They are so friendly, quick to answer the phone and happy to accommodate you for any occasion AND they close at 8pm!!! I first called Clovis Donuts and Judy's Donuts a few times because these places were recommended to me but they never picked up. I even sent a message to Clovis Donuts and never heard back. I absolutely hate when there is horrible communication between a business and myself. Bullard Doughnut Bakery picked up the first time I called ( and every time after that) I was able to place my order a day before and the doughnuts were ready on time, they were big, fluffy and tasty! Not sure about this place at all. I went in yesterday because of all the great reviews, but the quality control for the food just wasn't there. The donuts were stale and tasted old, and the two blueberry muffins I bought were Moldy on top. I couldn't believe it, I was so upset after realizing why one of them tasted horribly. There is no excuse to for a food place to not check their stock and not replace moldy, days old food. The only compliment I can give was that the Bierocks were very good. Hot and flavorful. But man, I would not come back to this place with that experience. read more

Only gets 1 star because I cannot give less. I just Bought a chocolate bar and bit into it. There was a long black hair baked into the donut. Ahhhhh! The nastiest thing ever. Went back in to show the woman and she started yelling at me saying it is my problem and that it was my hair. She was yelling that I put the hair in the donut. All for $1.00. I will never go back there!!! I will be calling the health department on Monday. I strongly advise not to shop here. Been here four times already and it's really good. They are open late till 8:00 pm every night and even when we went at 7:30 pm the donuts were still fresh and delicious. The older lady that works at the front counter is very friendly and always throws in a free donut or donut holes. Great customer service and great quality. Highly recommend.
