Came to Buldogis after hearing a lot of social media hype, and a coworker saying we have one on our side of town. This location is situated in the back corner of the shopping plaza, adjacent to an empanada spot. There is ample parking, and inside there is plenty of seating and a large menu on the wall to help you out. Being as it was my first time, I didn't know what to order, so I asked the cashier. She was super friendly and told us about the popular menu options and the best way to order it. I went with her recommendation and I was in LOVE. I got their Egg Drop Breakfast sandwich, but with French Toast style, which I was doubtful at first but omg it hit so good. Something about the crisp on the bread from the sugars maybe? It was giving McGriddle sandwich but in the best ways! This one also had tater tots and i think bacon in it too - As you get further down the tater tots get a bit soggier, but the top half was absolute perfection. I couldn't finish the whole thing in one sitting, ended up saving the rest for dinner lol. Word to the wise, though: This place is only open until 3, so if you're hoping to get something after work, you'll be out of luck. Definitely stop by in the morning or at lunch!
This review is based on two recent visits... the most recent of which was on 4/17/2026. I had seen several food influencers post about the amazing "eggdropp" sandwiches at Buldogis and was hoping the hype was real... which it was! Waitaminute... what is an "eggdropp" you may ask? It's a toasted garlic bread, JAM PACKED with scrambled eggs, cheese, aioli, mayo, and other goodies depending on what you order. The first time in, I had to get the MEGADROPP which included a round sausage patty, crispy bacon, and tater tots. Yeah, this baby probably had the daily recommended fat and calories, but it was so worth every bite. Before I knew it, had scarfed down at least 2/3 of the thing, took the rest to go, but then ended up eating that once I got back home. It was SOOOOO GOOOOOODDDD. On my second visit, I ordered the Beef Bulgogi Eggdropp which was slightly less indulgent than the Megadropp, but also very delicious. I mean, I don't think this is a place I should frequent all the time, but it is a fantastic treat for when I feel like indulging in a really awesome breakfast/ brunch situation. 10/10 recommend!
Three stars for the service; two stars for the food Convinced my Korean mother to come here for breakfast because they have hangover soup. Koreans beware: there is no Korean flavor here for you. Even the rice was Umma two thumbs down! She hated the soup, rice and the kimchi fried rice. I tried the ETC breakfast sandwich and it was ok. The place is clean and comfortable. Too bad the food is disappointing, I really wanted to like this place.

Unfortunately the dasher mishandled my soup so it leaked everywhere. I was pretty sad and hungry because I really wanted some soup. The soup was missing the chicken as well. When I called in they resolved it quickly.
Buldogis IS a Bul of a Great Place, Seoul derived Menu gives off a Blast of Flavor, The Pork Belly was Light and Airy with just enough Breading to hold it together and a Great medium for a little hot sauce...The Hawaiian dog was a tame Order on my Part but it Shined with major Complexity, the dog prevailed, the bun held together, and the toppings Rocked the House, Just like the Hip Hop music playing on the overhead, Turn it up... Price Point was Right on and even for a little extra cost the Fresh LEMONADE was worth the splurge. Loved it for ALL the right reasons and the Staff (Heather) took it to a will be back Location...
I've only been here twice, but I can already tell I'll be a consistent customer.. I'm currently hyper fixated on the sausage egg drop sandwich, it is so freaking delicious! The girl at the front counter was super sweet and tried hard to remember my name from my last visit, that's top tier customer service in my book! (So sorry I didn't get your name! But you're awesome!) the kitchen staff is also friendly, shouting a kick and friendly good morning! As soon as you walk in (I've only gone in the morning) makes you feel very welcome.. the two times I've been here the lobby has been relatively quiet, and after getting off a graveyard shift, the quiet is nice.. like I said, I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu items and will definitely be bringing in my family next time
The egg drops here are phenomenal. Def upgrade to the French toast bread, it's a perfect combo of sweet and savory. The carne asada/bulgogi fries were were also SO good and loaded to the max. Servers were also SO nice! They were so kinda and patient in helping us pick our food. Will definitely be coming back here soon.
I really like the concept of this fusion eatery! First time hwre. I tried the Angry Dog of which I mistook for the angry kimchi dog (next time!) But it was still really good. The slaw left a good balance to the angry sauce, and the hotdog had a good cook to it. Definitely wanna try all of the menu items!
Yo this place is fire no lie. I went in thinking it was just another breakfast spot but nah they different. I had the spicy gravy tots, bacon egg drop sandwich, regular pork belly, crispy pork belly, and that egg drop cinnamon toast sandwich... everything was hitting. The eggs crazy fluffy, soft as hell and real creamy. The bread buttery with a little sweetness and just enough toast for that light crunch. The pork belly was stupid good, especially the crispy one. Tots went crazy too, that gravy had a kick. Ain't nothing dry, ain't nothing bland. Every bite solid. I was lowkey full and still kept eating. Customer service was on point. They were mad helpful and came around like three times checking on us, making sure we straight. Spot was chill, clean, good vibes. Not loud, not hectic, just somewhere you can actually sit and enjoy your food. I already know I'm spinning back. 10/10 easy.
