I would give them all 3/5 but I thought the fries were above average. They were cooked and seasoned well. The shake was delicious. 5/5 all day, but it was so small. We asked for large but were told there was only one size available. They are missing out by not offering larger sizes and it makes zero sense. If I had known they what I know now, I would have ordered two shakes and some fries. With its narrow design giving a sense that an entire wall opens to the outside and the patio that extends beyond, it feels Ike you are vacationing somewhere tropical and beachy. This somehow combines really well with the industrial vibe of the interior. They also have some TV's for sports. The service is very friendly, attentive, interactive, and helpful. One thing that was consistent across my three visits, however, was the feeling that the place is always understaffed, so things tend to move slowly. I'm not sure this is the case, it's just the feel you get when it happens the times you visit. This is a bit of a double-edged sword though, since it's such an easy place to just want to sip and nibble slowly while delving into conversation. They have a great oven which makes crispy crust. They do have gluten free options as well. We'll likely return.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews, but my recent experience at this particular Burger King location compelled me to share my frustration. Unfortunately, if I could rate this establishment lower than one star, I would. My initial visit was marked by a series of mishaps with my order. Not once, but three separate times, my order was incorrect. Each time, I returned hoping for a resolution, only to be met with increasingly frustrating service. The staff at the counter seemed indifferent to my concerns and, to my dismay, displayed a noticeable attitude. The customer service was far from satisfactory. The young woman at the counter had a particularly dismissive demeanor, which only added to my frustration. It was clear that addressing my concerns was not a priority for her, which is disappointing in a service-oriented establishment. Moreover, I encountered language barriers that complicated communication. It was evident that some staff members struggled with fluent English, which further hindered the resolution of my issues. While I understand that not everyone may be fluent in English, the lack of effective communication was problematic and added to the overall negative experience. I've always had a certain expectation of consistency and respect when dining out, and this location failed to meet those basic standards. It's disheartening to spend money at a place where the service is so lacking and the staff is unaccommodating. Given my experience, I am unwilling to return to this Burger King branch. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique and that improvements will be made.
