We have been in many burger joints of other fast woof restaurant, but this is the one that has become our GO TO. Why? Because this BK at N. Harrison is ALWAYS super clean, the service is always great and the food is always piping hot ,from burgers, to french fries, to chicken nuggets... Special shout out to the manager Celeste and to Genesis, both are always smiling, always helpful even though we often used coupons, they still welcome and happy to see us, unlike many other places, when we showed the coupons, we would often heard " we don't accept coupons here". This is the first time I have been to a fast food restaurant where the sandwich looked like the picture. The whopper was nicely made instead of thrown together by some upset with their life choices employee. The place was very clean and the staff was super nice. It was a very pleasant visit. Stopped by this morning around 9ish. Didn't expect much but the breakfast tots were not only cold but tasted as if they were cooked in last week's oil; oul that had been uses multiple times. This bothered me more than anything. Additionally the breakfast biscuit (bacon/egg/cheese) was dry and cold. I don't expect much from these places but I wr a minimum expect warm food. I had a craving for Burger King, so stopped here. I went inside and there was only one other person in the building eating. Girl at register was very unfriendly, snappy....but at least did take my order correctly. The tea was on the front counter, not by the drink machine. Decided to serve myself since the girl seems so hostile. Food came out fast, so I should have checked it before I started eating. The burger was room temperature...not warm and certainly not hot. Tasted "old" not fresh at all. Did not have the normal "taste" of a whopper. Thought about asking for it to be heated, but figured I might have a fight on my hands, so ate it anyway. Fries were warm at least. Not sure why, but I was not feeling well at all about an hour after I ate this. This is very unusual for me, I can usually eat anything and it does not bother me. I will not be stopping at this Burger King again....no matter what the price. No excuse for a room temp burger when they are not busy. read more

I'm disgusted by the service and the food. For starters, I ordered the Twix cream pie. Once I returned back to work from lunch, I open the container and to my surprise it was full of MOLD!! I not only wasted my time, money, and gas going back to the restaurant to seek answers, but I was told I could not get a full refund. My entire meal cost $10.00, and you mean to tell me, you would rather receive bad reviews and a loss of future profits over a few measly coins? Now when I pulled in there not only but one person in parking lot and it still took over 10 min to get my order. Poor worker was the only one working the front she was taking order at counter and at window. This wasn't her fault as she was only working with the tools that were given to her. The food was horrible. I got the chicken fries and onion and I swear they must refried them because they were HORRIBLE. I've never been a fan of Burger King but decided to check them out on a weekend night to try out their new Lucky Charms Milkshake. Well, their shake machine was down so we didn't get our milkshake and we just got some food instead. Well, it's official, I really don't like Burger King. The food was stale, greasy and sloppily put together. The drive thru service was extremely rude. I asked if we could get a Lucky charm shake. She responds "no, the machine is down". I said "oh okay, are you able to make a frappe?" I got an immediate response of "no." She was unapologetic, frankly a bit rude and was no better at the window when we paid. I've never cared for Burger King food because they usually use way too much mustard on their burgers and the quality always seems subpar but now I can officially say that I won't be going to Burger King again. My husband and I waited in line at the drive through for 30 min only 2 cars ahead of us. We were ordering and after we said one item we were told to hold on each time. When we got to the window we waited 10 more minutes. After we left, we only saw we were given one sauce, our fries were cold and mushy, I never received my drink or my sandwich. My husband got 2 sandwiches, the girl asked what sauce he wanted. He asked for Mayo. He got one packet. I asked for honey mustard for my 8 count nugget meal, I was given one packet. Our napkins were rolled in balls like they had been used. We came back to get the missing sandwich and drink and new fries and more sauce. They had just locked the door when we were getting out of the car. They would not let us back inside even though we said we are missing items. The man smiled and said "no sorry you gotta wait in the drive through". I said "I have to wait in the drive through again for my missing items?" And he said yes and wouldn't even open the door to talk to us. We waited again in the drive thru for 15-20 min. When we got to the window we said what we were missing. The woman fought back with us saying she already gave us the drink. She did not. I asked for my sandwich I didn't get, my drink I didn't get, sauce I didn't get, and new fries because mine were cold and mushy when I got them. She gave me my sandwich and drink. I had to ask again for more sauce. She never replaced the nasty fries. We just left. Not to mention, a cook came out from the back, went out from behind the counter, didn't take his gloves off, a few min later came back in with the same gloves on and got behind the grill again. So gross. Never eating here again. Rude. They don't care about this place whatsoever and it's disgusting. read more

Living close to this location I never see this place busy like the other fast food places around; but it is also tough to compete when you have a Chick-Fil-A right next store where no matter the time the line is wrapped around the building. I don't normally eat at BK, but I was tired of McD and am boycotting CFA, so this was my choice for lunch. I went to the drive through and ordered a #8 medium meal and diet Dr. Pepper. I received my order quickly and it was hot. Unfortunately, the french fries reeked of melted or burned plastic. They were inedible. I had to open the windows of my car to let the burned plastic smell out of the car. The only thing that I can think of that would cause this smell is if something plastic like a soda straw had fallen into the fry oil and melted and mixed into the oil. Totally revolting. The smell is still on my fingers 20 minutes later. YUCK!!! read more

Just saw the lady working the register (short braids, tattoos on arms, light blue shirt that said "flame grilled living") give free food to a guy that works at the jiffy lube as he smoked a cigar with a mask around the bottom of his chin. While she proceeded to treat a delivery driver like crap because he didn't speak English well. If I could give ZERO I would. I ordered a Whopper Jr with cheese. The cheese was cold, as in... hadn't been out of the fridge long... type cold. The burger was dry, cold, and kinda hard. When the tomato and cheese are warmer than the actual burger patty.. gross. The fries were dry, cold, and hard too. There is no doubt the meal I ordered had been sitting around for quite some time and they just slapped some cheese on it. I dont like onions and the sandwich tasted like onions even though I asked for no onions... so that tells me they just picked them off. I hate to say it but they aren't busy. Ever. So there's no excuse. Not only that but I didn't want to go back to get a refund because the service was so bad to begin with I knew I'd get nowhere. Not eating there ever again. This place is terrible. I ordered food to go and they switched up my orders. I also found a piece of plastic in my drink, and the buns were incredibly soggy. The meat was horrible as well. There was nothing good about this place. Even the fries were below average. Some tasted bitter while the rest was meh. If you're looking for fast food around here, just go with the CFA or McDonalds close by. read more
