First time hearing about Burger 3000 and that they serve Wagyu burgers. There was a line but everything was smooth. Our order was freshly made and grilled. Reasonable wait 10 to 15 minutes considering there was an event and a long line when we arrived. David, the cashier and front person was very nice. He was apologetic for the wait. We didn't mind the wait as it wasn't that long and service was actually great also the food was delicious. The single Wagyu burger was tender and grilled just right. The Wagyu wasn't salty at all which is good. It was cooked medium well and goes hand in hand with the pickles and amount of cheese. The soft burger bun has a bit of a sweet taste to it. Similar to Kings Hawaiian bread. I enjoyed it. The seasonal fries is also good. It wasn't salty so I definitely liked it. The seasonal fries has a bit of spice to it. Fries were crispy. It was perfect for me. Found out Burger 3000, this location on Reseda Blvd is here 7 days a week. Will definitely tell our social circles about Burger 3000. Exceptional! First off, these burgers are amazing. If you're hesitant to order the jam burger, don't be. So glad I tried it, so good I don't even want to try another burger. But not only is the food good, the employees and management are great. It's rare to have great food AND service. A restaurant could have good food and terrible service and just make the entire experience regrettable. But you won't find that here. Truly good food and good people. read more

Easy to locate this food stand, parking in the parking lot and walk over to place your order. The workers are so friendly and nice! They are great about cleanliness and wear gloves when making your order, my only wish of for them to get lettuce for protein wrapped burgers or a gluten free bun option. The Oklahoma burger is full of meat and cheese, pickles and onions. Meat master fries are great with their affectingly delicious special sauce. My rating is really more like a 3.5. My first smash style burger in LA. It was decent, but why a 3.5? I felt like the meat was too salty. My wife agreed with me. The beast fries would have been better if the meat was mixed with the cheese like a chopped cheese. Also, since seating is only outside, and maybe the fries were finished being made way before the burger, the cheese on top was not melted anymore that it tasted like a cold slice of cheese on top of the meat. I live in Oregon, but make a point to stop here when I'm in town no matter how far it is from what I have going on. I was just in town last week and stopped by...as usual, the burger was just delicious. The gentleman behind the counter talked me into trying a new Western type burger they're doing, with barbecue sauce and onion rings. It was outstanding. The beef was super flavorful and had a perfect crispy edge to it, but was tender and juicy at the same time. The cheese was full of flavor, too. I'd get it again. I got a double smash burger for the long road home while I was there. It's what I usually get there and it did not disappoint. Every bit as good as I remembered it, and one of the things I look forward to when visiting down there. They were kind enough to hook me up with a shake for the road and it was superb. Loved it. It was a single slice of American cheese half melted on an inside out bun. No flavor at all all. I also tried the cheese fries without chili.They had a good amount portion wise of fries the price of $6 however they again had only a single slice of american cheese melted. Most of the fries had no cheese on them at all. I have low expectations because it is a fast food joint however the other reviews were good so I gave them a shot. It doesn't seem like they know how to cook non-meat items. I do not have a review for the staff as it was not delivered by a burger 3000 employee. The first visit to burger 3000 was fantastic, the favors were new and they hit different. It's hard to stand out as a smash burger because they are the latest fad. These burgers do taste great but the sauce to meat and burger ratio is a bit much. The French fries are always well done which I appreciate because no one wants soggy fries. The seasoning and sauce however, is over overpowering. I'd ask for lite seasoning and light sauce if you're on the fence about these added ingredients. The soda (coke) is sometimes off. There have been a few times when the ratio is off and to be honest can often put a damper on your meal. The service is typically pretty decent. The woman that is mainly helping in the front is fantastic, she's kind and patient especially when it's a full house. I do appreciate the point system although if you miss the opportunity to put in your number you also miss out on points. The ambience is decent, more heating lamps in the fall and winter would help as the food tends to get cold fairly quickly. All in all, it's not a bad place but with some tweaks and attention to detail Thai place can definitely improve as the food is good. read more
