I ordered an FI Exhaust through Bulletproof Automotive after speaking with Chris, who was initially helpful and responsive. Once I paid in full, communication completely fell apart. I later learned my exhaust wasn't even ordered until a week after payment, despite being told it had already shipped. When I followed up, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive responses; including a surprise $250 upcharge that was never explained or acknowledged. On top of that, I was quoted $585 for installation after being told I'd receive a discount, which clearly wasn't the case. In the end, I went to a local tuning shop that installed it for half the price and had me in and out right away. Overall, there were no apologies, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Bulletproof Automotive seems to prioritize big-name or SEMA clients over regular enthusiasts. I Have placed an order on 10/24/2025 for Novitech carbon fiber Mirrior caps and Spacers for 2018 Lamborghini. Today is 04/06/2026 it's going to be 6 months. I have been told to that mirror caps are in shipping and been sorted out for past 6 months. I have already asked for refund but answer I get back is I will check with my manger and let you know. I have paid $1962 for 2 carbon fiber mirror caps to fit over my existing mirrors. I am currently suing Joseph Mills & Bulletproof Automotive in LA Court for deceptive business practices. They sold me a $10k ADRO aero kit but failed to deliver the most important piece (front lip A14A90-1201). Instead of a full refund, Joseph attempted to enforce a fake 25% "restocking fee" on undelivered, non-custom parts -- a policy the official brand ADRO confirmed does not exist. This is not a one-off mistake, it's a pattern of unlawful conduct. Bulletproof manipulates shipping timelines, withholds refunds, and hides behind Affirm to block consumer rights. I'll make sure every customer who was hit with these unlawful fees knows they can fight back under California law. Long story short, my car was at their location for 2.5 months. A bit long if you ask me for a header/exhaust install, but they were in midst of prepping for SEMA, but my car was there from 9/26 - 12/7/19. My car is 100% garage kept, no scractches/swirls/dents/dings, it had new wheels. I picked it up on a rainy day, I waited several days for the weather to clear to wash it. After washing it, I realized my coating on both my new rear wheels is missing. There are small spottings and you can tell it was wiped in a side-to-side fashion, with the towel they used leaving fine scratches on the parts that are now raw metal. Crazy thing is, I asked for a walk thru/around of the car prior to leaving. David and myself did a walk around to check for damages after I had told him my car is immaculate. After I got into my car, I noticed David do another full walk around before going into the office. Fast forward to now, David is not acknowledging the condition of my car or that he even did a walk around. If I request a walk around because I'm anal about my car's condition after stating it has no scratches/dents/dings, it has new wheels, etc., you should take note of everything exterior related as I just said the exterior is perfect. But no, not in my case. Avi (one of the owners supposedly) told me my car will be stored in a "safe location". I received a text by him after addressing this issue of my wheels, and he said, "your car was stored on the side of the building". Great. 2.5 months stored OUTSIDE after I told them how everything was perfect. Now I took a loss on $2,500 wheels as Work Wheels said these are not repairable (I got everything custom thru Work Wheels Japan, I paid extra for gloss bronze lips and inner barrels, gloss black faces). Both owners, and David (sales or manager), denied anything. MY CAR WAS THERE FOR 2.5 MONTHS! Anything could have happened under their care. I was not expecting this customer service for a customer that spent $20K with them. Avi said at one point, "We can't afford to lose money on every customer, we only made couple grand off your order". Makes me wonder how many people have had problems with them. read more

Bespoke/ bulletproof isn't your run of the mill drive-by-night performance shop they've got a real depth of product available and they can give you premium service. They can sell you an accessory or part but if you chose the service doesn't stop there, as they can help you get your dream car made with their network of partners via Bespoke motoring, meaning they can do a purchase of say a new GT-R and then get it built to how you like it, want a 1000hp Tuned Varis X Topsecret kit bash show car with Magical paint, done, they can do the whole project for you and you just need to pay them and pick up the car. Or if you're just a regular Joe they'll happily point you the right way as they've been in the import industry for many years. Anytime anyone needs a rare JDM product i generally refer them to Bulletproof, they might not be the cheapest route often but they can get it NOW, FAST, and they will only sell you high quality items. Basically anything in a current Option magazine or Hyper REV they can get. I recommend contacting the staff via phone for any rare Japanese parts needs, specialty / exclusive products as they often are the direct source for these products and often what you want will be in stock. If you don't know what, I would you want call them, the staff is knowledgeable and all enthusiasts, so they can make you some suggestions. I HAVE A VERY UNIQUE CAR. Some of the parts i can find locally, but most of them have to be imported and are very hard to get. I absolutely needed new suspension for my car and there was now way i was going to find it here in the states. This is where these guys came in. They were extremely helpful with getting in contact with Aragosta for my suspension. this company is a hard one to come by but their suspension has been beyond amazing. Bulletproof was able to get get my order in with them, kept me updated as much as they could, and emailed and called me as soon as it came in.
