Food is very good quality. It's nice and fresh very hot which is often rare for fast food places. Service was amazing. The young lady that helped me was very sweet and patient while I went inside to ensure my order was correct without holding up the drive-through line. The ambience is really cute and simple. The staff are usually quite friendly, interior is clean and quiet. The food on the other hand is some of the lowest quality food I've ever had from any fast food place I've ever been to. The chicken tastes double-deep fried, and the grease coming from it confirms this. The tacos are soggy and like eating wet cardboard and the meat tastes overly deep fried. The fries were soggy as well. Got my food at 12pm noon. Those are peak hours and had a bit of a wait due to the line, but the food still tasted like it had been sitting for 2 hours under a heating lamp and then deep fried again to heat it up. read more

My 7yo always wants to go to BK, but it's been over 10 years since I ate their food and I didn't care for it then. I recently tried some of the fries & they were good, easily a 3.5 starts. Then, I took a bite of the burger. It taste like they warmed the entire sandwich, lettuce & tomatoes included, inside a microwave or warmer. We usually use the drive through for lunch, but recently we decided to do breakfast and pick it up inside. There were only two employees and they were doing a fantastic job. The orders were steadily coming in and going out. My order was on line and I showed up early, so my wait is on me. But they did their best to accommodate me and I got my order a few minutes earlier than promised. Lot's of professional courteous behavior. The store was spotless. Seating is varied, with booths, lounge type area, bar tables with chairs and your ordinary seating as well. Our breakfast items were varied, ordering several different sandwich style and French toast sticks. Each of us were pleasantly surprised and happily impressed with our selections. Very fresh, nothing tasted or looked pre-cooked and re-heated like our Clown friend in Hercules likes to do. And she was wearing head and mic gear meaning she was also doing cashier orders and handling cash, one of the dirtiest things one can handle. I made a mobile order and had already paid otherwise I would have walked out. I took my take out and threw it away because I was too tired to make a scene. I asked the guy who handed me my bag "isn't she supposed to be wearing gloves?" His response was "yeah but she's been working the line a long time." Huh? I pull up to your establishments drive through and attempt to buy food but I'm told I can't make my order separate from my passenger. I ask if it was policy and was told I can talk to a manager. The manager then tells me the same thing the cashier did so I again ask if it's policy. This is when I start to feel disrespected. The appointed Manager of your establishment was highly unprofessional in handling the situation. My question were not answered and I was being ignored while trying to find more information on your policies. Because of poor customer service I was forced to cancel my order and file a complaint. Such immaturity shouldn't be acceptable from your staff. And they shouldn't treat customers with such disrespect. Lots of light from three walls of windows in this newly remodeled fine dining establishment. Cool grey tile floor, open beam ceilings, four plasma tvs from the ceiling, a cool looking soda machine and some reclaimed wood around. Very open and spacious is this spot. Seems too open and lacks the warm inviting feeling from a Starbucks. Food came fast and was good. Been many years since I had a Whopper - but I remembed more flavor and flame broiled flavor when I was in highschool. Due to horrible customer service and rude staff, I stopped coming here for a while as of Summer 2018, but was in the neighborhood so decided to drop in. Like the upgrade inside - spacious. TVs. Cool corner area with 4 comfortable chairs and lower tables. Feels like there has been a management change as well more recently. More attentive and faster service. We'll see how long this lasts. 3 stars because of the lack of Food Quality Control. Fries were too salty, lacked freshness, and some were even burnt. I always wondered why some fast food places refuse to throw away burnt/nearly burnt fries. Fries are such an important part of the burger experience. It's like having a burrito with stale tortilla chips on the side. My Whopper also lacked presentation....didn't even come remotely close to the commercials or the big posters they advertise on the store windows....no lettuce or ripe red tomatoes oozing out of the sides of the burger. In fact, you can't even see the veggies unless you peek underneath the bun and even then it's all smooshed up in the center of the burger so when you get closer to the center it starts to taste saltier and saltier with the pickles and all the sauce concentrated there. Now that the customer service has improved, more attention to detail on the food will make this neighborhood BK a Fast Food joint to reckon with! read more

First off , i haven't had "fast food" in sooo long (I don't count In n Out!!) haha. Anyways , it was late and there was nothing else open. I was lazy to stop somewhere to get food to make at home and didn't feel like cooking anything . That's when I ended up pulling into the BK drive thru. Located in a small shopping center near 76 Gas. Conveniently located at the bottom of I-80. The drive thru is fairly wide for lifted / 4x4 trucks to make the turn down through the drive thru. There were a couple cars in front of me. Service was quick and friendly. I ordered 2 x spicy chicken jr's , an Oreo shake and large fries for around $8. Everything was good and hit the spot. No weird taste or weird look pieces of "food" in my meal. Overall good experience , but I won't be having "fast food" for a while now haha. read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went through the drive thru and ordered a pretty large order (for 6 people); I could clearly hear the employees through the speaker complaining about the size of the order. We were the only car in the drive thru and no customers were inside. Then we got to the window and they gave me so much attitude when I handed them a $100. I even asked if there was an issue and the girl at the window was super condescending while also using her cell phone. To top it off, our food was cold. I love to see great problem solvers in this industry. Eric served me at the drive through this evening and when the shake machine was down he guided me toward a freeze during and although orange is great I prefer Orange Vanilla. My timing was not the best when I mentioned the vanilla after my drink was ready. Thankfully Eric was able to fix my dilemma. He had me take a few sips and then he added the vanilla for me. He also gave me a chicken nugget for my little puppy. How sweet. What a friendly experience when you have caring thorough problem solving associates.