I hate to dropp the rating, but I can't overlook so many issues. Buldogis Eatery is the second brick-and-mortar of a local modern institution that started as a food truck slinging Korean-influenced hot dogs and has since grown to include a lot more on the menu. Aside from their short-lived stint on Spring Mountain, this is the first time I've had them in a while since their flagship store is quite a bit farther from my Henderson home base. I popped in at around lunch and looked over the menu a bit, then ordered at the counter before grabbing a seat. Considering how not busy it was, the food felt like it took a while to come out. It was worth the wait though. The Pork Belly Eggdropp ($12.95) was a masterpiece. The garlicky toast, the fluffy scrambled eggs piled so high that some may or may not have spilled, and chewy pork belly - a bit overly so in one or two bites - were complemented nicely by the melty cheese and the sauces, especially the mildly sweet mayo. One of the better breakfast sandwiches around for sure. The Grilled Chicken Breast rice bowl ($13.95) was fine. The flavors and veggies reminded me of bibimbap. The chicken had grill marks, but chicken only goes so far. This wasn't my entree, however, so I can look past not loving it. The beverages were really rough though. The hot Korean Coffee ($3.95) was just really sweet. The Original Lemonade ($5.50) was also quite sweet. But what really upset me later in the day is that I felt that I wasn't getting any kind of caloric content from it. You know, like it had artificial sweetener which wasn't advertised. I was just getting more drained instead of getting a boost of energy which I was expecting from how it tasted. Service was good. The staff came by multiple times to check on us. Considering that it was under a week until Christmas, the playlist of classic carols and hits was very appropriate. I'm excited to try more of the food at Buldogis, but beverage-wise, water or prepackaged stuff are the way to go.
Delicious eggdrop sandwiches. Got the sausage version with the frenchie style bread and the pork belly one with the garlic bread and both were delicious for their own reasons. Want something sweet? Go frenchie! Want something more savory? Go traditional. Can't wait to come back and have it again!
I've tried the other location before several times and always had a pleasant experience, and this location is no different. Staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. Place was a little basic in terms of design but the food is the main reason to come so it's frankly a none factor. I never knew they had French toast items and both the sandwich and sticks were insanely good. I didn't think there was a way to improve the sandwich but this somehow does it. Highly recommend for any and all foodies!
You know, I'm not always in the mood for a breakfast sandwich, but there are times when that is the only thing that is going to satiate my appetite. Appetite. I was super excited to try Buldogis eatery! It's about a mile and a half from my house, so it was the perfect spot to go to. Tucked away in the back of a shopping center, the place is a little hard to find, but it is definitely worth the hunt! Plenty of parking, and great signage once you find it. Walking in, I was impressed with the clean, modern interior. Lots of great signage, plenty of places to sit, two TV screens. Acting as menus, with tons of eating options for breakfast and lunch. I went with the egg drop bacon sandwich. This Wonder of nature had eggs, bacon, Sriracha, aioli, and this amazing garlic sauce. Sauce. Pro tip, get it on the garlic toast. Now. This isn't two slices of Wonder bread with garlic powder on it. This is like full size Texas toast, grilled and seasoned with garlic. The sandwich itself is huge. And I say huge, with a capital H. Most places will just stuff the eggs in stuff, the bacon in and stuff some cheese in. Which is true in this case, but there's a surprise as you're eating the sandwich. You think you are finished with the bacon, and then you get 2/3 of the way to the bottom and there's another layer of bacon. Well done my friends well done. I ordered a mango lemonade to wash this down with, and it was perfect. Had the right level of sweetness to the tartness of the lemonade. Perfection! The bottom line? I will definitely be coming here again to try everything on the menu. I saw nothing that I objected to and everything that I wanted to take home. Do yourself a favor, come here for breakfast or lunch ... You will not be disappointed!

