I went to this Qdoba restaurant for lunch today on our trip in Wisconsin Dells - it was great! We had the make your own citrus lime shrimp bowls, and it included a free side of chips with each order (and can't beat free queso and guac unlike their competitor aka Chipotle lol). Friendly and quick service - go before 12 pm if you can because that's when the big lunch rush comes in. I'd recommend if you want a quick affordable lunch in the area. read more

The manager there must hate his job. I asked for some salt and he said we don't have salt here we salt our food, I said food is good can I have some salt. He said u serious we don't have salt. I started laughing thinking he was joking. He started telling me to have seat we don't have salt. I said to him why are you getting mad it's just salt. He had the worst attitude I've ever seen. I reluctantly came here after losing to public opinion. To preface, it has been at lease a decade since I've stepped foot in a Qdoba. I understand now they have a new logo and rumors have said they've gotten better. Not a Chipotle loyalist either, Qdoba just isn't my first choice for "Mexican" fare. HOWEVER...my friends lured me in with the knowledge that every topping you put into your burrito/bowl/taco is FREE! i.e. FREE Guac!!! Guac is NOT EXTRA!!!! *ok breath* Walking in, the place is brightly lit and very clean in appearance. I decided to go with the tacos. The service is definitely not as good or patient as Chipotle. The manager/owner of this location was short and curt, cutting people off before they could completely state their choices between the variety of rice, beans, salsa, etc. When trying to make my own taco toppings, he gruffly stated that the sign under the tacos said "No Decisions Necessary", "that means no substitutions", he said. Fine, but I don't think that's how it's read, whateve. The corn tortilla for the tacos tasted as if they came straight out of a package of mass production, not the soft, homemade kind you find at your local taqueria. Oh and they only do 1 LAYER of corn tortilla with the tacos. With all the Americanized ingredients in these tacos (bacon, ranch, queso, BBQ sauce) one shell will not hold up the taco for more than one bite. And that's exactly what happened. Get a fork ready because you won't be able to eat your tacos like tacos. I don't see returning unless I lose a vote again or feel like cheating on Chipotle. ...but the Guac was pretty good. read more

This is the worst QDOBA I've been to. The service was terrible and the employees laughed to each other when a customer came to the counter complaining of soggy/stale chips. As far as the food goes, it was typical QDOBA, but the burrito was rolled like a square and was terrible. The beans were disgusting and ruined the entire burrito. The guacamole had huge chunks of avocado and about two chunks of red onion in the entire portion. Much discussion took place about this lunch!! In a nutshell, I think the quality of the food and the taste far surpasses some of its rivals. However,signage is horrendous and it's hard to know how (or what) to order. Appreciated that guacamole is included as a topping at no extra charge. We wanted to have a quick dinner after a long day and saw this place on Yelp. I have been to other Qdoba before and lovr their chicken burritos. This place ran out of chicken so I had to try something else, not a problem. The staff was friendly but I think they were new and under training. I went there today because the smell of steak in the air drew me in. I wouldn't be getting that steak that was cooking. I got a burrito bowl the first option was what Lukewarm rice would you like. Second option what Lukewarm protein would you like. Then there was some lukewarm peppers and onions that I put on there. Then the lukewarm queso, so the theme is Old lukewarm ingredients. I got some chips and salsa as a side chips weren't warmed up and the salsa was terrible. Gross! read more

Visited this location on a Sunday afternoon. The parking lot was quite empty and there were no lines. The establishment is quite clean. I haven't visited a Qdoba in a year so they've updated the look of the menu but still easy to understand. I got my usual - the lime chicken burrito - but it wasn't as tasty as other locations I've been to. The meat wasn't flavorful and quite dry. Nothing special but a mediocre burrito. My Husband got the grilled steak taco salad and he enjoyed it. I like that they have a multi-flavor soda dispenser so there were many drink options. Their sauce bottles were quite full and our table was clean. Our server was friendly and bubbly. The cashier seemed to be rushing us. I found out that it was his break time as while we were feasting, he was eating his lunch too. I may return to the same parking lot but likely I'd rather hop next door to Macs or Jimmy Johns. read more

I've eaten here quite a few times now being a "local". And each time it has gotten progressively worse. Not only was one of the employees less than pleasant to customers (like rolling his eyes when they were taking to long to decide), the rice in my burrito bowl wasn't cooked....as in still crunchy, and not in a good way. Had I known this before I left the restaurant I would have went back to the counter and asked for new rice. But I didn't start eating it until I got home, 20 minutes away. This place is a dump, looks good on the outside like a chipotle or something so we entered with wishful thinking. The employees are half wits with a contagiously rude attitude. Never was greeted upon arrival only asked and I quote "what do you want" I replied rice beans and veggies. In regards to my statement both staff members laughed at me and said yeah we don't serve those, referring to vegetables.They literally have only rice beans and meat not a single vegetable on site but promote themselves online as a vegan restaurant. I am a fan of Qdoba first of all while I am in my home state of Michigan, during a visit to the Wisconsin Dells my family needed good food late and we chose the local Qdoba and got there 4 minutes before they closed expecting them to turn us away which I wouldn't blame them for however the staff greeted us kindly and prepared us with the always awesome nachos, saved us from the expensive and lengthy wait times in this busy tourist area; great place awesome food. read more

Lets just start by that I paid 20 dollars for some burritos that weren't even rolled but that was a blessing in disguise halfway through our meal we find a piece of cooked plastic about 2 inches long and as wide as my finger I brought this up to the counter manager and all she would do is talk to the chef. Employees are all unprofessional and were laughing when I said I didn't want any "queso" and that I've never been here before. Went with family and girlfriend when she found a hair in her food she asked if they wear hairnets and they said they don't do that here. Went to the bathroom there was no toilet paper in the rolls it was on the toilet. I also ordered corn tortillas for my tacos and they didn't warm it up all the way and my tacos were ripping spilling all my food. While we were leaving two of the workers were talking about us because my girlfriend showed them the hair in the food. Expect this location to be a little busy since near water park. The line wasn't too long but you had people making multiple orders which slowed things down. The location looked clean. Once you got your food the food was good, like any other Qdoba. The staff was friendly. Parking was not an issue. I ordered and took food back to my hotel. Not only did they not help me when a customer ran at me, threatened me and then pushed me. They then served the customer after he came at me me. When I called back to see if they witnessed the event and asked why they didnt help me, the Manager on duty said "we were too busy food to serving other customers." Wow. read more

Good food very filling, great staff provide fast service. Looks like a newer store right outside of Kalahari resort, next to Mac cheese and Jimmy John. So there are options for the whole family! The price is high but is expected for the area. read more

First off food great! Second it was nice and clean and we'll kept. My only issue was the older gentleman who made the food for us was extremely rude and just didn't care. They weren't busy at all there is maybe two other people in the restaurant and he rushed through everything. He was going so fast that I messed up my food and it was to late. I didn't say anything because you can't remove salsa from your tacos. Whatever not a big deal. Then at the end when he asked if I wanted sour cream cheese and guacamole I told him no guacamole and he put it on anyway and walked away. He was not waring a name tag because I looked for it.
