra dollars for sausage) with garlic toast 7/10: this was pretty good and flavorful. The toast was really soft and buttery. The sweet mayo they have really unique and we ordered extra on the side! However my only complaint was the price .. it's about $17 for this. Despite being small it is pretty heavy but I don't think there was any standouts to make it this pricey. Kimchi tots 6/10: we got the small size and it was indeed really small. I felt like for 13+ dollars it doesn't really warrant the price. There wasn't really much special about it. The bacon pieces were also kinda hard. Overall food is good but pricey. Service was good and the place was clean!

The service is excellent here. They made the wrong food for me but replaced it with my correct order and even let me keep wrong order. Id rather much they do that than throw it away. My husband loved the pickled cucumbers. The food is decent here. Its not particularly my flavor profile, but better than a lot of other places. Its spacious in here and quiet.

Such a friendly staff! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and they checked on us throughout our meal. They are open for breakfast, brunch lunch closing at 3 pm. The menu includes breakfast sandwiches with eggs, a variety of hot dogs, soups, salads and kid friendly options. We tried the Hawaiian hot dog and it was delicious. Also ordered the traditional lemonade which paired perfectly with the hot dog.

So many good brunch choices here! They've got egg sandos and Korean hot dogs and rice bowls and more! They're open from 7am-3pm. We ordered eggdropp sandwiches with the regular toasted garlic herb bread. It's a thick slice of bread cut in half and holds all the breakfast stuffing of eggs cheese and things. They have all kinds of flavor combos to choose from! Eggdropp: - Meggadropp: bacon, sausage, tots - Beef Bulgogi - my fave!

Came to Buldogis after hearing a lot of social media hype, and a coworker saying we have one on our side of town. This location is situated in the back corner of the shopping plaza, adjacent to an empanada spot. There is ample parking, and inside there is plenty of seating and a large menu on the wall to help you out. Being as it was my first time, I didn't know what to order, so I asked the cashier. She was super friendly and told us about the popular menu options and the best way to order it. I went with her recommendation and I was in LOVE. I got their Egg Drop Breakfast sandwich, but with French Toast style, which I was doubtful at first but omg it hit so good. Something about the crisp on the bread from the sugars maybe? It was giving McGriddle sandwich but in the best ways! This one also had tater tots and i think bacon in it too - As you get further down the tater tots get a bit soggier, but the top half was absolute perfection. I couldn't finish the whole thing in one sitting, ended up saving the rest for dinner lol. Word to the wise, though: This place is only open until 3, so if you're hoping to get something after work, you'll be out of luck. Definitely stop by in the morning or at lunch!

Three stars for the service; two stars for the food Convinced my Korean mother to come here for breakfast because they have hangover soup. Koreans beware: there is no Korean flavor here for you. Even the rice was Umma two thumbs down! She hated the soup, rice and the kimchi fried rice. I tried the ETC breakfast sandwich and it was ok. The place is clean and comfortable. Too bad the food is disappointing, I really wanted to like this place.

    Beef Bulgogi Eggdropp

This review is based on two recent visits... the most recent of which was on 4/17/2026. I had seen several food influencers post about the amazing "eggdropp" sandwiches at Buldogis and was hoping the hype was real... which it was! Waitaminute... what is an "eggdropp" you may ask? It's a toasted garlic bread, JAM PACKED with scrambled eggs, cheese, aioli, mayo, and other goodies depending on what you order. The first time in, I had to get the MEGADROPP which included a round sausage patty, crispy bacon, and tater tots. Yeah, this baby probably had the daily recommended fat and calories, but it was so worth every bite. Before I knew it, had scarfed down at least 2/3 of the thing, took the rest to go, but then ended up eating that once I got back home. It was SOOOOO GOOOOOODDDD. On my second visit, I ordered the Beef Bulgogi Eggdropp which was slightly less indulgent than the Megadropp, but also very delicious. I mean, I don't think this is a place I should frequent all the time, but it is a fantastic treat for when I feel like indulging in a really awesome breakfast/ brunch situation. 10/10 recommend!

    Wow! They are Deeelicious!

I wasn't thrilled when one of my kiddos wanted to come here for brunch! OMG! After trying the bulgogi dog , I was in heaven with all the flavors, and the crunches. It isn't on the strip, it is 15 minutes away, in a nice area , well worth it !!!

Buldogis IS a Bul of a Great Place, Seoul derived Menu gives off a Blast of Flavor, The Pork Belly was Light and Airy with just enough Breading to hold it together and a Great medium for a little hot sauce...The Hawaiian dog was a tame Order on my Part but it Shined with major Complexity, the dog prevailed, the bun held together, and the toppings Rocked the House, Just like the Hip Hop music playing on the overhead, Turn it up... Price Point was Right on and even for a little extra cost the Fresh LEMONADE was worth the splurge. Loved it for ALL the right reasons and the Staff (Heather) took it to a will be back Location...

Very kind and understanding staff, thank you Danielle. My first time ever ordering from them was through DoorDash. I am at work and sick so I really needed some soup. Unfortunately the dasher mishandled my soup so it leaked everywhere. I was pretty sad and hungry because I really wanted some soup. The soup was missing the chicken as well. When I called in they resolved it quickly.

