Tuners don't go here, I've been here before and it was alright - but they Didn't even mount my rims and tires and Wasted my time today and charged me full price , took 2+ hours to get my car in the air, I opted to wait and they just gossiped and messed around the front desk and when they finally got to it they told me they couldn't mount my rims because they would hit my shocks, the car isn't on the ground and the tire and bolts aren't even on, that's not true just because the offset is a little different the size of the tires is the same and so is the height and width. And I have full backing from other people with the same fitment and car. They put the rims in the tires and balanced them which I appreciate but they didn't mount them but charged me full price. I went to San Fernando Tires & Sons and they told me it didn't rub and installed them in 20 minutes with only $20 for labor. Just don't go here unless you want them to just screw around with you and in general. read more

This place is a rip-off! All they want to do is sell you new tires. You go in to replace a light bulb and they'll tell you it's because you need new tires. You tell them there is some "noise" in the engine and they tell you it's because you need new tires. You go in for a lube service and they'll tell you the tires are old and need to be replaced even though car tires are under 6 months. You can probably see the pattern. I'm all for supporting small business but small businesses are hurting and they are only focused on making a buck! They will even admit that they can't compete with Costco so how do they expect to stay in business or expect a customer to pay 30-35% more doing business here?!? Save yourself the headache and money, just go to Costco. read more

Over the past week, I noticed that I had a slow leak in my rear passenger tire and wanted to avoid going to the dealership to have it replaced. I started scrolling through Yelp and noticed that Burbank Tire Pros were literally a few blocks from my home and had excellent reviews. I had a little bit of free time yesterday morning and decided to head over to Burbank Tire Pros to see if they could repair my tire but if not then see if they had my tire in stock. Upon my arrival, I was immediately greeted by Harry who welcomed me to the neighborhood and ensured that they would see if they could repair my tire but if not then he already had my tire in stock. Within a few minutes, Harry's technician confirmed that I had a nail in my tire and that luckily it was repairable. In less than 15 minutes, Harry's technician repaired my tire and I was out the door to run my other errands. He was always unwelcoming and argumentative, today January 29th, 2022 after I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change, I received a special oil change offer and I told Hugo about it and he replied that's impossible and that they don't have any record of that offer. I showed him email I received from mytirepros.com, after he verified the offer and he continues to argue, he asked me to forward this email to him, because he thought I falsified the offer. We asked them to check all 4 brakes on a car and they didn't. Rather than admitting their mistake they flat out told me that I only asked for the rear brakes. Otherwise, their service has been poor, they don't get back to you when your car is done and you're left chasing them down about it. Not sure how this place has this rating. My experience the last 4-5 times has been sour despite provide feedback on multiple occasions through their survey. Harry and Hugo are the particular employees I've spoken with regarding two cars that I've put through this business on multiple occasions. They must not value repeat customers. I came in to Tire Pros for a screw in my tire and was told it was irreparable and sold 2 new "budget" tires. Not 2 weeks later I developed a leak in one of them while on a cross-country work trip and could not find any Tire Pros locations in the same state. It was late afternoon on a Friday and the only place still open was Costco. Needing something quickly to get me back on the road, I jumped on it before they closed too which would leave me stranded there all weekend. I took it in and they found a mysterious pinhole through the sidewall of the brand-new tire, which they told me was irreparable. As is their policy, since it was AWD they would only sell me 4 brand-new tires. Funny, I got a way better deal on all-season Michelins for the same price as the cheap garbage Tire Pros sold me. Now deeply in the hole after dropping over $1,000 on 6 tires and a Costco membership I'll never use, I returned to Tire Pros to explain my sob story. They wouldn't even look at the tires I brought back with me. The manager explained to me that I should've called the number on the paperwork that nobody told me about to find a Tire Pros affiliate to do the work (which wouldn't have mattered since every other shop in the area was closed). As such, they were vanquished of any and all responsibility including even disposing of my now-garbage tire. Hate to say it, but thanks for nothing Tire Pros! read more

