Looked like a new employee by the way of repeating orders and took time to punch it in into the register. But it's ok. Better to get orders correct, right? Got most our orders correct. We ordered fries and onion rings. We only got fries. Told them. They corrected it. We were missing our drinks, no ice. Told the girl we were missing our drinks. She looked at the receipt for the longest time. We also mentioned our drinks, no ice, several times. She goes to get our drinks. What do hear? Ice. We called out to her, excuse me, no ice. Excuse me, no ice! She could not hear us. Must be because of the ice machine of falling ice. She came back with one drink. We told her we did not want ice but we will just take that drink. The next two drinks no ice! One order, we rang separately because of a free classic whopper with code. It showed negative, meaning code was accepted. I decided to add an apple pie. When I got the receipt, I paid full price on the classic whopper! My coupon link showed the coupon went through. Cashier did not know how that happened. He called the supervisor. She was of no help. I asked to cancel my order. She said cannot. None of the employees were happy. No greeting when we walked in. No courtesy during transaction. One worker kept telling the one cashier for each order they were preparing if the order was eat in or to go. Guess he forgot to indicate on the orders. At least our orders came out in due time. But missing the drinks and messing up my free classic whopper took up time. Over $50 for my fast food order. I haven't gone to BK in eons. I wondered why. Guess this is why. I wonder is all BK is like this with unhappy employees and mixed up orders? There's ample parking. Quite a few tables. Restaurant was clean. Don't know about the restrooms. read more

We saw the Star Wars-themed food promotions at Burger King, so we decided to stop by and check it out. Side note, they currently have a value combo where you can pick 3 items for $10, which is actually a pretty good deal. I ordered the BBQ Bounty Combo, which is supposed to be inspired by Star Wars. The food was about what you'd expect from a fast-food burger spot. The downside was more the overall experience. Not expecting 5-star service, but a simple smile or hello would've been nice. Also, waiting about 20 minutes for food when there was only one person ahead of us felt a bit long. On the positive side, there was plenty of seating inside, the dining area was clean, and parking was plentiful and free. read more

The food at this Burger King location is pretty consistent to the other locations. The food is made properly and tasty. The service is not bad. Sometimes when I give my order to the employee in the drive thru line, he/she has a hard time understanding. When we see the employee at the cashier drive thru station, he/she is pretty efficient on their job. But the employee could be a little bit more friendly though. The ambiance is alright. This location is kept pretty clean from what I could observe. This location does have a lot of parking in their lot which is always good during peak hours. Hands-down the worst Burger King on the planet. Every time I go, I'm making an excuse that the place can't get any worse and they consistently prove me wrong. The service is so slow for the 5 or more staff that was on duty. A delivery driver ,I over heard, complain about waiting excessively for his delivery! Can't see how they make it! Placed a mobile order yesterday & picked it up at drive thru. The young man who was at the window was excellent. I saw him grab 2 of the paper BK crowns to put into our bag & that, to me, was just the sweetest gesture ever ! The idea that he actually thought about the Whopper Jrs that we ordered & that the crowns would be perfect in addition to that. Just that gesture alone made my day. They got our order perfect and instead of missing items, we received extra items like an extra bonus chicken fry and extra zesty sauce !! Saw ad that I thought was a revival of the Whopper. Whop your jaws! Same'ol pale colored burger with no heat. Barely lukewarm! Cheese had no signs of heat, not even the corners were melted. I ordered a new onion burger with the app along with a medium "halfsies" order...half onion rings and half fries. when I got to the window they didn't have a clue and I had to wait nearly 10 minutes with many cars behind waiting for them to finally serve my order and it was wrong. The burger itself was as ordered however their special sauce drowns and dominates the burger flavors excessively. It was not pleasant to eat with so much sauce (order without the sauce.) The medium halfsies turns out to be a small onion ring only when I was expected a medium half and half with fries. This particular establishment does not have its act together... They are horrible !! First off a Large vanilla shake is almost 7$ and when they make it it's in a child's kids meal sized cup. Saying they only make one size but charge me for a Large Vanilla Shake. which i decided to change it to a Large fountain drink because thats cheaper @4$ and comes in the correct size cup. they had told us this AM they're fountain machine was BROKEN and only had fruit punch though? they made it and it was with little to no ice in it and drinks were warm as hot tea. come on!???? get it together your not making customers happy your disappointing. Love this Burger King. Grew up eating here since the early 90's. Holds a special place in my heart hehe my parents brought us here more than McDonalds lol. Got a job here a few years ago and since then I stop in a once or twice a month. Compared to the BK on our side in Kapolei, the quality and preparation of the food here is much better. The reviews always make me second guess coming here but every time I've chose to stop by I've had a pleasant experience (both Drive Thru and inside). I do think the buns for the Whopper could be better. They seem to crumble as soon as you pick it up, it's happened on more than one occasion so I know it wasn't just a bad batch. Fries have always been hot and my order has never been incorrect. Workers are efficient, they're normally really friendly for the few minutes I've interacted with them. Located on the corner of Kamehameha Highway and Likelike Highway, this Burger King in Kaneohe is a solid landmark. It's across the street from Windward City Shopping Center and diagonal from the Toyota dealer. I've visited this Burger King in the past because of the coupons that are sent to my house and because of the ono Onion Rings and flame broiled, smokey flavor of the burgers! When I dine in, I like the self service beverage dispenser. On this visit, I used the convenient drive-through and ordered the Impossible Whopper. I've seen commercials on television and I've heard from friends that this meatless patty is just like a hamburger. Really? In my humble opinion, the Impossible Whopper is very close to a regular Whopper with its pickles, mayonnaise, and fresh veggies (tomato, lettuce, and onion). However, it's lacking the fatty, oily, greasy consistency which makes a burger juicy. This is a good thing in a way because the Impossible Whopper is healthier since the patty is plant based. So, if you need to change your diet, an Impossible Whopper might be a good alternative to meat. The texture and flavor are very similar to a regular Whopper! read more

