I got my tire changed here for my Nissan Murano and it was a fast easy transaction. They hooked me up with a great deal. Hopefully I don't need any soon but next time I need a tire I know where to go! Just give them a call ahead of time and ask about your size to make sure they have it. Mixed emotions with this place. All seemed too good to be true replacing tires, brakes, and rotors at first. Ofcourse i went with a discount "On a budget" price. Well, one tired failed and i had to bring back in. They replaced it free but i was stuck for service charge. Then my new brakes were squealing after a week. Break-in?? Sure, but after about a week making noise i bright it back in. Made appointment, and my car is still sitting in parking lot 30 min after apt. Wtf!?!? To be continued........ read more

I needed All 4 tires changed. Received great customer care and service from the beginning, with calls received for every time they promised initially. I was shopping around for quotes and they were able to price match the tires I wanted to TireRack.com, so I went ahead and gave them my patronage. I dropped off my car while I went back to work for my tires to be changed. I came back 25 minutes before closing, so I think the manager was in a sour mood. All the service technicians and his employees were smiling and had completely different moods--it was just uncomfortable. But here's the important part I have to mention here that I thought wasn't right, and I chose to agree with the manager and not argue because it was the end of the day, and I was getting sour as well. You pick your battles right?! He wouldn't take my yelp voucher and said he wouldn't take any promotions because they price matched. That was never mentioned, and the terms for all these Promotions on Yelp did not mention that either. I gave them my patronage because of the great yelp reviews and the price match -- I could've gone elsewhere. I wish my experience was as great as most of these reviews but it wasn't. I'm sure it would've been different if I didn't deal with the manager. read more

These fellas saved my life. Not only did I have a flat tire on my home (vanlife!) but I also managed to drop my only key to said home down the rain gutter outside of the shop. As soon as they saw what had happened, they dropped everything and sprang into action to lend a hand; removing the manhole cover so I could crawl down and find the key. Then they proceeded to fix the faulty valve on my tire quickly and efficiently. Such nice people, all-around. Everyone in the shop was concerned and attentive. I went in to get an oil change a while ago and the guy there was very nice and did the job; it was a very reasonable price opposed to the Valvoline Instant changes. However, when I went to pick up my car I was told they accidentally broke the wires that now annoyingly keeps my ABS and brake light on at all times. They apologized and said they'd fix the mistake, free of charge and would call me when the part came in. The part didn't come in for a few weeks and in that time I had to leave the state for a family emergency for quite some time. When the part finally arrived, the guy called me, as he said, and told me to bring the car back in. Since I was out of town, I had my girlfriend take it in for me. She took it in the first time and they told her they couldn't fix it because the manager wasn't there. Annoyed, she went back when the manager was there a few days later. He then told her that the part was the wrong one and they wouldn't be able to fix the car. He told her he'd give me a call back to figure out what to do next. Did I ever receive that call? Nope. Are my dash lights still on? Yep. I've been in an out of town frequently since this incident so it has not been at the top of my priority list to address this issue. Very poor communication on this business' part. read more

I brought my car here because they seemed to have a good reputation. I spent $950 to get my upper intake manifold and spark plugs replaced to fix an issue that was causing my car to misfire. The check engine light came a week later and my car is doing the same thing it was before I brought it in. When I call or bring it by they tell me they are backed up and can't get to it until next week but never give me a time to bring it in. I was there again today and the same thing. Terrible customer service. I'm really disappointed and feel ripped off by this place. read more

The bald dude at the counter told me that his tech was unable to remove my back left tire( the one they previously replaced) because my bolts were stripping. Beware these guys are crooks. Kept my car for a year and charged me 4k for performing work I didn't order, and/or they didn't do at all - like a power steering pump they didn't put in, or, charged me for work they did wrong making the car dangerous - put the shocks in wrong, steering components, etc. In the end it cost me three times as much to take the car to another mechanic to fix the damage they had done. Avoid this business at all costs, I'll be filing formal complaints with the ASA and any other agencies to bring these frauds to justice read more

Absolutely fantastic service. I came in with a flat tire on my Tesla model 3. Unfortunately, the new tire was completely out of stock at Tesla and all warehouses. the Tesla dealer roadside assistance had a tire but could not come until a week later. Hugo at Tire Pros found a good used tire, replaced the flat and ordered me a new one that will arrive the next day. Hugo came up with a fantastic solution because he had his customers best interest in mind.
