Burger king deserves wayyy more hype than it gets. This place has the absolute best food in the whole world. I usually get my usual- a tender, juicy, big whopper with extra tomatoes and lettuce. Let me just tell you- one bite of this stuff and it feels like you are walking over HEAVEN. I cannot begin to exaggerate on how amazing their burgers are. The tomatoes are super fresh and full of flavor, and the lettuce is so incredibly juicy and crisp. The BK tomato sauce- or as some people call it "ketchup" was delightful. It had the slightest hint of basil and salt, and it tasted like it was almost homemade. The fries have the most perfect amount of salt- not enough for you to taste it. They carried the perfect amount of sogginess and definitely satisfied my needs. I will be back Burger King, whether you like it or not. read more

Chicken Tenders were fresh and service was quick, hell I think they even gave me MORE Tenders than I ordered. I guess that's a good thing, unless of course you came after me and got LESS than you ordered. Either way food was fresh and service was timely! This review is for the customer service. This BK is near my house and where I work so I do come here often. The ladies that work here are always super friendly and not a fake friendly neither. They always over fill the fries and onion ring sides, and who wouldn't appreciate that? Oh and they never mess up on my orders.. Not once. I'm giving this Burger King four stars in comparison to other BKs/fast food restaurants. This location has fast and friendly service. However, when the cashier asked me if I wanted any sauce with my order, I asked for ranch. He said, "Ketchup? Okay!" and proceeded to dump what seemed like 20 packets of ketchup into my bag. He appeared to be in a rush, so I didn't even bother correcting him. Although it wasn't a huge problem, it does irk me when fast food joints get my order incorrect or give me the wrong sauce (or don't even give me sauce when I ask). I love that this BK has different flavored soda as well (vanilla root beer, cherry Sprite and Coke, etc.)! Maybe other BKs do too, but this one advertises it really well. Their food is always good here. I find that their food is a tad bit hotter and better than other BKs around the area. I would actually make take the extra time to drive just to come to this one sometimes. :3 read more

Out of ice? So, not only was there no sign outside. But the kid at the window didn't even mention that they were completely out of ice and proceeds to hand me a warm coke. Had the longest day ever. I just wanted something hot to eat. Went by here and ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and everything on it, fries with NO Salt, milk shake (not milk), and jalapeño bites. Nothing was fresh and I'm sick to my stomach, literally. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. They close at 11 on Fridays, so I went around 10:40 to their drive thru, WAITED IN THE LINE FOR 20 MINUTES. I got to the speaker box, no answer, went to the window and the person unlocked it and told us their closed. I told them I had waited in the line for 20 minutes and that I was here before closing, and he proceeds to tell me he has nothing left. I've only been to this BK location a few times, and yet every time I go, they always disappoint. I went to the drive thru and asked for the new Brewhouse King, and the woman taking the order insisted that item wasn't on the menu despite me reading it directly from the menu. She argued with me asking what I wanted to order. I drove up to the window, and spoke with another employee and they took the order without a problem. Had she just asked a coworker to help with clarification this could have went a lot easier. Truthfully, this wasn't something worth arguing about. I want sure why she was upset with me, but I don't care at this point. Another time I went there to order the Rodeo King, and the menu shows that it's $6.19 plus tax. Yet, I was charged $7.99 plus tax, almost a $2 difference. Not really a big deal. I didn't notice that I was overcharged until I left, and so I decided to call to find out what happened. No one answered the phone, it just rings forever. I won't be going here ever again. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby with better food and customer service. read more

On our way home this evening we decided to go see if our local BK had the new crispy Taco's. We drove up through drive-thru where several cars were ahead of us and endless waiting time as it took each car to move more than 10 minutes. Found out as we approached to order that the speaker was out and had to order at the main window which then explained the long wait. We made our order of 4 Taco's, Mozzarella sticks which we found to be a new item on the menu and 2 order of fries. I also asked and requested hot sauce to accompany my taco's. When I arrived home I was excited to try the Tacos. Well, the wait was not worth it and BK you need to do your homework if you want to compete with Jack and the Box! BK's tacos lacked flavor, crispiness with barely any filling or lettuce. The Taco sauce I received was far from hot sauce and terrible. I then proceeded to the mozzarella sticks to find the cheese barely melted and no zesty tomato sauce to dip them with. This particular Burger King has consistent issues as I have patronized them over the last 20 years and have really stopped going the last 10 years and today was an opportunity to see if they have improved and to only be disappointed again!! Been going here for year since I was a little kid. I'm mid 20s now and can honestly say for a burger King this place doesn't disappoint.

I am not really one to write reviews for fast food places but I figured I would do so because each time I have been here the staff have been super nice and patient and the food was decent. I also like this location because it is open late next to other fast food places around the area. It is right next to the Starbucks and other places to eat which makes it convenient if you want more options to eat at. At times it can get busy but more often than it is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat. I'll say openly that I am not normally a fan of Burger King (especially their fries) but their chicken fries and some burgers of theirs are not half bad! Near the entrance and exit to freeways which makes for a not so healthy meal Quick on the go! read more

This BK needs better management. I came for a late dinner. Almost 1/2 hour wait. I would have left but I got stuck! On Friday/Saturday, service is also very slow. Let's say, hypothetically, that you just spent 36 hours in Vegas. You left on the spur of the moment on Saturday evening, arriving in Sin City around 9 PM. Your exhausted wife crashed almost immediately and you took it upon yourself to show your Polish friend, for whom this is the first trip in Vegas, around the town. Many, many vodka red bulls were consumed, you woke up the next morning after 3 restless hours of sleep and spent all of Sunday babysitting said Polish friend and his partner in crime since they apparently never even went to bed and probably have more alcohol than blood flowing through their veins. Let's continue this fictional exercise and pretend that, upon boarding your plane on Sunday night, you were asked to disembark by TSA and a couple of security goons... Apparently friends don't let friends fly drunk... Long story short, you only get home on Monday morning, utterly exhausted, and rush back home to Vallejo so you can shower, change, grab your computer, and head to the work to try and pretend to get some work done... Well, my friend, if this were to actually happen to you, you'd need to grab some breakfast somewhere around the town of Rodeo. If that were the case, you'd most certainly want to order some cheesy tots and a sausage sandwich, both of which would slide right down your esophagus and bring much needed calories to help you combat the serious damage you just did to your liver. If you did all this, BK would do right by you. And the young cashier would serve you with a smile, probably as she'd read right through the shades you're wearing and see that you just had a Fear & Loathing weekend in Las Vegas. read more
