Visited Burger King with the soul intention of trying the Impossible Burger...for me, not my hubby. Anyhow, went through the drive thru and ordered an Impossible  Whopper but asked for no mayo and add mustard. Simple enough so I thought. Upon inspection it was missing pickles, onion & ketchup. Huh? Asked the server and she seemed pretty clueless what was supposed to be on an Incredible Whopper. Hello? It's still a Whopper. Once it was corrected and I got my coffee, she forgot about, I will say the Impossible Whopper was really enjoyable.. tasted like the Whopper I grew up with but more gentle on my tummy. If I didn't have to put a star to text something I wouldn't. On Aug 8 This burger kings was a hot mess. They even told people that walked in that they weren't taking any orders. The manager with the pink hair was more worried about serving her friend that didn't pay his food than worried about paying customer. Friday 07-20-2018 3:20pm. We came in to order what the restaurant is famous world wide for, Whoopers. The nice person behind the counter had to inform us they had no beef patties and we'ed have to order Chicken, that's all they had. We were disappointed of course,, who's heard of that! The only reason they got a one star is because I had to put something in order to leave this review. This is Sunday June 6th 2021 this happened about 10:30 a.m. I went to that Burger King to get two french toast orders didn't check it and like I normally would do got home and the stuff was ice cold burn up she gave me the top of what was left in the basket from earlier this morning. So I called her now this was the manager mind you and I told her I'm not upset man I just like to have my money back, so I go back I wait for four cars to to get their orders and leave. Then I pulled up set the my order that I brought back in the window she turns to me and says oh no you're throwing it at me snatches the food tells me you get nothing and slams the window and lock it. Well the police was called and of course she looked stupid and had to give me my money back. Will call the health Department on Monday to file a formal complaint, as well as their corporate office. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. They were so rude when I got to the window and when I got there, I was gonna pay with my phone but she told me rudely that I cant do that, was like "You know fast food restaurants dont do apple pay right" in the worst tone I have ever hear from someone. And just threw the food away and stormed away. The thing is, I worked at Burger King for 3 years and they had the same machine that we had that does take cards from any phone. So again, go to a different one if you have to, with better friendliness and kindness not with people who are snotty and rude and dont know stuff about the place you work.
