The service was okay but what got me was the oil vat they fry the fries in. That oil has not been clearly cleaned in so long you can taste it in the fries. It made me and my friend so nauseous and we ordered completely different things. So happy this place opened up near our house. The food is great!! The staff is very friendly and the service is superb. I've taken the family here several times since then opened. My only request is that they expand their beer selection to include golden monkey from victory brewing it's a Belgian tripped and would go great with their delicious burgers. Not worth the price or time. Two times I have given this restaurant a chance, and each time they have let me down. My order was the double-stack BYO burger with a bunch of veggies and fries with their truffle cheese sauce. The burger was not even cooked through and multiple parts of the burger were pink. The smashed burger was also rubbery on the outside meaning that the stove was way too hot and the outside of the burger cooked way faster than the inside. The veggies were "okay". The "grilled" onions were not properly grilled and soft. They were basically semi-cooked. The mushrooms, pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes were fine. However, the condiments such as the ketchup, mustard, and mayo tasted a bit off. The truffle sauce on the fries tasted awful. It had the consistency of play-doh and the taste of a worse melted kraft single. The fries were "okay", they were soft by the time I got home with my order. The food was terribly mediocre and not worth the wait. Any fast food place can make a better burger than this joint. If you want an upscale fast-food burger, then go to five guys or shake shack. I am addicted to BurBowl during this quarantine, we had it 3 days out of the last week. The burgers are absolutely DELICIOUS and super juicy. We also tried a BurBowl and it was very similar to something my mom and I used to make when I was younger. We tried it with the angus beef, but may try it with some other meats soon. Ordered from here on UberEats, the delivery time listed was between 25-40 minutes. My wife ordered a BYO Bowl, she is a vegetarian and did not want protein on her bowl, they make you choose regardless, so we added grilled chicken... in the special instructions section, we added, "chicken on the side, cheese on the bowl" to avoid confusion of her being vegan. I ordered a double cheeseburger plain, with a fried egg on top. Not only did my wife's food come with the chicken on her bowl, but it was fried chicken (which I personally did not want to eat or ask for), but they melted the cheese directly onto the chicken so not she can't even just remove the chicken. My burger came cold, and with an egg so burnt I threw it out. Oh did I forget to mention the milkshake that we ordered that we didn't even receive. This place is hot garbage and highly suggest never ordering from here or any of their other locations..... oh yea and that 25-40 minute wait time, try over an hour and a half. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I love about 30 minutes from BurBowl but I order from there all the time because we love the food. I ordered an order for pick up for myself, my wife, and 2 kids. I went in and picked it up. They gave me my the food in a big paper bag that was stapled shut. When I got home I realized that they forgot my kid's food. My wife left our house and asked me to call. The "manager" (she refused to give me her name), gave me major attitude. She basically called me a liar. I asked if I could return the whole meal and have it remade because by the time my wife gets there and drives back it will have been an hour or more. The manager refused to accommodate this, I believe, reasonable request. I wasn't asking for anything free. Just for a mistake to be corrected. Horrible customer service. I got two cheeseburgers and an order of double truffle fries and total was $16 and some change. Burger had no seasoning at all was literally dry. Fries got nasty after a couple. I will never come here again and I would be so pressed if I payed regular price for these items and it came out to over $20 bucks. Trash location don't waste your time and money. Oh and and btw I waited 12 minutes legit and there was three people there and only 1 person was cooking the others were just looking pretty I guess. Don't get the shakes and ice cream cookie sandwiches. I spent $16 on 2 shakes (chocolate extreme and vanilla intense) and a cookie sandwich for my family. All I got was a vanilla shake and chocolate shake that wasn't-like the picture and tasted off. The order was wrong for the chocolate shake and I received chocolate ice-cream. The cookie sandwich was hard and tasted stale.
