This Burger King truly made us feel like royalty. The spatula door handle really served up some smiles. The water adequately hydrated, but does not satisfry. Big sad. The abundance of free tourist materials was enjoyable, but the parking lot and bathroom layouts were significantly bewildering. The food. We loves the variety within the value menu. Our nuggets were well heated with a well appreciated crunch and we all found a sauce that we could call our own. The burger was very well wrapped and was overall a pleasant mouth experience. I waited 40 MINUTES for my order! I went through the drive-thru, payed for my meal, then I was asked to pull up. So I pulled out. Next time I know, cars behind me are getting their food in less than 5 seconds. I understand that some orders take longer than others, but when 30 minutes has passed, I entered the establishment myself. I went in there to make sure they didn't forget about me. I reminded them what my order was and went back to my car. At around the 40 minute mark, my food arrived shortly after I returned to my car, but the amount of time I waited as absolutely ridiculous considering that this is a "FAST-FOOD" restaurant (the word "fast" doesn't even exist in this Burger King title). I finally got the food, and I asked how the other cars got their food in 5 seconds while I had to wait for 40 minutes (and I arrived way earlier than those cars behind me did by the way). The guy who gave me the food said that they forgot about my order. After 15 minutes, he figured that they have already given it to me, but when he realized he was wrong (which is when I entered the establishment myself), he went on with it. I would give it 1 star if it wasn't for the kind man that was honest and apologetic for what had happened. He apologized sincerely and was honest about the workers forgetting about my order. Honestly though, I wasn't surprised at all; I was more-so thinking "A-ha! I knew it!" As for the food itself, it was good just like Burger King as a fast food joint. But this wait was ridiculous which is why I'm giving this Burger King such a low rating! I want Burger King to see this and find a way to fix that problem (a good start would be hiring more staff), and this is not the first time I've had to wait a ridiculously long time at this particular Burger King! read more

Let me check down the list of why they get such a low score... Cleanliness - the lobby is only partially open due to COVID-19, so you can come in to order only. Once you are inside, you are corralled to the front by tables that have been repositioned so that you dont try to sit inside the store. All of the interior garbage cans are hidden or in spots that you cannot get to. The garbage can outside was overflowing and people were stacking their garbage next to it. Friendliness - None! The cashier had the personality of a rock. Before I could finish ordering the first item she'd already be asking, "anything else?" That repeated over and over throughout our contact made me feel less than welcome. Also, later I wasnt given any napkins with our order (and there were none to grab in the store) so I attempted to summons the manager, whom was obviously actively attempting to avoid me as I motioned and stated "excuse me" increasingly loud while she just did her thing. Finally, with other customers also observing this, she acknowledges me and says, "what?" Service - aside from a complete lack of courtesy, we waited approximately 10 minutes for a Whopper w/cheese meal and two chicken nugget kids meals. Flat out horrible experience. Not that I go to WI Dells very often, but I certainly wont go back to Burger King next time I do. read more

It was the crown jewel of the bag, yet the only crowns we had left with were the ones on our heads... While lost in the sauce...Ashley was sent to the ranch, specifically buttermilk. Robbie dunked right into the BBQ while Liz and Josh zested in the zesty flavored viscous horseradish. The cheeseburger gave us no beef and mooed over our expectations. I was in line before they stopped serving breakfast the person in front of me took forever when I pulled up the window it was two minutes past breakfast and they argued with me and wouldn't let me order even though it wasn't my fault the guy took seven minutes to order in front of me. I had to sit behind him in the drive-through because I didn't order and you can't leave the drive-through unless you drive all the way through it they handed him breakfast which isn't fair. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have EVER ate at! If I could have gave this restaurant no stars I would have! The service was terrible and the food below average! YIKES! Nice people but inattentive...simple orders were managed to be messed up. Asked for a jr whopper meal..a jr wopper just the sandwich and a whopper just the sandwich...they left out one of the jr whoppers..because all they understood was a jr whopper meal and a reg. whoppper..ordered through drive thru..so had to drive back to request the missing one..also asked for no salt on fries...and got slightly salted fries...plus they forgot to include ketchup packets....im not one to judge but I can understand why perhaps the fast food industry is where they find themselves in... read more

I have a place right down the road! I pulled in at 955 PM into drive thru waited 4 mins then they shut the lights off ! Brutal I drove thru to see the manager it looked like just sitting their ! I'm a customer you moron at least get on the speaker and say were closed! I will never go back and I will make sure all the dozens of people that visit dont go either. Extremely rude staff. Especially, Joy (manager). Tried ordering food thru drive thru and she was busy talking to her co-workers; she was laughing and completely ignoring me trying to place my order. I could hear her talking thru her headset. Pulled up to window and asked her name. She said "and why the hell ya need my name?" This was the worst service I have ever received. The staff was extremely rude and used profanity multiple times during my order. In addition to that they refused to take my friends order!
