Presenting the Future of Fast Food, Burger 3000. It's a small shop on the same lot with a 7 eleven made to look like a sci-fi movie with burgers as the main characters. I got the Oklahoma burger with kimchi and halal beef bacon. Services fast for the delicious smash burger that tasted like it was made with love from aliens in a distant galaxy. WOWWW...i never knew a burger like this even existed! I'm in a chatgroup with a BUNCH of my neighbors (300+ women) here in Porter Ranch (shout to "Ladies of Porter Ranch" for always giving the best recommendations!!) and they were all raving about burger 3000. I LOVEEE burgers, and so I wanted to try it out! I'm so glad i did! I used to ONLY EVER eat burgers at in-n-out and finney's, and im honestly never going back there after having tried burger 3000. It's life altering, haha! The bread..the patties..the in-house made sauce..everything!!! I love their onion rings and seasoned fries too! I'm weird and i like my onions raw, so I get my burger with raw onions heehee. One day i'll it with grilled onions, but i am a big fan of burgers with fresh onions. The first time I tried burger 3000 was yesterday with my husband, and then omg....i'm not going to lie. The next day--today--I had it for lunch, and then I came back later today and got it for dinner. I am sooo hooked and so addicted. This is such a hidden gem, you guys will love it! BEST BURGER IN THE VALLEY! This spot has a Kool Cosmic Vibe to it and they're always rockin' good music. The smash burgers are 100% Australian Wagyu, I tried the Space Jam burger, loved it! They got an Oreo Shake that's really good too and if you want fries with that shake, I recommend getting Beast Fries, they're out of this world! The staff are all Kool AF. My rating is really more like a 3.5. My first smash style burger in LA. It was decent, but why a 3.5? I felt like the meat was too salty. My wife agreed with me. The beast fries would have been better if the meat was mixed with the cheese like a chopped cheese. Also, since seating is only outside, and maybe the fries were finished being made way before the burger, the cheese on top was not melted anymore that it tasted like a cold slice of cheese on top of the meat. The guy taking the orders seemed like he was overwhelmed. Next time I'm in LA, I'll try another place, and if is this place is better, I'll update my review. read more

I'm generally not a smashburger type, but I tried this place for the first time a year ago after finding all the good reviews here and it's incredible. I live in Oregon, but make a point to stop here when I'm in town no matter how far it is from what I have going on. I was just in town last week and stopped by...as usual, the burger was just delicious. The gentleman behind the counter talked me into trying a new Western type burger they're doing, with barbecue sauce and onion rings. It was outstanding. The beef was super flavorful and had a perfect crispy edge to it, but was tender and juicy at the same time. The cheese was full of flavor, too. I'd get it again. I got a double smash burger for the long road home while I was there. It's what I usually get there and it did not disappoint. Every bit as good as I remembered it, and one of the things I look forward to when visiting down there. They were kind enough to hook me up with a shake for the road and it was superb. Loved it. I hate that I have to go so far to enjoy this place, but will be back for sure next time I'm in town. It's that good! read more

The guys running this spot are super cool, very humble, hard working and very hospitable. I've been seeing this spot all over instagram and also saw it on Yelp.  My son really wanted to try this so we decided to give it a try. We came here on a Friday evening around 430pm thankfully there wasn't a line and we were able to order right away. My son got the burger plain with seasoned fries, I got the double with everything on it plus seasoned fries. The guys who run this joint gave me a suggestion to try it Oklahoma style which is onions grilled into the burger this was good and definitely a first for me. My son and I both agree their burgers were really good and the seasoned fries are flavorful especially with their special sauce. The burgers were cooked just right and definitely will add jalapenos next time. I'm not a fan of the bun it's a little small for me but they said this is how it should be so you get more meat. I like the concept of the smash burger and I definitely would recommend them. Looking forward to coming again! read more

