Half our family loves lobster and half loves burgers so this was the perfect spot for us. We arrived on a Friday night as a party of six and was quickly seated upstairs, though they were very busy. All of our drinks tasted good and all of the burgers were delicious. The half lobsters were good too! I ordered a seafood pasta and it was mediocre. The squid was amazing in it and so was all the seafood, but the sauce was bland and the pasta a little cold. We'd recommend checking this place out.

BEAST BURGER - 5oz Angus beef patty, lobster meat, melted brie, fennel slaw, truffle & tarragon mayo, sub salad vs. fries

From what I understand, Burger & Lobster first opened in 2011. Now the brand has something like nine restaurants across London, as well as New York, Dubai, Bangkok, Malaysia, Kuwait and Singapore. I hope they open up a joint in the San Francisco Bay Area even though at first blush burgers and lobsters are an unorthodox hybred of the two -- where casual meets decadent. There's a vaguely nautical, but classy and hip theme. Also, the funky / pop house music makes it feel really lively. From a space standpoint, the tables are spaced far enough apart so it doesn't feel like many other London establishments but plenty enough occupied tables which highlights Burger & Lobster's rampant popularity. I started out with three Rock Oysters on the half shell served traditionally with lemon, Tabasco, and shallot vinaigrette. They were good and fresh. For the main course, I went with the Beast Burger and opted for the slightly smaller 5oz Angus beef patty topped with lobster meat, melted brie, fennel slaw, truffle & tarragon mayo. Instead of fries, I opted for a small side salad. If you get the opportunity, go to Burger & Lobster!

Had reservations on open table. Was told that there were actually no tables, after a back-and-forth they were able to give us 2 tables and split our party in 2. It was rather an annoying start to the experience. The place itself is very nice, comfy and stylish. Certainly more than any other serious burger joint. The food was great. We tried several burgers, lobster and lobster rolls. Everything tasted great and was well cooked. The waitress did not really know the menu very well though. For example, we asked what the vegetable patty was and she had no clue. We asked for ice-water and we were told that they don't have that but they can bring an extra glass with ice. Just some quirks maybe to the individual waitress. Prices are slightly above what you expect, Overall, would come here again if in the area but would not seek it out specifically.

Just off of the strength that you get a good size Burger as well as a whole lobster roll, I will sold. The lobster roll came with that butter and had a lot of Lobster in it. Some people do skimp. The burger was thicken very flavorful. The way staff was very helpful. I mean, I'm ordering a cheeseburger and lobster, it's not like they have to help that much LOL but they were very nice. As soon as I get off the plane, this was the first place I went to. I was not disappointed at all!

You don't find many burger joints that also have Lobster/seafood so we decided to give B&L a try. It was busy around 7:30 Wednesday evening. A 1/2 hour wait became 15 minutes which was a nice surprise. A good size dining area with a long bar. We started with a local draft Lager (can't remember the name) & the Lobster Martini which was excellent. Ordered the Lobster Mac & Cheese which was also excellent & a good portion for sharing. We all wanted to try their B&L (Surf & Turf) burger. Temperature choices are medium or well-done. Burgers were cooked more than medium. Despite that, the combo of Gruyere & Lobster on top of the Patty worked well together. It is a rich and filling burger despite being 5 oz & looking like a slider when it comes out. Two ordered regular fries (it's a la carte) & mentioned they tasted like the fries of the fast food place that has served many. We also ordered the Parmesan truffle potatoes. Although a bit oily, were definitely a better compliment to the B&L burger & worth the upgrade. If you are really hungry, the regular burger sans Lobster is 10 oz and a bit lower in price. Surprising they highlighted that their beef comes from Nebraska given the locally sourced movement. Worth a try for the B&L Combo burger & cocktails & a few tables looked like they were enjoying the Lobster also. Service was friendly and attentive.

We went twice at different locations on our recent trip to London and we loved it! I miss it already! I can't believe I ate the whole thing!