Ima be honest, im a bit of a food snob. I believe most things are overhyped, and I'm rarely impressed when eating out. That's why I'd rather cook at home. This place is definitely worth all the hype. Omg, I didn't even get a picture of the full sandwich because I was too excited to try it. Fire ass food and fire ass service from Tyree, Kevin, and Olivia. I got the crispy pork belly sandwich with bibim sauce, pickled cucumbers, lettuce and tomato. One of the best things I've eaten in Vegas. The pork belly is crispy on the outside but melts in your mouth once you bite into it. The sauce is perfectly sweet and spicy and the pickled cucumbers add a perfect crunch. Love a breakfast sandwich and finally went to the one imprinted on my brain by Keith Lee 3.5 for one specific reason, cold food. If hot it would likely be a 4.5. It's a nice carb load if drunk, huge over or planning activity. It was very good but....I ordered from Doordash for pickup. The system told me 25-35 minutes so I got on the road as the location was 16 minutes away....9 minutes from the place, it says my order was ready. Anyone who likes eggs knows it's not great to have them sitting there getting cold for 10 minutes. Got a sausage breakfast sandwich and an order of tots smothered in gravy and link... My recommend would be, go to the location and then order online. Place was clean- not busy as a Monday lunchts- lots of managers around so maybe there was a meeting and that is why the kitchen made my order so quick. Also their main website for ordering was complicated to take items off and froze- Use Doordash as you can say no sauce or mayo More easily. read more

Wanted to try this place for a long time! Came on a Thursday morning around 10am. Not too busy, and the place was clean. It smelled amazing as i walked through the doors Service was fantastic, the employee working the register really helped us decide what we wanted, gave us great recommendations, and was very nice. Food itself was really delicious. Its a lot of food, so you definitely get your moneys worth. I added kimchi to my sandwich and i thought it was mouth watering. This place was good. It seemed a little overrated in my opinion. The food was good. The hotdog was good quality, but the bulgolgi on top was not very flavorful or as juicy as regular bulgolgi. The sandwich I got was good, but more bread and egg than meat. Solid 6/10 for me. Service was still very good considering they had a long line and lots of people dining there already. Workers were very nice. Vibe was a place you want to go early. My bf & I went there on a weekend in the early afternoon. The mega drop was amazing ! I will say its pretty heavy because of all the meat but its so good . The price was great for the serving. I also had just the egg hash brown and cheese one and that one was also amazing . I had to get mine with plain bread due to diet restriction and that didnt even make this sandwich hold back from how great it was. 5/5 -- KIMCHI Fried Rice at Bull Doggie is a must. I stopped in today and ordered the Kimchi Fried Rice, and wow--this bowl absolutely hit. Perfectly spicy, packed with flavor, and the kind of comfort food that makes you pause mid-bite just to appreciate it. Cook Dontee has deserves a shout-out for nailing the balance: the rice was crispy in all the right places, the seasoning was on point, and the melted cheese with the green onions took it over the top. Easily one of the best versions I've had anywhere. And my server, was fantastic--warm, attentive, and had great timing the entire visit. He made the experience feel personal in a way that you don't always get at casual spots. Bull Doggie just earned a repeat customer. This was my 1st time ever at any Buldogis eatery and I came late. In fact, I was their very last customer. First thing I noticed was how clean and kept this location was. The ambiance was cool and vibrant. There is so much on the menu, but I chose the Beef Bulgogii dog with fries and a strawberry berry lemonade.. The hot dog was so fresh and flavorful. This place is so much fun! Chef Dontee is friendly AF and he made my first time visiting a delicious one, y'all please try the sausage gravy and put it on anything! Their coffee is a hit too, the Korean coffee flavors are very unique! My only suggestion- sell some swag so I can show you guys off around town! I love your coffee cup but stickers! Beyond excited that they opened up a second location!! Wife and I ordered the Sausage Egg drop on French toast and the bacon Egg drop on garlic toast with extra sweet mayo. First, we appreciated the employee bringing out a side of the sweet mayo. It's perfect with the garlic bread. Both Sandwich were amazing! Great flavored and I loved the crystalized sugar/syrup? on the bottom of the French toast. Sandwiches are packed, so we definitely needed a fork. Tater tots were also hot and crispy. We arrived a bit after opening and we were greeted kindly, but awkwardly. The person behind the counter seemed informative, but kind of rushed us. He did not wait for us to ask questions and assumed we needed help and interrupted while we were discussing what to get between me and my partner. (Side note: We were not blocking the register and no one was behind us to warrant this behavior.) The food was too messy for our liking and the small container they provide did not help. It was good, but not anything special. 3/5 Oversized breakfast sandwich with nothing special to it. The bread portion of the sandwich was definitely the highlight of the meal, super soft and well seasoned. I would like to note that their kimchi was also salty that day. So the fillings were 2.5/5 and the bread portion was a solid 4/5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, soft music and everyone was using their indoor voices. read more

Service was good. Inside was clean. They didn't have fountain drinks but do sell cans. They do have some drinks to order from what we could see like coffee, tea, lemonade. I would say the best tasting was the side of crispy pork Belly. Be prepared to make a mess with the eggdrops. They are packed! The chicken sandwich was not spicy which was disappointing if you want a bit of a kick. Hot dogs had a solid flavor but the toppings were just that, didn't make it better. Overall, it was good to experience one time for the food we picked. read more
