The fries were delicious and you could tell they are made from fresh potatoes. The custard shake was thick and creamy and delicious. The service was super friendly. But the burger, the supposed star of the show? It was sad and dry, and surprisingly bland despite being advertised as including jalapenos, ghost pepper bacon, and hot steak sauce. Maybe a little better than five guys, but with Melt so close by I can do better for a burger in Leesburg. First, I was really impressed by the lengths Meena and the team went to accommodate me as a vegetarian. The veggie and vegan burgers are fried, rather than cooked on a flat top / grill, and, upon request, they used separate utensils to avoid contamination. Sounds silly, but other veggies will understand. We got the vegan burger (beyond burger) and house made vegetarian burger. Both tasted delicious and were flavorful, although my husband felt like the vegan burger was very thin and likely not worth the normal $9.50 a la carte price point. I'm torn on the $7.50 price point for the veggie burger, but think I would pay full price for it if I was in the mood for a burger. The regular portion of fries were HUGE! We absolutely LOVE the Burger Fi food....the fries are our favorite, as are the chicken fingers and burgers. However, the kids meals used to be $7 and was a great value and you got enough fries to fulfill the craving. Recently, they raised the kids meal prices to $10 and what used to be a full container of fries, is barely halfway filled. We also do a lot of carry out, and half the time something is missing in our order. We notified the staff but they young kids just stared at us and didn't do anything. The bathroom was not very clean and there were no paper towels. It was not terribly busy so I didn't find a real excuse for the matters to not be addressed. This place has gone down hill. Came here on a Tuesday night at 6:30. Two parties already had their food and one other was waiting after us. There were 2-3 workers at the front and 3-4 cooks/workers in the back. So not that busy and plenty of staff. I came in with my child and we dined in. The lady at the front who took our order was fantastic, but that's worth fantastic ended unfortunately. It took 28 minutes for us to get our food, I was able to catch this time by what was printed on the receipt. We both ordered one sandwich and we shared the fries. The fries were amazing, seasoned well and definitely gave a legendary portion. The burgers were pretty good, I really have no complaints except it was a little too much bread for me. The lady that took our order and the amazing french fries is why I'm giving it three stars. From working in a restaurant previously I can tell you that they were cooked in very old oil & it shows. This is one of the ever growing number of burger chains in the area. It's nothing amazing but it's a solid and enjoyable meal. I ordered the single burger which was plenty for lunch. I just made my own with mustard, onions, lettuce, tomato, etc. rather than ordering one of their custom selections. The burger was tasty and VERY juicy so you might want to keep a couple of napkins on the table and on your lap. The individual fries are a large serving as well and the fries are fresh cut rather than frozen. The fries are very crispy and not too greasy so they're worth a try and two people can split an order if you aren't looking to go hog wild. This place isn't worth a long and expensive drive on the toll road from DC/Arlington just to check it out but it's a worthy lunch option if you're in the area. read more

Yeah not so much again mediocre I mean 3 layers of custard with a small sliver of keylime pie in between. It was good but I was expecting my pie to be blended into my custard... not a parfait. Overall..burgerfi joins the many burger places trying to serve upscale burgers with better quality then your fast food burger. Perhaps I just ordered the wrong items... but to drive all the way to leesburger for a burger... not so much. But to each their own..in this case quality of ingrients is fresh but flavor lacks a bit. I always love a good burger, and this place gives you just that. Pros: Juicy burgers, fresh ingredients, great tasting meat. Cons: On the pricey side, about ~$13-18 for burger with drinks and fries. BurgerFi is one of those burger joints that always hit the spot. Their burgers are always cooked perfectly, and well seasoned. Trust me, every bite is as satisfying as the last. Be sure to try their urban fries! Its topped with Parmesan and garlic aioli- extremely tasty! However, it is quite expensive for a casual lunch, and the burgers aren't the biggest around. It's hard to justify coming here often, and I would love to see some sort of combo options with drinks and fries, or even just a side of fries (smaller portion option) available . BurgerFi's burgers are decent, but not anything particularly special. They are kind of like an improved Wendy's burger. What IS special is the frozen custard. Swoooon! They have various dessert options featuring it: shakes, concretes, etc, but honestly I usually just get a cone with chocolate custard and some chocolate chips or toffee pieces. You know how foodie people go on about "mouth feel," and you think it's just something they made up to sound superior? This custard will make you a believer! My husband loves the red velvet shake, which is a milkshake with a red velvet cupcake mixed in. It ends up pink, and they top it with rainbow sprinkles, and it just makes me laugh every time he orders it. The prices are pretty average, and service is usually good. Employees have always been very friendly. The wait doesn't seem to be too long for food, but there isn't much room at the dessert station, so sometimes that takes 5 or 10 minutes.