When stopping for gas the day before, i noticed my front passage tire was worn down pretty severely. I called a few places near home and was quoted close to $250 for a new tire. Out of randomness I decided to check tire shops around my place of employment. Called a few places and was still quoted over $200 a tire, Burbank Tire pros was my last call and to my surprise they quoted me around $187 all things done and out the door. I stopped by before heading home for the day. Met Hugo (helped me during the call earlier) really nice guy and very knowledgeable and inviting. Upon getting my new tire installed the technician ( didn't get a chance to get his name) noticed one of my rear wheels was really bad which could've resulted in a blow out and could've put not just myself but others in danger if that wheel blew out on the freeway. I decided to just have that tire replaced as well and while that was happening i had a few questions for Hugo and why the tire looked worn down the way it did, he gave me a detailed explanation which was really helpful. This place was great! This is an updated review. The tire pressure light had come on and I figured it was just in need of air. I took my car in just to be safe and Hugo was there to assist and explain all the steps. This is not your regular run of the mill shop. They really take time and deliver excellence. They put the car up and thoroughly inspect each tire. They then remove a suspicious tire and fix it. It turned out there was a nail in the tire and they fixed it. All of this took less than 30 minutes and I was so grateful because I had an appt I had to get to. Shout out to Harry, who did the work and was also very kind... This will continue to be our go to place in Burbank. read more

Spoiler alert: no tires were bought today -- admittedly, a strange way to start a postive review of a tire shop. But that's what makes the guys at Burbank Tire Pros so freakin' great: they went above and beyond for a NON-CUSTOMER. Right? Here's how it went down. I'm driving to work in my wife's new Jag. Tire Pressure Warning comes on. I stop at a gas station on Buena Vista to add air, only to see the tire is almost entirely flat. I pull around the corner to Burbank Tire Pros, wait a few while they handle the customers before me, ask for a patch or new tire. The guys are sympathetic and speedy, and I'm pretty sure I'll be rolling in 20. Not so fast. Turns out Jaguars come standard with wheel locks, and the key isn't in the trunk. Or the glove box. Or the console. They literally can't remove the wheel to address the flat, and I'm getting frustrated. The BTS guys ripped that car apart looking for a key I'd apparently misplaced or lost. Or never been given, which is my hunch. They removed the spare, carefully lifted every cover and checked every hatch. They did absolutely everything they could to save the situation. Tried to jimmy, found some potential dupes in an old tool box, searched the car from top to bottom. No dice, but not for lack of trying. They offered to keep the car overnight while I obtained a replacement from Jaguar. And, oh, they loaned me a phone charger with a smile when my iPhone died while on hold with Jaguar roadside assistance. Jag finally dispatches a tow truck that allegedly has a master key (I'm clearly not the first person to simply not have thing). It doesn't. And that's when the Burbank Tire Pros went beyond beyond. They knew I needed to bolt, so they suggested I take off while they supervised the loading of my car and the transport to Galpin Jaguar. They reminded me that Uber sometimes screws up and goes to their back entrance, then sent me on my way. They called to say the car had been loaded and would arrive at the dealership in 35 minutes. And then they thanked me for my business. I hadn't, errrr, given them any. I'd run them ragged, borrowed their stuff, deputized them to manage my tow. And they just went with the flow because they could see I was stressed and having the worst afternoon ever. It meant the word and I'm incredibly grateful. For whatever it's worth, when you spend a couple hours in a tire shop, you see lots of customers -- even if you're not one yourself. Everyone who came thru was handled with patience and respect, including one guy who clearly couldn't afford the tires he desperately needed (cheaper alternatives were suggested and a clear and respectful conversation re pros and cons was had; upshot: BTP said he'd be fine with the less expensive option and should save the money for something more important). I shouldn't be stunned by genuine empathy and great customer service. But you don't see much of either these days. Burbank Tire Pros is an amazing exception -- great dudes, totally knowledgeable, endlessly patient. I didn't buy a tire today. I'll never buy one anywhere else. Thanks, guys. read more

I noticed that my tire pressure was really low and I went to Costco to fill up my tires. The lady there told me that one of my tires was lower than the rest of them and that I should get it checked out. I went the next day because I found a screw in my front right tire. Costco's wait was 3 hours, so I called Discount Tire Pros and the gentleman on the phone said that he would take me if I showed up in next 5 mins. Mind you, it was 5:55PM and they closed at 6PM. I got there at exactly 6PM, I did not expect to get serviced, but Joe and Hector took us in and did a patch job in less than 20 mins. We were out of there by 6:15PM! They were super helpful and charged us a very reasonable price. We will definitely be going back and recommending this place to all of our friends and family! read more

I brought my car for an oil change. After I picked it up I noticed a couple day later there was a big puddle in my parking lot. So called them and they said I would have to bring it in. It's was only a couple days from when u picked it up. If there was a leak wouldn't they seen it that weekend that I left it with them? That leak wasnt there before I dropped it off. They said it was the water pump. So they charged me almost $4,000 to fix it. These guys don't care about you they just care about your money. 2035 is around the corner and when everyone goes electric they'll be out of business soon. read more
