I had a really disappointing experience at this location. The drive-thru worker, STACY, was extremely rude and disrespectful. When handing me my order, she literally tossed the apple juice toward me, and because of that, it fell outside of my car. When I didn't catch it properly, she blamed me and said it was my fault for not grabbing it. To make things worse, she immediately shut the window without giving me a chance to respond. That level of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially in a customer service role. What made this situation even worse was management's response. When I brought this up, they tried to tell me her name was "Maria," even though I had clearly already seen her name tag " STACY" Not only was her behavior unacceptable, but management attempting to cover for it and lie about her name is extremely concerning. On top of all that, my 3-year-old was with me and started crying because she felt unsafe due to STACY'S behavior. No child should have to feel that way during something as simple as going through a drive-thru. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but there's no excuse for treating customers this way or handling complaints dishonestly. I hope this is taken seriously, because no one should be treated like that just for going through the drive-thru. read more

I used to go there until today. They get about 2/3 of my food order either wrong or missing items. I have engaged with the online customer service, and they were not great, either. I have 7 incidents (picture proof of most recent included) where food was incorrectly prepared or missing and instead of corporate understanding, they suspended my account?! Big shout out to the overnight crew at first I was a bit antsy because the wait was a little longer than expected having I ordered ahead of time... But the food was cooked to absolute perfection. First and foremost, this place was a nightmare to get to. I'm not from the area and following GPS instructions is not the easiest from here. Sorry y'all, I didn't mean to cut you off, but when you got to make a turn, you just do it. I have to say, this place is like a mix of the old and new. You can tell that the setup and construction is new, but it's a rarity to come across a Burger King that has a play area still attached to it. Most that I have seen somehow do the rebuild and omit the play area. But not this place. They seemed to have kept the older part of the building that once house the play area and built anew around it. Or maybe I'm wrong altogether, I don't even know. But where the play area is, on the inside, looks older than the actually restaurant part. With the update you got the new color scheme and a better flowing dining area. There are now several televisions in the dining area that have just random stuff on them. One had the news on and while eating that is mind numbing enough. I ordered my food and surprisingly got it exactly how I wanted it. So kudos on that front. Sometimes you don't get it your way. Food was spot on for Burger King. You really can't screw up a Whopper. Of course I went with the onion rings instead of fries and regretted it for the rest of the day. Decent meal while I was on the move for the day. At least decent for fast food. read more

I haven't been to this location in years. I was in the area and it was convenient and I had a coupon so I stopped by. I was surprised to see that they have self order stations (4). Maybe because I was in a rush and distracted, I found the station to be confusing particularly because I couldn't figure out how to apply my coupon. After several attempts I had to ask an employee for help. For people who are illiterate, non-native, or non-technical, the station may be a nuisance and deterrence from returning. After looking at a picture I had taken of the station home screen, I realize there was a icon for coupons. Oops! I would suggest for those who don't want to deal with the station go through drive thru. I ordered the new Crispy Chicken (combo). It was indeed crispy and maybe too breaded for my liking. It tasted ok. I give kudos to the fact that it was hot. Fries were good. Lastly, I sat in the center where there were bar stools. The table was a bit dirty. read more

