The last straw for me was when I asked if they can put onions on my rib sandwich (which is disappointing and bland otherwise and also overpriced), and they said yes, so I ordered two, at full price, with onions. When we opened the bag after leaving the drive-through, there were no onions on either sandwich, and I didn't have time to go back and complain. I have never been back there again, although this restaurant is right across the street from work. The time I save by not waiting in line I can use to go somewhere else. read more

Horrible experience, I wish I could give this a 0/5 reivew. The manager Maria was downright rude and distasteful and a liar on top of that. Be warned, Maria, I hope you are reading this and feel some guilt. I originally tried to use a coupon for 2 Ch'king meals for $11.99 and ordered an additional one as well. I was given the wrong sandwiches altogether, I was given the classic hand breaded deluxe, and then when I drove back to present the evidence and asked about why there was an issue, the manager Maria was problematic. I asked for my Ch'kings to be made fresh and was told to wait 7 mins. When I got back home they were stale and hard and tasted very bad. they were sour tasting and smelled off and I pray I do not fall ill because of it. I have never done one of these surveys or had felt the need to call customer service, but Maria and the team left me with such a bad taste in my mouth. Both figuratively and literally. They left me waiting in the drive through window for a long time and the food was wrong as well as I was overcharged. Maria didn't even bother to give me a new receipt and when I told her that I was overcharged she just gave me back a dollar and a bunch of nickels. I give it 2 stars because the inside is nice and the food is good. I would give the drive thru service and the female manager a negative 3 stars. The drive thru lady had a hard time processing the offers on my burger King app and had to call the manager. It's really not that hard- all she had to do was enter the code. Not sure if her English wasn't good enough or if she just didn't know what to do but I'd think I wasn't the 1st person she ever had to use the burger King app. Then the manager comes to help, and she's not very friendly. She almost gave me the impression she just wanted to make everything difficult. She insisted i needed to make an extra purchase, but clearly on the app offer it did not say that. After staring at my phone screen longer than necessary, she finally gives in to the fact that i was right, tho she never apologizes. She just makes the adjustments on the order and walks away. Ordered delivery one night the worst ever!! Called 4 times and no luck on food status. After 3 hours cancelled the order went to Wendys! The delivery guy calls at 1040pm saying he is outside and i told him no i cancelled. He said please I have a family. I have a family too, i wasnt going to pay for bk plus i feed them late and i could not believe he expected me to pay $27.50 for 5 hour late food really after I just bought Wendys right take that up with Burger King! Word of advice Burger King you may need to teach your staff what not to say to customers like we only have one driver one and no manager, etc. you may want to stop this delivery option because it was the first and the last time i will ever eat at your location or order delivery! read more

This place is mad slow. Came at 11AM to get myself a double whopper meal with onion rangs to use up a gift card balance my friend gave me. Used the drive thru for convenience. Thought it was convenient that I got to stay in my car, it was inconvenient as it took almost 5 minutes from the cashier at window one to me getting my food at window 2. Apparently, the register at the window can't accept gift cards, so the lady that was taking my order didn't know how to do it so the manager told her that it has to be taken at the register at the front counters. So the two of them left for about 2 minutes and came back and told me I had a balance of 2 dollars, which I was expecting. I gave her my card and they left again. Another 2 minutes passed then they came back to the window register and was sorting some receipts and punching something in the window register. Finally, they hand me BOTH cards, which I found strange since the gift card was now at zero balance. If I was in a rush, I'd be more upset, but I really was just happy to get my double whopper. read more

I come here often for breakfast because I live nearby. I usually get the ultimate platter and they almost always forget something. Today they forgot to give me the butter for the pancakes. Last time they forgot fork and knives and the time before that they forgot maple syrup. I mean these are small things so I don't get mad, I just simply go back up to the cashier and ask for the things they forgot. But not gonna lie, it gets annoying after a while since it happens all the time. Service is also pretty slow. One time I ordered nuggets, just nuggets, and it took like 10 minutes?? Or maybe less but it still took a while considering that no one was in front of me. As for the staff.. they are nice, not exactly the friendliest but I don't really care. I rarely ever see the manager smile and actually give decent customer service but whatever. I usually come here in the morning and the store is always clean so that's a positive. read more

This by far was the most unorganized carry out good experience I've ever witnessed. You stand in line alone side a crowd full of customer to place an order on a computer system,only to result in a total mad house. Lost orders,rushed staff and total chaos! Well not bad at all. Only complaint I have is that they took forever to give me my order. How long does it fucking take to make a ice cream sundae you stupid ass cunts. This Burger King, is by far the worst one. Not only did my food take a long time, the order was not correct. My food had been sitting to the side getting colder and colder by the minutes that passed, and when they handed me my food it was wrong. They gave me two fries instead of one fry and one order of onion rings. The store wasn't even busy when I was there. I ordered my food at 10:43pm and received it at 11:10pm. Two crispy chicken sandwich with LITE MAYO (which when I got the sandwiches they were basically drowned in mayo). One of the sandwiches I asked for onions, when I opened it there were no onions. I feel as though there was no excuse for the mess ups. Like I said it wasn't busy at all. The drink machine there pours out drinks that taste like metal and cough medicine. I only took a few sips when I got home and ended up throwing it down the sink. I honestly feel as though my money has been wasted. The food and service was very poor. After waiting all that time for my food, I got home to half cooked fries, and onion rings, cough medicine for fruit punch and soggy chicken sandwiches. I live down the street from this Burger King so there no reason that my food should have been cold other than lazy service. Also the employees were having full blown conversations with other people in the store that didn't even order they were just hanging out there, looking at cell phones, and doing everything except their jobs.
