    Plant based burger
    Layan A.

Last time I came here was 3 years ago when I last visited London. The ladies at the front are the rudest I've encountered. And I've lived in the US for years. Not sure what the rudeness was even about honestly, but the fact that open table had a free table and she kept telling us that's not true. But not in a nice way, like I'm sorry the system sucks can you come back in 30 mins I'll have a table for you. The food is overpriced. Our server didn't know what the plant based burger was made out of. She spoke to me like I was crazy. Like you know there are infinite plants it can be made out of, I wanted to know if it was a bean burger or not. The lobster roll was just ok. The plant based burger was quite good. And the fries yummy. The service was quick. But the whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I don't recommend.

Service was amazing the guys at the bar (peter and Benny) were on point with the cocktails and food. The burger was fresh, fries cooked perfectly and overall great place. Hear we will have one in New York so may need to drop in.

Ordered their lobster roll/burger/truffle fries etc.. It is just so-so, no big extraordinary deal in taste. Quite hyped-up in my honest opinion. A little expensive for the little quantity that they give you. Ambiance is fine. Washroom is decent; handsoap smells good. Service charge of 12.5% is automatic.

Wow! The steamed lobster with garlic butter was excellent and yummy! I devoured the entire meal except for the crispy fries. Even the salad was good!

The chain is right next to china town and it is connected to W hotel. We got the Classic roll, and Singapore chili roll and shared it between two people. Both rolls were really good. You get a good amount of lobster in each roll but the roll is tiny. If you are trying it for the first time and have to pick one I would suggest stay with the classic. I will say the price is pretty expensive for the amount of food you got because I left the place still hungry :( Only recommend it for the experience.

Singapore Chili Roll- very proper and unique.

Was staying at the W and out of convenience stopped in here for a snack. The lobster roll was actually delicious. Highly recommend.

Then main was the Lobster Burger (which has a lot of sauce, getting everywhere on our napkins and fortunately not on our blazers, and well worth it) and the Singapore Chile Roll.

We sat at the bar for a few minutes and it was so pretty, like a movie from old timey London. We both ordered a gin martini and they were perfect. Next we ordered the set restaurant month menu with three courses - a total steal. I enjoyed the salted cod and egg dish for appetizer, the salmon for an entree and chocolate ice cream for dessert. We also split the fish pie because we wanted to try it and I would highly recommend ordering that - it was very unique and unlike something I had tasted recently. The salmon was also cooked perfectly and was my favorite dish. The ambience was so nice, it was like an old movie set and the booth we sat at was really comfortable and stylish.

Another server came by, asked if we wanted water, and this time we got it. It was like that all night. Got an appetizer of octopus. Excellent! Had fish stew as a main. Good but not outstanding. We did have a cocktail and wine with dinner, but the bill was higher than the quality of the food/experience. For example, out bottle of water was 7.75 pounds.

There's a "Little Four Seasons" connected to the standard "Four Seasons" and an upstairs that (maybe?) encompasses both-- as far as I can tell the same menu and service applies to both/all. A poster with a review from the London Financial Times points to their roast duck as "the best in the world"-- I am by no means qualified to know if that is true but I ordered the 3 meat option with duck, pork belly, and barbecue chicken and found the duck to be delicious (as were the other meats). The rice is very good, not greasy at all. My wife had chicken and rice, and her chicken was a lighter grilled chicken that was also good. We had an order of the pork dumplings which were also great. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Prices fair.
