This drive up coffee business is awesome!! They make the absolute best Chai Latte ever! I go by regularly. BUT.... They're not wearing their masks correctly and today they had no masks at all. What an innovative idea. This is the best thing that has happened to the Magic City. Yes, it is a drive through, but still a great idea. On one side is the ordering and the paying and pickup. Love this place! Have tried several of the coffee drinks, both hot and cold. They're all good, but the iced mocha is probably my favorite. I also really like the iced chai tea. My teen daughter likes the hot chocolate. I haven't tried any food from there, so I can't speak to that, but I really appreciate the loyalty card. Nine purchases earns you a free coffee. I cannot stress enough that this place is by far the best thing since sliced bread. I am new to the area and coming from Sacramento this is the closest thing to a Dutch bro's you'll get. I love there blue raspberry Red Bull infusers and Iv tried several coffee from there. I cant say Iv had anything from there I didn't like. They have a stamp rewards card that after 9 drinks the 10th is free, I'm working on my second one! There is rarely a line and the pricing is well worth what you pay. read more

Great coffee. The first time I had the Snickerdoodle flavored coffee and the second time I had a latte with almond milk. The staff on both occasions were very friendly and fast service. I really like the coffee. As an alternative to Starbucks/Dunkin, I'm really excited about the potential of this place. Here are my initial concerns: They're trying to be too much like Chick-fil-A or Starbucks. First, I shouldn't have to give my name in order to get a $2 cup of coffee. I totally understand having to give your name inside a store or cafe if there are a bunch of customers standing around waiting, but that's not the case here. Chick fila only does it because they are doing such a high volume that it's necessary to keep orders organized. Second...once I order my coffee I don't want to have to hold your little tablet and sign with my finger, this thing that people have been handling and touching all day. Call me a germaphobe but it's just what I think. And third, after you pay for your coffee you then have to drive around to the other side of this 8ft wide building to pick up the cup of coffee at a different window. Why is this necessary? The process should be MUCH simpler. Step 1. Order at the sign/speaker. Step 2. Pay and pick it up at the window. One last thing. I have tried the blueberry muffin and the cinnamon rolls far. The blueberry muffin is okay but pretty small when compared to others. The cinnamon roll was really stale with about a cup of hardened sugar on top of it. Most of it ended up in the trash. I promise I am not saying any of this to be ugly. I really want Bullet to succeed. Any alternative to Charbucks is okay in my book. I just think these are things you need to hear. If it were my business I would want to hear from my customers about their perception of the "process"... Just my thoughts. Good read more

We were traveling from Auburn to Tuscaloosa and forgot warm water for our son's bottle. We stopped here and they gave us a cop of water and we got a couple of drinks. New favorite coffee shop. They're fast and the drinks are great. Great choice to grab coffee on the way to work. Splurged and got the So Good latte which was amazing. I've had the regular coffee too, and it's great - I'm more of a black coffee guy so that's a dealbreaker for me. The chicken wrap was really good too. Grabbed it for lunch since I knew it was going to be a busy day and it was better than almost anything I can get near the office - will be getting that again. I had such high hopes. Visited today, and as they have just opened, I was prepared to forgive them for any procedural issues, etc. The service was actually fine. The arrangement is a little off for a 3/4 ton truck as I barely made the U turn required in the drive thru, but it worked. However, the coffee is just terrible. I had French Roast, black, and if you are looking for great coffee as in what you might enjoy in New Orleans or Seattle, this isn't it. The coffee was very similar to what you might get at a Waffle House or many gas stations. I actually wondered if they had watered the coffee down before serving it to me. The strength isn't there, and neither are the subtle flavors that good coffee should have. If you are primarily someone that drinks a coffee-based drink that isn't black, it might be OK for you but if you enjoy coffee black, I think you'll be severely disappointed. I suppose it's possible they just didn't brew it correctly but as that should be the simplest thing they do each day, it would be hard to believe they're going to get everything else correct. Here's hoping they can figure it out. read more

Best mocha on 280 or in Alabama I would guess. This is a great drive- thru coffee shop . If you are a purist- their brewed coffee is also good . I bought a bag home and it is gone!!! Great service as they take your order in person- no squeaking through a box. My drink is already done by the time I pull around to the pay/ pickup window. read more

Really great cold brew coffee. I practically live off of iced coffee and I was very impressed with the flavor of their cold brew. I drink coffee black and a lot of places have a very bitter cold brew, but Bullet Coffee has the best I've ever had. read more

This little place is right near my work, and are generally pretty fast, hence the name. The prices are roughly what one would expect for a fancy coffee joint, and the service is friendly; my favorite crack...er....coffee ;) is their "So Good", which as, IIRC, Hazelnut and Cinnamon. Yeah, it's addictive. I would not mind one tiny bit, however, if they started serving up some high-protein choices for breakfast, like perhaps kolaches, or a breakfast-type sandwich with real eggs and sausage, etc; their current breakfast offerings are decidedly high-carb. I'm very glad they're located in a very convenient location, right up the road from where I work, and the coffee is damn tasty! read more

The coffee is phenomenal and the staff is wonderful. I have NEVER had a bad experience here and I've made it a habit to come every morning before work. LOVE this place. I have never had anything but a great experience! Every single person working here is very friendly. Someone mentioned it being terrible to navigate. It's clearly a drive through set up. I always choose drive through at other coffee places....so maybe that's important to some people to be able to go inside, but it isn't to me. In fact I love how quickly I can zip in and out of here. I will pick getting coffee from here all day everyday, over waiting in line for coffee at other places. I've never ever had to wait in a long line. In fact I've never had to wait longer than 3 minutes for my coffee, and I've been at all different times of day. Maybe there's a certain time of day more busy than others? But they seem pretty fast and efficient to me. I haven't tried their food options-I'm laser focused on their coffee. The Vulcan is my favorite-I dream about this latte. Going to Target? I stop and get a Vulcan with skim milk. Extra time before going to work? Vulcan. Heading over to Costco? Vulcan. I really wanted to like this place. First off, I ordered a hot 6 shooter and my husband ordered a cold one. I specifically said the tiniest bit of creamer and a Splenda. The other was supposed to have a little vanilla. When we got to the window both were iced. We were in a hurry so I said it's fine, as long as it's strong I'm good- it's the 6 shooter after all. I didn't realize mine had so much creamer it was a very light tan. So much that I couldn't taste coffee. I tried to swap with my husband but his tasted like hummingbird water.
