Like others have said, I and my family like the food here very much. The quality of the ingredients is also a big factor in us eating here, however, our past two orders had mistakes - we were missing our fries. The other order had cheese on my brother's burger, who has a diary allergy - so he went hungry that night while the rest of us were able to eat our meals. To add insult to injury, they also forgot his chili with his chili fries. I contacted customer service immediately, for both orders, and have heard nothing back after several months. Extremely disappointed, and I'm afraid we won't be carrying out here anymore. Would recommend if you're physically in the area though, because the burgers are delicious - especially with the urban fries (parmesan garlic aioli). read more

Update 7/7/17: After posting my review (below), I responded to BurgerFi's posted request for followup using their feedback website. However, it's been over a month now and there has been no response from BurgerFi Custormer Care so clearly they really do NOT want to improve or take any action. I also posted on another review website and got the same treatment..,BF also responded as if they would do something, and after i followed their feedback procedure, BF did NOTHING. So for wasting my time and failure to even care, I LOWERED my rating. And I certainly do not recommend patronizing a business that uses such phony antics to cover up for inept service. Review posted on 6/1/17: Ordering was very slow and the person there also did not know how to apply a gift card payment. You need to know the available toppings and ask for them, otherwise they are not advertised or offered. Burger was cooked too well done Some toppings were left off my order too. Hands down THE BEST BURGER. Plenty of toppings and options. The staff was super friendly and helpful. If your tired of the same old flat and boring burger from other places come here to Burger Fi. The dining area is cozy and warm. We were served very quickly but the burger is anything but fast food. It is well cooked and the melted cheese just makes the burger sooooo yummy. BurgerFi's burgers are right up there with the best of them. I would put them at or above Five Guys and Melt. The burgers are large, hot and tasty and there's plenty of options & toppings to please just about everyone. My wife has tried the hot dogs as well, which are apparently pretty good. (I will never know.) We usually get the Cry & Fry (onion rings and fries) but don't try that alone unless you are very, very hungry. Foods always good but I'm assuming they had a new cashier tonight. Came in at 9:05 PM, place was pretty empty. I had ordered the BurgerFi cheeseburger but with a single patty. However, tonight they were 1) very slow, 15 mins to get out, 2) order was wrong 3x, 3) their fry station was broken so no fries, 4) paid extra for green style and lettuce leafs were so small I could not pick it up without it falling apart. The best thing I can say about this overpriced burger experience is "underwhelming". It may have been better if the Burger Fi sauce I asked for on the side had actually been placed in the bag. Also, mIght have something to do with the fact that the young girl who packed our bag was clearly in a bad mood; she rolled her eyes when I walked to the counter after our buzzer vibrated. Consistent with my prior post, I still think it's OK. Seems popular though, at least with the kids. We were there on my son's birthday (Valentines night). We saw several people (single parents) we knew who were there for Valentines Dinner with their kids. We had a larger party. The order wasn't perfect, but they fixed it. I still think it's pricey. Again I had the veggie burger - there aren't any other nonbeef options, still. It was still edible.. a little better than that, but I don't really care for it. This place fits a quality fast casual description. The place can get a little crowded and loud. This being said, the burgers are great. We really like the burgers and fries. We also tried a shake and those hit the spot after a burger and fries. One of my kiddos is gluten free. She said the gluten free bun was ok. Always looking for the next best burger, we visited BurgerFi with a Specialicious coupon last Sunday at about 1:30. The restaurant is located in the town center adjacent to Wegmans in Leesburg. This is a busy place on Sunday afternoon. We were lucky enough to find street parking, but there are a couple of public parking garages available. I will warn you it is a pain in the butt getting in and out of this parking area on a busy weekend. The restaurant is very modern and open with some bar seating at the windows and tables scattered throughout,. The outdoor seating area looked larger and inviting, but not in these frigid temperatures. I had to laugh a bit when I heard a little boy begging his parents to eat outside. Although we didn't purchase soda, the soda machine