I have been wanting to try this place for a cool minute, wince they were a pop-up, and finally made it out to their brick-and-mortar, and it was totally worth it! Folks need to understand that Wagyu is on another level of flavor and quality (and yes, higher price, too) compared to your standard beef burgers. I typically find "smash burgers" a bit boring, but Burger 3000 really levels it up to another world of flavor. For example, the Space Jam was an amazing creation that includes double smash, patties, avocado, and an extraterrestrial strawberry-bacon jam that blew my mind and my taste buds. The Jalapeño Oklahoma is another stellar addition, taking the standard double smash cheeseburger (with pickles) and adding caramelized onions and fresh green jalapeños spicy, zesty element that complements and enhances the savory notes of the meat, allowing the heat to cut through the richness of the wagyu and cheese. These special items and unique ingredients really help to create a more complex and satisfying flavor profile. The ambiance and vibe reminds me of a retro arcade, space invaders, sci-fi movie cafe type place. The staff was friendly. The food was prepared fast and fresh. Food is good but not my favorite. The Oreo shake is very thick but it's not bad. The truffle fries aren't real truffle fries it seems like they just used a truffle fry seasoning. Burger was just good. And the mozzarella sticks were probably my favorite item. Just beware menu says 7 sticks, but actually comes with 5 but they are a pretty big size. Overall I'd come back but it wouldn't be my first pick of burgers. Service is good place is cool looking. read more

Needed a quick takeout dinner for the family, so we hit up Burger 3000, and it was a solid move. Our lineup? The Quattro Beast (Kimchi and Bacon) without the bun, Truffle Fries, Chopped Cheese Fries with Beef Bacon, Beast Fries, Single Wagyu, and Double Wagyu. We went all in. First off, the Quattro Beast was a flavor bomb. Kimchi and bacon together is just genius, even without the bun. The Chopped Cheese Fries with Beef Bacon were the kind of cheesy, beefy goodness that makes you forget your diet. Beast Fries lived up to their name, and the Wagyu burgers were juicy, flavorful, and totally worth it. The only downside was that the Truffle Fries did not really have that truffle flavor we were hoping for. They were still good fries, but if you are looking for that rich truffle kick, you might be a little let down. Still, everything else hit just right. No missing items, no soggy fries, just solid, satisfying takeout. Definitely a win for a chill family dinner. We will be back to conquer the menu again soon. read more

Delicious wagyu smashed style burgers and fries! Also great restaurant set up from the stand they used to be at! They're slowly renovating it but so far chill spot with good food and awesome service. We got the Oklahoma burger with kimchi and seasoned fries with the beef bacon. The burger was delicious but I wish I could've tasted the kimchee a little more, barely tasted it. The fries with the beef bacon was just right because it wasn't so overloaded with stuff and the fries itself are already good so really enjoyed that. No big flashy service counter, just real people with real food. I think one of the owners helped me out (there are four of them I believe?), and the hospitality was next level. The Smashburger is a smashed-style cheeseburger with serious attitude. The patty's got those crispy, lacey edges that you only get from a hot, seasoned griddle. The LA landscape is awash with smash burger options but Burger 3000 for me stands out. Hearing good things about it is ventured out to try it and was meet with friendly service (always a plus nut never mandatory). I also noticed that they offered the Oklahoma smash burger (a style of smash burger where the patty is pressed with onions on the flat top) so I ordered it with that along with their seasoned fires (essentially Cajun seasoned fries from what I gathered). I am glad to say that the burger was fantastic, perfectly cooked, well seasoned, with a fantastic lacing and the addition of onions added the perfect twist that was needed to really differentiate itself from the plethora of smash burger competitors. The fries were also nice and crispy with the seasoned variation definitely being the correct move. I would also like to point out their burger sauce stood out to me. It noticeably was more seasoned and spiced than other burger/secret sauces I've had which was a welcome surprise. Next time I might modify my order by adding jalapeños or perhaps kimchi (not seen often at smash burger places but I like the idea) so that i can habe some bright/spicy contrast to the rich/heavy flavors present. We had such a great experience at Burger 3000 in Chatsworth, and it was all because of Estella. From the moment we walked in with our kids, she was warm, patient, and genuinely kind. If you're a parent, you know how much that matters. She was constantly cleaning, staying on top of everything, and smiling the entire time. The real standout moment was when my daughter wanted another cheeseburger. Estella suggested making it a double cheeseburger and putting the extra patty in a separate container since it was the more affordable option. She went out of her way to save us money, which she absolutely didn't have to do. The cooks were giving her a hard time about it, and she handled it with total professionalism and kept smiling through it. Honestly, she operates on a completely different level than everyone else there. Estella is the reason we'll be back. If management is paying attention, she deserves a raise and a promotion. BEST BURGER IN THE VALLEY! This spot has a Kool Cosmic Vibe to it and they're always rockin' good music. The smash burgers are 100% Australian Wagyu, I tried the Space Jam burger, loved it! They got an Oreo Shake that's really good too and if you want fries with that shake, I recommend getting Beast Fries, they're out of this world! The staff are all Kool AF. We had the Oklahoma triple wagyu burger. Loaded with onions, double cheese and pickles. The patties are thin but very flavorful. We paired this with the beast fries Overall the burger was delicious. I recommend you request light/no sauce and instead ask for sauce on the side. The sauce is used on most of their menu and after a few bites it all taste the same. This joint has outdoor seating, plenty of parking and exemplary customer service. The cashier was courteous and made sure we felt welcome. Man! The reviews don't lie!!! We had the Oklahoma burger. A double Australian wagyu grilled with onions and smashed with cheese and pickles. It was OUTSTANDING. It tastes more like a steak than a burger. The staff was so helpful, friendly, and kind. They were very excited to tell us about the food, and gave me a bunch of really cool stickers. We found this place from a TikTok and we intentionally hunted it down based off of the address we had initially seen. Turns out they moved locations, about a 10 minute drive away from where we were and they are in the process of opening a permanent location. The signs and the place is all there, but they were cooking up all the goods outside! The menu was simple and straight to the point. I got a triple Oklahoma style burger with a side of fries and it was delicious! The fries come with a sauce drizzled over top and it was just the right amount to not get soggy but added a great amount of flavor.