Not impressed at all. Drive thru was SLOW at almost 9pm. Only 2-3 cars ahead of me. Took forever to get to the point of ordering my food. Then once I paid, I had to wait a few more minutes until I picked up my food at the second window. I was asked if I wanted sauces for my fries, which was nice but I remembered seeing a sign that said you had to pay for them so I declined. I was handed my drink & food bag & sent on my way. I reached into the bag to find my straw....NO STRAW. I couldn't go inside to get one because I had a sleeping baby in the car. I was irritated but I was hungry & needed to get home. While taking a sip of my drink, I spilled a little. Reached into the bag to grab a napkin...NO NAPKINS! How are you going to forget to give me a straw AND napkins!!?? What the heck?! I got a chicken sandwich. It was a nice temperature but could have used a little bit more mayo. I barely tasted it. But I did taste the giant lettuce rind that was on my sandwich. The fries were ok, a little bland. I thought they came with a little bit of salt but I was wrong. The location looked fairly new...maybe recently remodeled? Came here because I wanted a fast food place with a play area for my kids to burn some energy while our home was having an open house. Bad idea. I haven't been here for a long time. The last time was before they installed the computer ordering system. Whenever they did that. Installing that was a bad move. It takes longer than ordering from a person. Especially if you get a person who has a tough time with technology in front of you. I hit the wrong coffee option on my meal and in order to change that one thing, had to erase the entire meal and re-select everything again. Heck of a hassle. We waited for our order and when it came up, my coffee was missing and they gave us two soft drink cups. We caught someone's attention and they looked supremely bored with it all. The woman we asked first seemed lost. The man who came after her asked for our receipt and then said "vanilla iced coffee" and had it made. No "sorry for the mix up" or even an "oops". No acknowledgement that it even happened. And both our kids meal drinks were missing. Again supreme boredom in response. Again no sorry or acknowledgement. Just had our two chocolate milks handed over. My general impression of this location is they don't give a rat's backside about customer service and they all really really hate their jobs. My husband and I ordered the bacon mushroom king burger. You get a bite of meat without condiments? Good luck swallowing it. Ew. Kids nuggets were way too hard. Overall, this place had efficient service and the staff members are friendly. One if the things that sets this place apart is the fact they offer milkshakes on the menu. I'm not a bug fan of colas these days, so I figured that milkshakes are a great substitute. If you don't mind a few extra calories, then perhaps an extra large milkshake would be the way to go! I came in at around 1:30 today and was feeling the need to get something to munch on because I had missed lunch. The chicken parmesan sandwich com o was awesome and was one of the best food combinations I have ever ordered. It definitely hit the spot, and I'm sure would do the same for anyone who is on the go and in need of something to fill the void. Today we wanted to try the new $1 taco. I knew it'd be nothing like what I saw in the commercial, but...the tortilla was all cracked and curled up in different ways, making it really difficult to even start biting into it. I mean, it's a Burger King. I'm writing as a review of the price and service we received, with a little on taste too. Recently, my boyfriend has been on a Burger King kick, so any time we travel outside of DC, we usually end up going to one. This one was pretty good! They had touch screen ordering. The menu was slightly disorganized and some custom options (add cheese, add tomatoes) weren't available on different screens - despite being for the same item. I wanted the Original Chicken (never had it before) and my boyfriend wanted a burger. Luckily they had a 2 for $5 option that included the Original Chicken and an Extra Long Cheeseburger!!! Normally each would cost around $7 as part of a meal! We ended up paying less than $14 for our Original Chicken (with added tomatoes and cheese, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff!), Extra Long Cheeseburger, onion rings, small drink, milk, and slice of Reese's pie. The sandwich was surprisingly really good! Good flavor. The chicken was a little thin, but it's just fast food so it was expected. The pie wasn't good :( No fault of BK though. read more

Just ordered a whopper Jr with bacon and jalepeno via the drive thru and I wish I had ordered 2! It was so good! The sandwich actually looked appetizing like it could be on a poster picture! The bun was soft and fluffy, the tomatoes and onions were fresh and OMG it tasted so good. There were two cars ahead of me, the wait wasn't terrible. They make you drive around to the door and they bring it out to you, which I find odd, (maybe they get timed by corporate.) The guy delivering the food to my car apologized for the wait, but I didn't think it was that bad. Next time, I'll take a picture of the burger. Can't wait to go back! read more

Automated system, so I don't think they have any cashiers. Place was pretty dirty. The HVAC vents have a ton of dust all over them and it's getting all over the ceiling. All of the tables were dirty and it took them a while to come around and clean them all. I remember them renovating this place a few years back but they haven't been keeping it up to show it. The food did not look too appetizing, at best, the salad looked good. For some reason all of the light fixtures are misaligned so watch your noggin when you sit down at the tables. read more