was one of those touch screen versions with tons of choices. The area around the soda machine can get a bit crowded as that is where the condiments and utensils are as well. It was a touch loud with the music and kids, but not so much so that my husband and I could not have a conversation. We ordered at the counter and were given a buzzer. It did not take long at all for us to get our food. I ordered a single with mushrooms, sautéed onions, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle and the BurgerFi sauce on the side (Thank you to Susan H. for the tip that the sauce can be a bit sweet). My husband ordered the BurgerFi cheeseburger which is a double with American cheese and the usual toppings. We also ordered fries to share and two milkshakes; peanut butter for me and chocolate for my husband. The burgers were a bit small in my honest opinion. I was able to finish which is a rarity for me. The bun was branded, but did not hold up too well to the meat and toppings. In fact, I would have to say the bun got a bit soggy. They did not ask how I wanted my burger prepared and I didn't even think about this until our buzzer went off. Although my burger had not a touch of pink, it was juicy. The one order of fries we shared was more than enough for us. The fries were crispy and tasty. My husband commented they would have been perfect if only malt vinegar were available. The shakes were thick and rich. I found my peanut butter shake to be delicious; not too sweet, but plenty of that peanut butter flavor I love. I found my husband's chocolate shake to be overly sweet - he agreed. I would not have been able to drink that. All in all, I found this experience A-OK. I wouldn't rush back out to Leesburg, but if I happened to be in the area and craving a burger I might stop back in. Food was great ! Everyone that worked in the kitchen were kind, generous and actually cared about customer satisfaction. They were also the VERY FIRST to greet me and asked if I had been serviced, after standing at the counter for 3 minutes while blatantly being ignored by the two teenagers at the front end. To top it off, the egg that I ordered had already had the yolk broken and most of it was in a puddle in the tray. I also ordered the cry and fries "urban style" from the secret menu. These were absolutely delivious. It comes with 3 GIGANTIC onion rings on top of a basket of fries. The fries were covered in Parmesan cheese and herbs and had some garlic aoili on top. I wish there would have been a little more aoili sauce but overall they were phenomenal. I couldn't finish the order as it was huge..I wish they would cut back the portion a little bit and cut the price some (it was around $6 for them urban style). Been here a few times and this place is going down hill. Stood in line by myself for five minutes while cashiers goofed around and messed around behind the counter. Once my order came up, they tried to give my order to someone else. Staff is very unprofessional. One of the staff found something that she found disgusting and showed it off to the rest if the staff in plain view of the customers. All the napkin holders have dust and grime on them and ours had dried sauerkraut on top. This could be the reason for the unusual amount of flies. I am in love with their veggie burger and it's the only thing I've ordered there after several visits because I'm not sure I want to stray from something I know will be a surefire palate-pleaser! I always get it green style with mushrooms and it's the best veggie burger I've had (and I'm not vegetarian). The quinoa patty has a perfect crunchy exterior and a well seasoned, not too mushy interior. It's neither dry nor dense as some veggie patties can be. The melted cheese is the perfect pairing as it doesn't overpower and the burge-fi sauce adds a creamy, zippy tang. Wrapped in cold, crisp lettuce makes it undeniable! And on the carnivore side of things, my husband always gets the B.A.D. burger and thinks it's amazing. Fries are your standard boardwalk style fare and onion rings are massive. What luck, we love buying groupon and specialious coupons when they are in my parents' neck of the woods. After a morning of bowling, the boys wanted burgers! Yipee, out popped out my Specialious coupon to BurgerFi. We got there around lunch time, and the line was popping out the door. The restaurant had an open feel to it, with floor to ceiling windows throughout the place, and an outdoor patio for those warmer days. Burger prices start at $3.99 up to about $8, depending on the type of beef and toppings. I opted for a Chili Cheese Dog, and the boys got burgers: Single(for my dad) and Double( for the hubby). The toppings were plentiful, and the patties were nice and juicy, filling the diameter of the bun...unlike other 'burger places'. Since we had $20 to spend, we splurged and got the 'bucket o fries'...holy moly that was a lot of fries. Since there was NO