I called in my order by phone, and it was ready on time. Pizza was hot and had a great crunchy crust that I very much enjoyed.

First time trying this place since it used to be Hole Mole. Called right at 11 on a Friday to place an order for pickup. Line was busy. I called 3 more times and got through right before 11:10. 45 minutes for pizza to be ready to be picked up. (Took about an extra 10 minutes). Wanted to do a half and half pizza, but it had to be the same sauce. We ended up ordering the XL half meat lovers and half wild boar pepperoni. Both sides were delicious. I enjoyed the meat lovers more. The wild boar pepperonis seemed a bit over cooked. Wish there was more sauce. Overall, the pizza was a 4/5. Pizza was delicious. I would recommend. My cousin showed me this place but they usually order from the PV location (they say it's better, but I think they taste the same). I haven't had a bad experience at the Carson location and pizzas are usually ready pretty fast with a phone order. I've tried most of their pizzas and my favorite is the black garlic 120 pepperoni pizza. Keep in mind of how much pepperoni that is and how much grease there will be. The pizza is worth a try as it's tasty, slightly crispy and thin enough where you don't feel guilty eating a few pieces. You can order pre designed pizza or make your own. I understand that it's busy or they might be tired, actually its not even that busy around 7PM with just 3 tables occupied inside--whatever the case, they should know how to be accountable for their mistakes. This may seem like a small issue, but the guy who took my order couldn't even look me in the eye and, worst of all, didn't even apologize. I repeated my specific order of white garlic sauce multiple times--first when I mentioned the type of sauce, then when I stated the first pizza flavor, again with the second pizza flavor, and once more when confirming my total order. What really upset me is that he wasn't accountable and didn't say sorry. When our order arrived, I immediately noticed it was wrong and stopped it from being placed on our table. I went straight to the counter, but he didn't even face me! Thanks to the nice girl with colored hair and glasses, I let it go. But thinking about it now, it's really frustrating. A simple "sorry" from the guy with the mustache would have been enough, but no--he seemed annoyed, as if he wasn't the one who made the mistake, and even looked arrogant about it. The inside is small, most of the seats are taken up. There is seating outside but there are no heaters and during the winter its pretty cold and breezy outside. The service was superb. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The pizza to me was pretty pricey. We ordered an extra large, two topping pizza and two drinks. Came out to $46 and some change. It is pretty filling for two. I had this place bookmarked for a long time. Something held me back and the hype I was waiting to die down. Glad I did. Location: On Carson street in a mixed use building. You can see the shop from the street. Parking is on the street, but I suspect there is a parking lot on the first floor of the building around the back. Food: I skipped the wild boar pizza (pepperoni made with wild boar) and went in favor of the quattro gusti. The place billed itself with a crunchy pizza dough and I was excited to experience this. Toppings amount (mozzarella, basil, ham,mushroom and artichokes) were plentiful and it was pipiing hot when it finally came out to my table after waiting about 15 minutes. I was sadly disappointed that the crunch. was not present on my pizza despite the cardboard box. It wasn't floppy by any means, just stiff. The dough reminded me of the type of crust you'd find at Little Cesars: cardboard. The only crispy part was the crust itself. Service: The girl at the cashier was also the server and she helped out as much as she could being the only one. I can't complain there. Summary: I really wanted that crunch the business hyped up so much. The only time it was crispy when I reheated the leftovers on my stovetop pan. I've heard so many great reviews of this place that when it came time for our big group to eat here, I was beyond excited. First off, this place was PACKED and a packed restaurant is a good sign. We ordered the 120 pepperoni pizza, Korean gochujang chicken pizza and notasandwhich with white sauce. The pizza came out piping hot and was pretty good! Nothing super outstanding but definitely delicious. A little disappointed in the Korean gochujang pizza because although it had flavor and a slight kick, I think I was just expecting a little more punch of flavor. The pepperoni pizza was a basic pepperoni with a million pepperonis lol. The notasandwich was really good and the dipping sauce it came with was super good, definitely getting that again. Although I didn't personally order the Pizza Bianca or Cheese Lava Pie, my best friend did and it was REALLY GOOD, those were my favorites of the night. On Sun Dec 10th my wife and I ordered the Mercedes pizza online from the Carson location. This pizza consists of 12 toppings. Prior to us leaving we realized that the pizza didn't look exactly the same as it did online. We looked at the list of toppings from our order receipt and realized that the Bell peppers, garlic, roasted red peppers, olives and onions were missing. I went back inside and brought it to the attention of the cashier and he stated that "The owner made changes to the menu in regards to the number of toppings for this specific pizza".In all honesty I feel that was said to hurry up and get me out of the store. I didn't cause a big fuss but informed the cashier to tell the owner to make the change on the online menu. I felt that wouldn't help so I went a step further and tried to contact the owner via Instagram, they post videos every few hours throughout the day. When I tried to message them in regards to my order, I got an instagram message stating that you could only message via "invite only". I commented on one of their videos informing them what happened and to check their inbox at their earliest convenience. They have posted 10 videos since my comment and there hasn't been any response. What I find funny is about a year back I placed an order online and when I arrived at the store to pick it up, the front desk never recieved it. I showed them my receipt and everything. On that day in particular their system was down and you could only go inside to the cashier and order. That same day I left a comment under one of their videos on my old ig profile telling people not to order online because their system is down and do you know what happened? The person that runs the page hurried up and deleted my comment and inboxed me telling me that "they're experiencing some issues with the ordering system and that they're fixing it". So it seems to me that they pick and choose when to respond to certain issues. Here are some recommendations: If what the cashier said to be true please update your website. Also please make sure that customers are getting what they paid for, if not make sure they're not being overcharged. Pizza is not bad but their customer service needs improvement. read more

The wait time was 45 minutes for takeout. I ordered their Pepperoni Mexicana Pizza and their Pepperoni Pizza. An XL and medium pizza came out to $45. Upon arriving to the restaurant, I don't know if they were understaffed but they workers seemed stressed. Pizzas took longer to be ready. I was expecting a lot more from Burrattino's after seeing numerous ads on Facebook. The pizza is decent, don't get me wrong, but it just doesn't live up to the hype. Maybe it's because the day we went most of their ovens were down. It could just be the pictures made it look so amazing, the reality couldn't compete. Would have possibly given them 4 stars but for one important thing, the only bathroom was out of hand soap. I can only hope the workers here washed their hands in the kitchen before touching our food. So unsanitary regardless.
