Honestly really disappointing experience at Burger King. I ordered the 3 for $8 deal and every item missed the mark. The chicken sandwich had no mayo and was overloaded with lettuce like they were trying to make up for something. The bacon cheeseburger looked like it had been sitting for a while--my bun was soggy and just not appetizing at all. Fries came out looking fresh and golden brown, but that didn't matter because they were cold... not even a little warm. Just wanted to update my review of this particular Burger King as things have definitely improved. The staff is a lot more helpful than previously, and the food has gotten notably better here than in the past. The dining area itself is very clean. I usually grab a seat first, then order what I want via the app on my phone. This way, I get points for food rewards later and I'm already seated. Clark nj central Ave is the worst location. Rude, nasty and always short with customers. I asked a legitimate question to a Marie Anna regarding allergies and concerns and she just slammed the drive thru window on me. Totally unacceptable behavior. Still some issues unfortunately but at least the workers are usually nice and trying to do well. There seems to still be some communication issues though. I always order ahead on the BK app because you get the best deals that way. Anyways when you pull up and let them know your name for your mobile order, there doesn't seem to be any communication to the people handing out the orders at the second window that a mobile/app order has arrived. You'll sometimes have them try and give you an order that isn't yours because they weren't notified. Also the guy will tell you to go to the second window (no need to go to first window as it is for payment) but you'll inevitably end up stopping around that window because someone is ahead of you at the second window; and more than once the guy has tried to tell me how much I owe - forgetting that I had just told him my name for my already paid for mobile order just moments before. I can sometimes be a bit forgetful myself but they really need a system to know when people have already paid and don't need to be asked for payment. And OBVIOUSLY the people at the second window need to be notified that a mobile order is coming through so that they can give them the correct order. read more

I've eaten at this Burger King many times over the last year or so. I regularly come here for Whopper Wednesday in order to buy an Impossible Whopper, fries and a soda. The Impossible Whopper is unaffordable unless it's Whopper Wednesday, a combo costs around $15, which is pretty darn high. This past Wednesday, things got ugly. I ordered my usual, an Impossible Whopper, plain with Swiss Cheese only. I got served a burnt Impossible Whopper with EVERYTHING on it, and I'm allergic to onions, for starters. The woman who took my order tried to argue with me that I didn't order my sandwich that way. I told her that yes, I did, I said Swiss Cheese ONLY. Everyone working there speaks Spanish as their primary language. I speak some Spanish, but it's rusty. I took Spanish in school decades ago. She walked away while I was trying to get my phone to translate so I could ask her to tell the cook to please not burn it this time. I received another sandwich which had only the Swiss Cheese on it, but it was Burnt Again!!! ‍ I went and took a bite and that's when I realized that it was burnt again and inedible. The edges of the burger were burnt black and tasted terrible. Being burnt like that also makes the burger CARCINOGENIC. I took my burger back again and asked the woman to remake it without them burning up the edges. The order taker got the manager or supervisor, also a woman and I explained to her that I wanted an Impossible Burger PLAIN with Swiss Cheese, and not burnt and I couldn't eat that one because it was burnt and tasted TERRIBLE. The supervisor told me that that's the way they make them, and if they made me another one, it would be exactly the same way. I said, "Are you telling me that you HAVE TO BURN IT?!" She said yes, that they have to cook it that way because it's meat and they have to put a thermometer into it and it has to be a certain temperature. I said, "It's NOT meat, it's VEGGIE MEAT." She said that it didn't matter, they still had to check the temperature and cook it that exact same way and she could make me another one just like it. I told her that I can't eat a burnt burger, so just forget it and give me a refund. She tried to give me a $4 refund when I had spent over $7 with the fries. I told her that I wanted a full refund, as the fries were cold now. She asked me did I still have the fries and I said, "Yes." She made me bring them back over to the counter so that she could throw them away. How petty. So much for "Having it your way." I won't be back here anytime soon. read more

Please do better. Burger King implies the food experience should be of royal delicacy and the customer service should equally make you feel like royalty; None, and I mean absolutely none of which apply here. The staff seemed inexperienced and easily flustered at best, yelling at each other in Spanish and Tagalog, yet not paying any mind at all to the queue of customers. The food was as expected of a fast food chain - rushed, sloppy presentation, and the entire restaurant did not have one clean table anywhere. There wasn't a napkin or towel anywhere not did the staff care to offer any to clean the tables. I was pretty appalled by the ambience, which carried over into the entire negative experience of trying to order from here. I quickly remembered the only reason to visit this area was for Original Joes across the way... If the Burger King himself is reading this, please fix this establishment. I went in with a coupon for $8.49which includes a Whopper, lg fries, lg soda. I have used this coupon before and it is always less than $10 with tax. This one came out to $10.65. Not a big deal I thought, but they could not understand why the computer would not zero out the .95 charge on my receipt for the soda. Two workers blamed the computer for not cooperating. I was upset so i asked to cancel the order and give me a refund, to which they refused. I ended up taking the meal and trying to find a phone number and instead went on an AI inspired carousel which only further annoyed me. 1st I have only come here via the Drive In , and always do a Mobile Order, and normally it's in the later evening if I have worked late , and have need of comfort food, and or an easy meal without cooking. My 1st time at this location back in September was rocky I did a mobile order , and had identified myself at the speaker , and when I rolled up to the window an older Asian woman said I had to get back in the drive up line because I never told them I was there. To say the least I was pissed , but after some back , and forth I just got back in line. Happily the line of cars moved quickly the second time around. I bit my tongue , and smiled when getting my order because if I said anything more it would have turned ugly. Since that first visit, I have been back now multiple times , all Car orders , and via mobile. The orders are always correct with pleasant service. The nice thing about mobile orders is that the entire cash , card , coupon interaction is eliminated , plus you can easily see , and access the best deals. All waiting customers gave each other space so that was a plus. Indoor dining is back, but only 2 people were dining in. The tables and floors all looked pretty clean. I ordered the Big Fish combo meal. Love the onion rings. The fish sandwich was just meh. The tarter sauce was the only thing I could taste. I knew there was a deep fried fish patty, only by the crunch, no fishy flavor. The best thing was the bun. Soft and airy, with a brioche like texture. Yes, I know this is fast food so I will not judge it too harshly... but there was no ketchup in the bag nor that onion ring sauce they give you when you order rings. My boyfriend and I were feeling lazy and not wanting to cook so we ordered from them through UberEats. I got the bacon cheeseburger since it's the cheapest burger they have and I wasn't that hungry, it's kinda small but enough when you eat it with the sides, and they did remember to add the extra lettuce and onions that I paid for so that's good. It's a bit dry in my opinion tho. My boyfriend got 2 Italian original chicken sandwiches, they are good, I like how it's a chicken patty in there instead of a whole piece of chicken since I'm not a fan of chicken breast. It's also a bit dry tho I wish they would have put more marinara sauce on them.