seating in sight, we took our food to-go and ate at my parents place(less than 5 minutes away). It's not worth the price for a burger from here when you can get the same thing from Wendy's or Five Guys. Also, we went at lunch time and there are so many tables inside that it's hard to walk around the place. Although it just opened, this place has quickly risen up to the top burger places within Leesburg for SX and me. There are a variety of burgers (though, compared to other places, it's a pretty tame topping menus), hand cut fries, shakes/custards, and onion rings. For a regular order of rings, it's about 5 rings. For the large, about 8 rings. These rings are huge. SX and I both tried the half & half burger. It's basically the vegetarian burger combined with the standard cheeseburger. The vegetarian burger here is predominately made with quinoa, though to me, it's very similar texturally to a croquette patty or a falafel. SX, a well known meat-eater, didn't mind the addition of the vegetarian burger. Burger buns here are the soft potato kind, branded with the restaurant logo. Overall, a delicious concoction, being able to taste each component of the burger, however, I would have liked to have the choice of getting the burger cooked to order. Here, they don't ask you how you want your burger to be cooked. I thought it was a tad too much on the well-done side, tinkering slightly on the dry side. This place also does shakes, custards, and concretes (similar to Blizzards, McFlurries, etc). If you're only wanting to get that, there's a separate line, dubbed "Express lane." We tried a create-your-own, and they were pretty generous with the toppings. This place has 5-6 drafts available, along with a variety of bottled drinks too. They have those customize your own Coke drink machines here. This place does have a "secret" menu, however, it can be easily found on the back of the paper menus and found online. You can get fries well-done (fried to an ultra crisp), various types of burgers, seasonings on fries, etc. This offers a chance to customize your meal in a different way compared to the other burger places in the immediate Leesburg area. Modern, industrial interior with a good amount of different types of seating, including long communal tables and a nice outdoor seating for when the weather gets nice. This place has a very similar interior vibe and set-up like Shake Shack and Good Stuff Eatery combined. Though when this place gets bustling busy, it might be a tad squishy to maneuver around, especially since the soda drink machines and condiments are all located in one side of the restaurant. This place doesn't have the generous sauce condiments available for free-for-all use like Melt or Five Guys. SX was sorely missing his malt vinegar on fries. So far, staff is pretty upbeat and the place is pretty clean. Open to 11pm every night, this is probably going to be a hot spot in Leesburg Village Town Center. read more

Stopped in for lunch and got the BBQ burger with a side of fries, paid $18 for what I thought was a decent tasting burger until I found a GIANT bug on the bun of my burger. I was not even halfway through and there it was! I can't say for certain if it surfaced from inside the burger, but there definitely wasn't anything flying around the corner where I was sitting in. I wish I snapped a picture before taking it to the gentleman at the register, but let's just say it was big enough for even him to be afraid of seeing it. He had no idea what to do, but after asking me if he should throw it away he took the tray outside and trashed my burger. Not sure if I was expected to still eat the burger after that?? When he came back in, he asked if I wanted a milkshake. As if the milkshake was supposed to satisfy my hunger and compensate for an $18 meal that was just ruined. I replied by saying that I was not even halfway through my meal. He went to the back to speak to who I'm assuming was the manager and came back out by saying they would replace the burger, but frankly after that encounter I really wanted to get out of there. I asked for 3 chicken tenders (priced at $4). While I waited for those to be made, I expected the manager to come outside and at least apologize for what happened, but I was not offered any apology. If something like this were to happen at any other establishment, that would be the FIRST thing that a manager does. Overall the management needs to be re-evaluated and this place should get a health inspection visit. To get 4 stars, the burgers need to be cooked to order and the beverage (beer) menu needs to be re-thought, would like to see all the macrobrews removed from the menu and replaced with microbrews. To get 5, extra things need to be done, re-think the layout of the dining area, feels like a cafeteria and doesn't flow well as far as waiting to get food, getting condiments and drinks and then sitting down, esp. with a crowded restaurant.
