I stopped in here for a late burger lunch, and WOW! I got the Oklahoma burger with onion rings. The nice lady taking my order asked if I'd like to try the seasoned fries for free so I said of course! $28 for 2 double burgers + 1 cheese fry I always love when places have a theme & u can tell that the food was handled with care. The cheese fries were amazing- totally my style fry. However, I just can't get past the size of the patty. It is unbelievably thin in comparison to other smash burgers I've had in the area. The double burger isn't filling whatsoever & the bun could've been toasted/buttered to some degree. Overall, I'd probably goes elsewhere for the price. read more

Heard good things about this place from fellow yelpie peers. Let's start off by saying that though it says they are open at 4:00 pm they are not. They don't truly start to take orders or start to put them through until 4:30 pm. When I arrived I placed my order but at first was told 15 mins went then after I had finished the order they added 10 more mins. I wanted to pay but the terminal was down. So I had to wait to pay until pick up. They need a better system in regard to getting food. Out. I was the first person to place an order however, when my order came out I was 2nd to be called out..not a big deal but I think that should be improved on. Specially since they do DoorDash orders. We had: 1 double burger: two wagyu patties and cheese. 1 Oklahoma burger: two wagyu patties, grilled onions, pickles and cheese. 2 season fries and they top it off with a special house sauce. 1 coke soda can Total $35 and some change Taste was spot on. Well cooked and just the right size. Fries were crunch and delicious. Nice and skinny. (personal preference) There is a lot of traffic so it makes it for a not so pleasant eating experience. The food is very unassuming yet SUPER delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. They were having a Yelp Elite event, that I didn't get into, but went along for the ride with my sister who did. Decided to buy a burger and fries and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the double burger without cheese and added kimchi, and seasoned fries. ‍ I usually don't like sauce on my fries (didn't know they came that way) but I thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside is that it takes awhile for them to take your order and to make your food. Its super fresh and tasty though, so I'd probably go back. This is a burger stand on the sidewalk, so there are no tables or chairs. This is a truly to-go situation. The staff is very nice and pleasant. I truly appreciate that. There's a large parking lot. I've been wanting to try to this place since they opened up the new location at Mason & Lassen a couple months ago. My wife & I had both heard about them prior to that, when they were still a pop-up food stand on Tampa/Saticoy, but we never had a chance to make it over there. Once they opened up this new location, we were determined to go, as we both love a quality smashburger! Finally had a chance to go in early December, and again on January 11th, and we're impressed! First off, it has to be noted that this is a smashburger joint. This is not In 'N Out or Fatburger, or other traditional types of burgers....they make smashburgers, which are a very specific type of burger, and they do a damn good job of it! If you don't know what a smashburger is, check it out before going here, so you know what you're getting. My wife & I each had a double wagyu smashburger, hers with pickles & onions, and mine with bacon. We also had a side of fries and an order of mozzarella sticks. The food was hot, fresh, cooked to order and came out packaged well, with their fry sauce on the side and ranch + marinara for the mozzarella sticks. The burger were fantastic! The patties were cooked well, seasoned & salted well and really tasty. The fries were golden brown & cooked to perfection, and the mozzarella sticks were breaded well, without being greasy or oily. We spent $44 with tax, and although the price seems a little high, when you consider the high quality & freshness of their ingredients it's worth it....and to put it in perspective, places like 5 Guys and Steak & Shake are just as expensive, if not even slightly more. Overall, we both enjoyed our food, and felt it was worth the money spent! With regard to the location itself, the place has a great vibe! Outdoor (covered) seating only, but they've got a good sound system playing current music, patio lights & multicolor style Christmas lights draped across the seating area and plenty of tables & chairs with a pseudo-wall partially blocking out the street traffic & noise. First time hearing about Burger 3000 and that they serve Wagyu burgers. There was a line but everything was smooth. Our order was freshly made and grilled. Reasonable wait 10 to 15 minutes considering there was an event and a long line when we arrived. David, the cashier and front person was very nice. He was apologetic for the wait. We didn't mind the wait as it wasn't that long and service was actually great also the food was delicious. The single Wagyu burger was tender and grilled just right. The Wagyu wasn't salty at all which is good. It was cooked medium well and goes hand in hand with the pickles and amount of cheese. The soft burger bun has a bit of a sweet taste to it. Similar to Kings Hawaiian bread. I enjoyed it. The seasonal fries is also good. It wasn't salty so I definitely liked it. The seasonal fries has a bit of spice to it. Fries were crispy. It was perfect for me. Found out Burger 3000, this location on Reseda Blvd is here 7 days a week. Will definitely tell our social circles about Burger 3000. Easy to locate this food stand, parking in the parking lot and walk over to place your order. The workers are so friendly and nice! They are great about cleanliness and wear gloves when making your order, my only wish of for them to get lettuce for protein wrapped burgers or a gluten free bun option. The Oklahoma burger is full of meat and cheese, pickles and onions. Meat master fries are great with their affectingly delicious special sauce. The price was alright, a little bit pricey but it's a small business, so I would say it's definitely worth it once you've had it. We had such a great experience at Burger 3000 in Chatsworth, and it was all because of Estella. From the moment we walked in with our kids, she was warm, patient, and genuinely kind. If you're a parent, you know how much that matters. She was constantly cleaning, staying on top of everything, and smiling the entire time. The real standout moment was when my daughter wanted another cheeseburger. Estella suggested making it a double cheeseburger and putting the extra patty in a separate container since it was the more affordable option. She went out of her way to save us money, which she absolutely didn't have to do. The cooks were giving her a hard time about it, and she handled it with total professionalism and kept smiling through it. Honestly, she operates on a completely different level than everyone else there. Estella is the reason we'll be back. If management is paying attention, she deserves a raise and a promotion. Menus look great , but it's missing the price. The taste of the burger was ok. It didn't taste any better than jack n the box's smash burger (that one is fire) The bread seamed a little hard to bite into and the more I let it sit, the harder it got. Remember I took it to go, so maybe it's best if eaten there and right away. Service was quick they front counter personnel was kind. The flavor is 10/10 (burgers) I do think they covered the burger with tooooo much sauce and don't let the layers of burger show. I was amazed at the gentleman who usually greets customers and takes their orders was flipping burgers on the grill. He seemed focused and he's able to juggle different task. The dining area provides little shade and hope they improve their eating area. Parking lot has spaces so even if it's parked you'll get a spot in no time. My fries were extremely salty.
