First time here - what an experience! Most exceptional customer service i received in a long time. Plus, first time diners get a 15% discount! The burger was one of the best I've had, the fries were plentiful, and the grilled cheese was super cheesy and yummy. I will most certainly be back for that burger. I live very near by and I always saw it as it was New so I went in Sunday at about Four. I was in the drive through. The guy approaches me and starts taking my order as I didn't know about this place I asked what he recommended and he said a few different options and ultimately went with the spicy chicken sandwich. He asked what toppings and the topping which there are quite a few different options and I said I wanted all of them besides Mustard and BBQ he then responded with "wow that's a lot of toppings" in a bothered way so accommodating I said I can take some off he then hesitantly said we will make it. He went in and awe I pulled up he went up to go put in my order in the kiosk where they started making remarks about my order commenting on the stuff I'm putting off as if the task is very complicated and they were bothered. Mind you they forgot to close the glass screen, where the mesh was the only thing there and I confronted them because you don't talk shit in front of your customers! He was shunned when I got my order he didn't even have the guts to come and give me my food. The employees are miserable at their job and what it does is just shine on the experience of the customer. My best friend told me not to go here because there over priced being nice and wanting to check out new things I shouldn't have. Do not recommend and the chicken braiding was peeling. read more

Burgers are excellent. Juicy, not over cooked. The fries are definitely the standouts though. Great seasoning and they don't skimp on the quantity. Shakes are also quality. Both the mango and the mocha were very good. read more

Like some have said this place is not to noticeable but man do their fresh griddled burgers pack a punch with flavor and they are worth every penny. From the prompt service to the kind genuine customer service they provide. They can take my money anytime! This establishment takes pride in what they do and it shows. The burger was super hot and you can instantly tell it's just cooked especially for you. When you open up this tasty treat you are welcomed by a well built burger. One thing that stands apart that my kids and I thought was cool was that they brand the top bun, almost like it's their stamp of approval that your burger is ready to eat! Although the name makes me think of roadkill, this burger was great! Burgers were juicy and messy, good size patty, and flavorful. The workers were nice (although a little slow on the order, but they were busy). This may be one of the best burgers in Lombard. read more

Seasoned fries were excellent alone (would be better with a side of cheese), although the bumper burger, polish dog, and philly were seriously lacking flavor. The meats were juicy and high quality, but you could barely taste the sauces or even much salt. Their quality ingredients say this place has alot of potential, though with a pricey menu, you'd expect to be hit with congruent flavor. Ordered the bumper 2 burger for dine in when I was 15 minutes away and it was ready when I got there. I was not expecting much from this place, but it was honestly one of the best burgers I've ever had! It was juicy, and you could just tell the patty was not a frozen patty. YUM! had their big grand opening sign, so decided to give them a try today and SO GLAD we did. Normally don't eat burger buns, but theirs was soft, flavorful, and kinda melted into the burger and toppings - cheese, lettuce, tomato and sliced red onion all very fresh with appealing look in addition to great taste. The burger was hot, juicy and full of flavor - seasoned and cooked to perfection. One burger had their sauce, other had mayo - sauce is not overwhelming, adds just a hint of flavor. Their seasoned fries differentiate them from all the other burger joints- so good! The service & employees were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely way above any fast food place - compares to other higher end burger joints... quality is reflected in the price and well worth every cent. So glad to have another restaurant offering great food near downtown Lombard - we'll absolutely be adding Bumper 2 Burger to our go-to list! read more

Yum! We went here for the first time and was really happy with the service and the food! I ordered a bunless Bumper 2 Bumper burger and it was delicious. They let you choose unlimited toppings. I also tried my friend's fries and they were also well seasoned and good! The owner than gave us coupons for future use and also free milkshakes! We will definitely be regular customers! read more