Tasty burgers, lobster was cold by the time it arrived to our table. Looked busy when we got there and it took servers quite a while to take our order. Very friendly staff, though. Music was upbeat and adequate for a diner like restaurant. Will probably come back. For the burgers.

G was a wonderful server. She was kind and bubbly and fun! We had the burger and lobster combo with a side of salad and fries to split. Our cocktails were also amazing. I had the smoke and fire (tequila based) and hubby had a classic vodka gimlet. The place has a cool vibe with thumping music, a mixed lively crowd and did I mention lobster!!!!!!! Tea was amazing, insane, over the top and unforgettable. Service was top notch, great choices of teas, beautiful space, great tea-type foods (which are basically mayo-based things or sweet things), very cool dining area (as well as the rest of the place) and of course those Had an overnight in London and found this place while walking around SoHo. I started with the raw oysters and they were great. I wasn't too hungry so I also go the side of lobster Mac and cheese. It was absolutely delicious and enough to share with 2 people at least. Also had a nice glass of wine. The price for all of it wasn't too expensive for a solo night out dining h From what I understand, Burger & Lobster first opened in 2011. This is a must-go place in London if you're a lobster fanThe Burger and Lobster Combo is a great pick if you want to get a variety of foods with a lobster, burger, chips, and salad included. We chose to get the steamed lobster as part of the burger and lobster combo. The presentation was great and the lobster was good but not amazing, so perhaps the grilled option would have been better. There's also another combo that's similar with a lobster roll rather than a lobster, which my friends enjoyed. Only negative side was that they switched the doneness of the meat of my friend and I (on two different burgers...) and that they were both overly cooked in general (a medium which was by far well-done and a medium-rare cooked medium). I would give 3.5 stars.

In an attempt not to scare people off from trying this place out, I'm going to go ahead and say 4 stars for now...and here is why..... My work colleagues and I headed over to BOBO Social during it's first lunch seating. Advertising its small plates and innovative burgers, there is also a special to have a takeaway burger and fries for a 10-er, attracting some of the media types in the area who may not be able to break away from their desk and have a sit down lunch. Food: As I wasn't in much of a burger mood, I shared a bunch of small plates with one of my colleagues. These are definitely small plates and probably my biggest disappointment with the meal. Though the servers encourage you to have about 3 plates per person - I would recommend having more than that - though at 8 quid a pop for some of the smaller plates, this may be pushing it for a lunchtime meal. Other spots in the neighborhood with a similar small plate menu leave you feeling much more full at the end of the meal. The food itself was quite good: The steak strips, watermelon, tomato and feta, & Crispy squid among my favourites. I'll definitely look to go back to at least try one of their signature burgers - the peanut butter burger with bacon sounds like it could be a delight. Venue: This is probably the best part of the spot. There is an upstairs with good lighting and a small seating area and also a downstairs to the venue. The downstairs can be rented out for events, private larger bookings or parties, and as an intimate feel with little cave-like seating areas in the back and private bar. I'd definitely encourage a try and to provide the helpful staff with feedback on the meal as they get up and running. This could potentially be a great addition to the Charlotte Street restaurant scene.

Primarily, my Smokey Mountain Barbeque Burger was absolutely massive, and I soon realized (as had those around me) that at Ultimate Burger a fork and knife are key. The ingredients used appeared as though they were quite fresh and the burger was cooked just right. One thing I will say is that the burger itself wasn't overly flavourful, but the various compliments made it enjoyable. Additionally, while only a coin over a pound each, my sides of chips and chili con carne were a bit on the mediocre end of the scale. All in all, I stepped out of Ultimate Burger having eaten an absolutely massive burger, two sides, and 500ml of bottled water for under £15, and while it doesn't come close to South Kensington's Byron, who still wear the crown of Best Burger in London, Ultimate was a good experience. So if you're in the area and absolutely must have a burger, Ultimate Burger is a great value and a good experience. However, the strip of Tottenham Court Road surrounding the Warren Street Station is packed with amazing dining options of all cuisine's, so strongly consider those before resorting to a chain.
