I gave it 2 stars only because it doesn't matter what time of day I go through drive thru I always get parked! No cars behind or in front of me. I constantly say how I am going to call corporate and then I don't. I have worked in fast food before I get the whole time schedule through drive thru, yet this is ridiculous. One night there was 7 cars parked including me again. Tonight 4 cars parked. Really if I wanted to park I'd go inside to order. With breakfast served all day, newly remodeled bathrooms, and a staff that is a true joy to get to know, this Burger King is a representation of American quality, restroom standards, and work ethic. While they're both delicious and equally satisfying, if you have the option to choose between the croissant-wich and the muffin-wich, I'd choose the croissant. I am a regular at this Burger King, but I must say this last experience has turned me off to that restaurant entirely, I will never be attending this BK ever again the staff is completely incompetent to see the Least. I received A free whopper through T-Mobile Tuesdays For Some reason this Location Is not on the app for mobile orders , so I am unable To redeem the free whopper through the app therefor, I walked into the restaurant around 6:15 p.m. tonight and was unable to redeem the offer. I spoke to the manager, they were very rude and unaccommodating, mind you I have previously redeemed this offer at this location prior to this issue with no issue. Why that has changed is beyond me. There were 4 plus days to redeem said offer there was zero reason for there rudeness and overall attitude regarding this matter, I truly hope bk gets there stuff together and that there app greatly improves as well. My NEW review... Well there's just no polite way to say it, so here she goes... This franchise has changed hands again and I must say the difference is ABOMINABLE. We all sacrifice "junk food points" from time to time and this place is the WORST now for such an endeavor. The meat seems as it were boiled (yes... BOILED)! What happened to flame BROILED (ah yes someone forgot an "R" in "broiled" in the training manual)... That place must be avoided... even for a fast food spot, it's well below expectations. For the same price you could go to any one of the other spots in the same shopping mall and do waaaay better. Your stomach and taste buds will thank you in person! My OLD Review (5stars) Well I go there once a week, and the day I go there shifts from time to time Sometimes Tuesday, sometimes Thursday... you get the idea... with this franchise, it really really depends who's on staff as to how your food turns out. We were on our way to Tahoe when we had to make a pit stop for nature's call and breakfast. The bathrooms were clean and accommodating, but what caught my attention and inspired me to review this particular BK outlet was the professionalism exhibited by our drive-thru service person (sidebar, don't ask why my family will park to use the bathroom but insist to use the drive-thru to order food; beats me). Our drive-thru service person, whose name escapes me, exuded the kind of alacrity characteristic of an air traffic controller. She recognized turbulence in our order indecision and calmly entered and re-entered items as we changed our minds. The items popped up on the review screen as quickly as our minds changed. The intonation in her voice suggested confidence and professionalism, that she was used to this kind of thing, and was not fazed by the complexity of our order. And the topper-- you know how you have some change you want to get rid of, like pennies and stuff, and you think of it last minute after the cashier's already entered the amount, but you just want to get rid of some pennies? Our drive-thru service person, without so much of a hitch in her step, took the pennies, dropped them in her tray, and took out the proper amount of change. It's not that I'm so impressed that normal people can do math in their head, but it was the speed with which she did it, like she didn't even have to think about it. So for cleanliness, professionalism, speed, and "alacrity," this Burger King outlet gets my 5-star approval. The King would be proud. read more

The location is ok. Bathroom filthy. There are restaurants and fast food locations with good customer service, but this is not one of them. This location has what I call order takers. You just give them your order and they react without thought. It's like what I image Drone service to be like. No smiles. You can get a good burger or chicken sandwich here. read more

Why are the fris always cold? I've gone here several dozen times over the years and they're always cold.