First of all, the guys here really are trying. They are friendly and inviting. I came here at 3:45pm on a Thursday. There was no one here but four or five of the guys, just hanging out and having themselves some burgers. I thought, if they eat what they sell, that's a good start, boy was I wrong! Since I was the only person walking up to their ordering table, I was greeted and asked if I've been here before, given suggestion to try their kimchi and bacon burger, and asked how I came about finding them. I ordered a regular hamburger, one of their suggested kimchi and bacon burger, and an order of seasoned fries. For $7 a burger, I was expecting it to be decent. For $7 (burger) + $2 (kimchi) and $2 (bacon), I expected it to be delicious. For $5 seasoned fries, I expected a decent size of fries. What did I get instead?!!?! $7 burger tasted like it should be $2.99! $11 specialty burger should be the $7! Fries should be $3 max. The buns were like buns you buy at the grocery store, the cheapest ones. The ones that are in a pack of 8 for like a buck or two. The meat. This is exactly what they did wrong. The meat was placed on a cold griddle, making the meat cook slowly, thus juicing it out. Then trying to get a sear while caramelizing the onions together, this dried out the meat and made the meat have a bloody taste instead. No sear, no nice edges on the meat. Just dried and disgusting flavor. The buns were not even warmed up or anything. The buns are not the same as pictured neither. In the pictures, they look like some artisanal type or potato type. Nope! No butter on the buns? No toasting at all? Nothing. Just plain, cheap stuff. The fries are not the same too. In the pictures, they look like some regular fries, or perhaps the thicker type. What did I get? Some under-cooked, shoe string type. Soggy, oil drenched, but well-seasoned. Two stars for great service. Try as you please. Hope your experience will be better than mine. read more

I ordered uber eats and maybe that was my first mistake. I tried no meat options and they were to be blunt- a fail. I ordered some grilled cheese for myself and my kiddos. It was a single slice of American cheese half melted on an inside out bun. No flavor at all all. I also tried the cheese fries without chili.They had a good amount portion wise of fries the price of $6 however they again had only a single slice of american cheese melted. Most of the fries had no cheese on them at all. I have low expectations because it is a fast food joint however the other reviews were good so I gave them a shot. It doesn't seem like they know how to cook non-meat items. I do not have a review for the staff as it was not delivered by a burger 3000 employee. The packaging was super cute and detailed/aligned with their theme, so I gave them 2 stars. read more

The first visit to burger 3000 was fantastic, the favors were new and they hit different. It's hard to stand out as a smash burger because they are the latest fad. These burgers do taste great but the sauce to meat and burger ratio is a bit much. The French fries are always well done which I appreciate because no one wants soggy fries. The seasoning and sauce however, is over overpowering. I'd ask for lite seasoning and light sauce if you're on the fence about these added ingredients. The soda (coke) is sometimes off. There have been a few times when the ratio is off and to be honest can often put a damper on your meal. The service is typically pretty decent. The woman that is mainly helping in the front is fantastic, she's kind and patient especially when it's a full house. I do appreciate the point system although if you miss the opportunity to put in your number you also miss out on points. The ambience is decent, more heating lamps in the fall and winter would help as the food tends to get cold fairly quickly. All in all, it's not a bad place but with some tweaks and attention to detail Thai place can definitely improve as the food is good. read more

My two sons fell asleep in the car. They were all really wonderful about accommodating them even though they didn't wait in line. I got my husband the triple cheese burger with fries. Exceptional! First off, these burgers are amazing. If you're hesitant to order the jam burger, don't be. So glad I tried it, so good I don't even want to try another burger. But not only is the food good, the employees and management are great. It's rare to have great food AND service. A restaurant could have good food and terrible service and just make the entire experience regrettable. But you won't find that here. Truly good food and good people. read more

Burger slapped... but the experience is what got me. Crispy smash patties cooked edge-to-edge, fries came out hot, and everything tasted like they actually cared. That buttery Wagyu hit different. Like if In-N-Out had an older, cooler cousin. But the real W? The vibe. Space-themed packaging, retro arcade energy, even the drink cups looked collectible. My kid legit thought we were on a field trip. He was hyped on the little astronaut toys they gave out... asked if we could come back tomorrow. That alone earns them points. The staff? Unreal.
