Love their jalapeno oklahoma and their chopped cheese fries!! The jalapeno oklahoma is so delicious and very filling. The patty is not as crispy as other smashburger places though. But their sauce makes up for it. I always get extra sauce on the side for the fries. The chopped cheese fries are so good, absolutely recommend. The fries are somehow still crispy despite being topped with a patty, cheese, sauce and more. Parking is easy, they have parking spots available next to the store. Service is very friendly and outgoing. The only cons of this place is the price. For our two jalapeno oklahoma burgers and an order of chopped cheese fries, the total comes out to around $55~ I will be coming back if I am craving some burgers. read more

First time trying this unique establishment. We happened to come across their IG and saw all of the hype and knew we had to try it. We don't live nearby any longer, but we're in the area so we stopped. The service was great. The food was excellent! Their marketing was totally cool. BUT, my 3 star rating is for the fact that l had to tolerate inhaling a mouth full of second hand smoke with almost every bite. We sat at the outdoor dining tables with no one else around. The Quattro Beast (Kimchi and Bacon) without the bun, Truffle Fries, Chopped Cheese Fries with Beef Bacon, Beast Fries, Single Wagyu, and Double Wagyu. We went all in. First off, the Quattro Beast was a flavor bomb. Kimchi and bacon together is just genius, even without the bun. The Chopped Cheese Fries with Beef Bacon were the kind of cheesy, beefy goodness that makes you forget your diet. Beast Fries lived up to their name, and the Wagyu burgers were juicy, flavorful, and totally worth it. The only downside was that the Truffle Fries did not really have that truffle flavor we were hoping for. They were still good fries, but if you are looking for that rich truffle kick, you might be a little let down. Still, everything else hit just right. We got the Oklahoma burger with kimchi and seasoned fries with the beef bacon. The burger was delicious but I wish I could've tasted the kimchee a little more, barely tasted it. The fries with the beef bacon was just right because it wasn't so overloaded with stuff and the fries itself are already good so really enjoyed that. The LA landscape is awash with smash burger options but Burger 3000 for me stands out. Hearing good things about it is ventured out to try it and was meet with friendly service (always a plus nut never mandatory). I also noticed that they offered the Oklahoma smash burger (a style of smash burger where the patty is pressed with onions on the flat top) so I ordered it with that along with their seasoned fires (essentially Cajun seasoned fries from what I gathered). I am glad to say that the burger was fantastic, perfectly cooked, well seasoned, with a fantastic lacing and the addition of onions added the perfect twist that was needed to really differentiate itself from the plethora of smash burger competitors. The fries were also nice and crispy with the seasoned variation definitely being the correct move. I would also like to point out their burger sauce stood out to me. It noticeably was more seasoned and spiced than other burger/secret sauces I've had which was a welcome surprise. Next time I might modify my order by adding jalapeños or perhaps kimchi (not seen often at smash burger places but I like the idea) so that i can habe some bright/spicy contrast to the rich/heavy flavors present. Food is good but not my favorite. The Oreo shake is very thick but it's not bad. The truffle fries aren't real truffle fries it seems like they just used a truffle fry seasoning. Burger was just good. And the mozzarella sticks were probably my favorite item. Just beware menu says 7 sticks, but actually comes with 5 but they are a pretty big size. I recommend you request light/no sauce and instead ask for sauce on the side. The sauce is used on most of their menu and after a few bites it all taste the same. It's my first time to order their burger via GrubHub. I don't know exactly what to order cause they have a lot to choose from. So I just decided to go for the basic first - their double wagyu burger. I was also able to customize it and remove pickles. So when I got their order, they delivered well! The food was still fresh and hot; and they followed instructions to remove the pickles. We found this place from a TikTok and we intentionally hunted it down based off of the address we had initially seen. Turns out they moved locations, about a 10 minute drive away from where we were and they are in the process of opening a permanent location. The signs and the place is all there, but they were cooking up all the goods outside! The menu was simple and straight to the point. I got a triple Oklahoma style burger with a side of fries and it was delicious! The fries come with a sauce drizzled over top and it was just the right amount to not get soggy but added a great amount of flavor.