Normally I would not bother yelping a fast food restaurant, but this place needs a serious freaking overhaul; the only reason I'm writing this is in Hope's that the GM or DM reads these reviews and makes some changes. As someone who has been in the food and beverage industry (from server to owner and everything in between) there are just some things your store should not miss. This place missed the mark on several points. First of all, it's my fault for going to this place when I knew it wasn't worthy of my hard earned money. My son literally cried when I told him the only place open on the way home from [my] work was Burger King in Rancho Murrieta. We didnt order the burgers because they're so bland. We, at least, knew that much. Let's start there, with the menu. The "meals" listed on the menu listed the wring prices. I ordered 2 meals, one for my son and one for me, and it was EIGHTEEN DOLLARS! HA! My sushi lunch was cheaper than this. For horrible cold fries, the worst produce possible and dry flavorless food? Oh myGod. If it was actually decent food, I would not mind paying double that. But, Burger King has the poorest quality food... why are they charging top dollar. I truly hate fast food. Except Taco Bell. They're consistantly at least. I ordered a root beer for my son. "We're out of rootbeer," the voice said from the other side. No, she didnt offer to tell me what they did have. Then I asked if they had buffalo sauce for the chicken nuggets. "We're out of buffalo sauce," she said. Again, not offering any other options. So, they're out of two things I asked for? And these are basic inventory items. I pulled up to the window and paid the OUTRAGEOUS price tag for shat food and still wasn't offered any sauces for the chicken. Finally, as I was ready to pull off, she yells at me, "Did you want any sauces besides the buffalo?" I'm assuming she means instead of... She handed me a few ranch sauces and I was off. I tried a French fry in the car and they were so bad I couldn't eat them. Got home and my son was so disappointed. The food was so bad. I will never stop here again. I know it's the only place open between sunrise and ione. But, next time I will drive 10 miles out of the way to grab ANYTHING but this place. They really need to pull their act together. Inventory, service, quality, etc. I dont even know how this place has stayed open as long as they have. If there were any other restaurant near by open past 9pm, they'd go out of business. Went in yesterday and got there Dbl Quarter Pounder King. "No Onions". Onions make me ill.... Even said it on receipt. I received some one else's order so called when i got home. The manager at the time was nice told me she would replace my meal next time i came in..BUT when i returned same day just in the evening the new manager gave me all kinda of grief over replacing it. She said she remembered me from earlier in the day and what i was saying isn't what i had ordered and i was lying. I pulled out my receipt. She then decided she would give me the burger only i told her the other manager said whole meal she said we dont do it that way but will this time. Then i told her i wanted to order more stuff for my wife she said she wouldn't take my order and had some one else do so. Then went and talked smack to another male employee that turned looked at me turned back to her and said "some people" and walked off. When i got home i found they had put 2 small slices of onions in between the burgers so i wouldn't see it... I am so upset over this situation... I like coming here because they have an indoor play place and my little one can run around and get rid of that crazy energy she has. Every time I've been here it has been clean and not too busy. The reason I took some stars away is because I have encountered very rude service. One time the guy taking our order started cussing because he couldn't figure out how to place my order. I was shocked to say the least. Thankfully my kids were already at the play place. I mean to each their own but your at work be professional I don't care that it's a burger joint it's still a job. I had come here 25+ years ago & used the drive thru & had to repeat my order like 4 time's & the person taking the order got upset because I had raised my voice to a loud tone so they could hear me. Once I finally got my order & cheked it, it was still wrong. I frequent the BK drive thru only rather than dine in, and out of all the times I go, the employees here are so friendly and nice. The only thing I would say bad about BK is regarding the menu, which is a chain-based issue. Bring back the good salads, especially the apple cranberry crispy chicken, the Newman's Apple Cider Viniagrette and the Caesar Salad. These were the BEST fast food salads around. This morning I stopped for a diet coke. There was ONE car in front of me waiting to order. We sat there for 7 minutes before the car in front of me was even acknowledged they were at the speaker box. I would have backed out and went somewhere else, but there was a line of cars behind me. After finally being able to place my order (waited for 9 minutes) I moved forward to the pay/pick up window. There was still the ONE car in front of me waiting for their order. After waiting an ADDITIONAL 22 MINUTES, I finally received my diet coke and was on my way. This is an extremely unreasonable amount of time to wait at drive thru. When I asked the BK employee why the wait, she said someone walked in with a large order. I understand that, but a 22 minute was is ridiculous. DO NOT go here if you are under time constraints. read more

We've lived in Amador County for over 25 yrs. I keep saying we will not eat at BK Martel ever again, well we went 12.13.16 and should of known better. The facility is very dirty inside, very poor customer service...they would rather socialize in the back. The catsup dispenser does not work, was told by employee that it has been broken for a very long time. The drink station was filthy and not stocked, not to mention you stick to the floor from not being mopped. This has been the 'norm' for this location for a good many years. Theres a kid in there I believe his name was Carl? Very professional and even helped me with the complicated soda machine on his break. From the time I had gotten there he sweeped,mopped, and wiped the store clean and when I was leaving he was outside doing the windows. Jack of all aces! The food was good the place was clean.