Kind of a sad experience coming here this past Monday. Ordered the $9 for two whoppers, heavy lettuce and tomato which is no charge, and two large sodas. Told it was $17+ which when I heard it I thought I heard wrong. I didn't. Two burgers for $9 is ok and a reason to go to Burger King but $3.69 for a soda is ridiculous and the reason NOT to go. To make it worse, after a five minute drive, the burgers were on the cold side and dry with just a little mayo and ketchup and we weren't even offered or given any packets. I've gone to other BKs and the food is consistently much better so I think it's just this location and hopefully just this one time. Also suggest if take home, drink you own soda. Now I remember that about 1965ish, the intersection of Liki Liki Hwy and Kam Hwy in Kaneohe was a four-way stop sign. The only store visible was the modern concrete roofed Foodland. I don't remember exactly when BK was built but it had a really nice children's climbing apparatus. There were probably few safety standards in those days. Nothing that much fun could be built today. Whoppers: A two-fisted burger that was flame-broiled and not fried. BK perfected it and did a good job. Reality is this, there has been little innovation in the burger world since that time. Stagnation set in among consumers. The BK brand, while strong, just isn't very exciting. An Impossible situation: So BK corporation took the innovative, well regarded "Impossible Burger" and incorporated it into the "Whopper". This is a first-class realistic plant-based meat burger patty and it matched the Whopper experience taste for taste, IMHO. Clearly, some thought and planning went into this. BK didn't want to risk the reputation of their 'Whopper' on some lesser 'veggie burger'. Well BK succeded. I'm giving the 'Impossible Whopper' Five Stars. My only critical observation is this. I think the 'Impossible' burger doesn't 'flame broil' as well as it 'fries'. Some of the plant juices evaporate off. This is not a deal-breaker, just an observation from one who has quite a bit of experience with this sort of imitation meat. Overall, I was happy. I'd recommend this to anyone who is interested. Not sure if it was an off day or if this corona got people slackin but BK was a bust. Located in Kaneohe, right over the LikeLike, BK is literally a short stop from my house. Decided to stop by for a quick meal and thats exactly what I got apparently. The whopper I recieved was literally thrown together on the wrapper and the sauce was barely spread over the burger. The lettus was not cut well and chunky. Needless to say this thing needed some assistance in order to be eaten. On the plus side, atleast the onion rings was ok... Wont be back for awhile... Filipino lady at the front gave our family attitude the whole time then when I asked her about my burger because it wasn't right she said I was wrong and had THE WORST ATTITUDE about the situation.