The egg drops here are phenomenal. Def upgrade to the French toast bread, it's a perfect combo of sweet and savory. The carne asada/bulgogi fries were were also SO good and loaded to the max. Servers were also SO nice! They were so kinda and patient in helping us pick our food. Will definitely be coming back here soon.

I hate to dropp the rating, but I can't overlook so many issues. Buldogis Eatery is the second brick-and-mortar of a local modern institution that started as a food truck slinging Korean-influenced hot dogs and has since grown to include a lot more on the menu. Aside from their short-lived stint on Spring Mountain, this is the first time I've had them in a while since their flagship store is quite a bit farther from my Henderson home base. I popped in at around lunch and looked over the menu a bit, then ordered at the counter before grabbing a seat. Considering how not busy it was, the food felt like it took a while to come out. It was worth the wait though. The Pork Belly Eggdropp ($12.95) was a masterpiece. The garlicky toast, the fluffy scrambled eggs piled so high that some may or may not have spilled, and chewy pork belly - a bit overly so in one or two bites - were complemented nicely by the melty cheese and the sauces, especially the mildly sweet mayo. One of the better breakfast sandwiches around for sure. The Grilled Chicken Breast rice bowl ($13.95) was fine. The flavors and veggies reminded me of bibimbap. The chicken had grill marks, but chicken only goes so far. This wasn't my entree, however, so I can look past not loving it. The beverages were really rough though. The hot Korean Coffee ($3.95) was just really sweet. The Original Lemonade ($5.50) was also quite sweet. But what really upset me later in the day is that I felt that I wasn't getting any kind of caloric content from it. You know, like it had artificial sweetener which wasn't advertised. I was just getting more drained instead of getting a boost of energy which I was expecting from how it tasted. Service was good. The staff came by multiple times to check on us. Considering that it was under a week until Christmas, the playlist of classic carols and hits was very appropriate. I'm excited to try more of the food at Buldogis, but beverage-wise, water or prepackaged stuff are the way to go.

The taste and value is really great, actually. If you are looking for your "halmoni's" (grandma in Korean) authentic, homemade, caring, handmade flavors and can ignore the no-frills, don't -care, terrible location and zero curbside appeal, this is your place. Imagine going to an old neighborhood Korean home where the kimchee to the broths and banchan are made with love. The scissors are sharp so you can easily cut the perfectly fermented, primly pickled kimchee and the cucumbers (oi kimchee) are fresh and the beef broth deeply steeped and rich with flavor. Plus it's an absolute bargain for what you get. I think we ordered almost one of everything (for just the three of us) just to taste it. The naengmyun (cold noodles) were fine. Not exceptional, but decent. The saam and chive pancake was very good. Value is high, taste is high; authenticity very high. Huge portions in today's world of cutting back. But I feel fortunate to find a "go-to" for my korean cravings. Like walking into my auntie's house for some warm, deeply comforting, home-cooked k-meal. Craving the dogani bone broth soup now!! Anywhoddles I ordered from Eki Ramen, and when I tell y'all this ramen was RAMENING! Aka delicious. Aka... fire I ordered the Black Garlic Ramen, and as you can see from the menu, it was only $12.95. I added an extra egg, extra pork belly, and extra black garlic oil because... why not? Anywhoddles with the extra "trimmings" it came to $18 dollars. Let's get back to the review Now lean in so I can tell y'all about this broth. It tasted authentic to me. It was rich, velvety, silky smooth, creamy without being heavy, and bursting with savory goodness. Every sip had me closing my eyes The noodles had the perfect bite--not too soft and not too firm. The pork belly was tender, flavorful, and had just the right amount of char around the edges. And those eggs? Whew! Perfectly jammy with that beautiful golden yolk. So... if you're a ramen lover--or if you've been thinking about trying ramen for the first time--I highly recommend giving Eki Ramen a try. And while you're there, take your time and explore Cheongdam Food Hall because there are plenty of other restaurants waiting to be discovered. Until next time... y'all already know what time it is! The former Rite Aid pharmacy that once stood in its place has never looked better and features a cool curated mix of Japanese and Korean-inspired concepts. It's not a large food hall, but it's a good start. The current line up is: Smile Shota, Curry Ya, Namsan Tonkatsu, Market Green Table, Tiger Go Go, Downtoner Sandwich, and Broken Coffee. Market Green Table and Tiger Go Go managed to replace GT Poke and HoHo Crunch earlier this year, and thank goodness. Market Green Table has some of the most creative renditions of musubi and is my favorite of all that I've tried so far. Smile Shota is the most intriguing at the moment, which offers all you can eat sushi throughout the day and even has a late night AYCE special ($25 for now). If there is any knock on the place is that it's small enough to present some major challenges during their busiest times: crowd flow, seating, and especially parking. Peak times include lunch, weekends, and some weeknight dinner hours. Takeout is inevitable, but their least busy hour is usually between 2-4pm.