$8.44 for two plain kid hot dogs and I spent over 15min waiting for my order. Slow service and over priced. Great place...wonderful people own this place...really care about the customer and their experience . I live a few blocks away and have been there three times; burger, Chicago dog and Polish. We had a mix up with our online order because they actually don't have tiramisu and Shannon the manager was so sweet she tried to give us other options but also managed to get us a refund. We decided to eat inside and she had Eddie clean off the tables for us so we would feel comfortable eating. He also checked in with us more than once and Allison who was taking drive thru orders also checked in with us. I have never met a more friendlier staff. I never write reviews, but I ordered a double cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion and a fire and it came out close to 15$ no drink. After I started eating it, it tasted like McDonald's cheese burger and a hint of Culver's mixed together. For that price I would have just went somewhere else. read more

Really good burgers, decent shakes, excellent service. That's why they get five stars. But I do suggest changing the fries recipe. I wouldn't order them with my burger again, tried em three times now. They just ate chewy or have a stale feeling. I was in my friend's place when we ordered food from this fast food. They have a nice menu just basically variety of foods you could get in a fast food like burgers, hot dogs, fries, gyros and the likes. Order is quick and easy and the prices are quite fair and reasonable. I was asked to pick it up in the place so I did. It was fast and the food is already prepared when I get there. The staff is also nice and friendly. We just ordered a few burgers and fries and also their milkshakes. The good thing about the food is that it is fresh and hot and it is still hot when we ate it that definitely makes it more appetizing even if it is just a simple food. Their burger has a nice portion and it is seriously juicy, patty has a nice portion, it is well-seasoned and the veggies are fresh. It is definitely a good burger that I would definitely want to eat daily. The fast food did not disappoint us. The fries and the milkshakes are quite good too. read more

We ordered a chicken sandwich, beyond burger, fries and a drink. The food was very good, the only problem is it cost nearly $30, and that was just one order of fries and one large drink. To their credit, 1 regular fry is more than enough for 2 people to share, but there has to be a more affordable option to make a single sandwich into a combo for one person. $6 to add fries and a drink to a sandwich is definitely something that would sway me towards another restaurant when I'm in the mood for a burger. read more

Burger and Cheese steak are great. Easily the best zabihah halal burgers! However I want to inform the management that you don't wrap sandwiches and burgers in aluminum foil for takeout. The heat will not escape and make the bread soggy mess. Which is what happens at this place when you do takeout. No other burger place does this. My son and I stopped here before a baseball game. It looked busy so it had to be at least decent. Completely wrong. We ordered 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 grilled cheese and 2 milk shakes for a total cost of $40!!! Price aside, if it was really good it'd be worth it. Both of us opened our burgers, took 1 single bite and looked at each other. It was absolutely awful, texture was off, taste was off and buns were soggy. The seasoned fries were regular fries with a seasoning that didn't have much flavor and the shakes were just blended soft serve with Chocolate Syrup added. The only positive was the grilled cheese, it wasn't the best but it was at least edible. Once I looked the place up, I noticed it was Halal, my first time eating a Halal prepared burger and I can say it will never happen again. I feel they need to do better advertising of this, as I am sure for Halal, this was probably a fantastic burger, but I for one, as well as my son wasted $20 on burgers we had to choke on the first bite and threw the rest out. read more

Unfortunately our first experience ended in a fender bender! Literally just tried Bumper 2 Burger based on the hype and, well, it's new! Ordered three burgers , gyro and fries to go. Waited 30 minutes to receive the order- they are all made to order- I get it but 30 minutes is a long time. The staff was courteous and kept telling us our order was next; however, other orders kept coming out. Finally told it was ready but waiting on the fries. Lone behold we finally get our order (placed at 11:43 received at 12:15). Get home and tried to see which burger belonged to who was a challenge as the bun is literally stuck on the patty. Needless to say- none of the burgers were made to what we ordered- missing several items. Fries were very soggy and we literally only live less than five minutes away. Gyro meat was cut very thick and they put diced onions and tomatoes rather than sliced- just an FYI- on it. Titziki sauce was more like sour cream mixed with a few cucumbers- pretty gross unfortunately. They are in the business of burgers- they should do it right and pay attention to the order and not put random sh$& on them. We may give them one more try but $56 without drinks and not made to order was very disappointing.
