It's a shame that the owner's have not properly trained their employees on their job duties. Off for a late night snack at Rally's!…read more The establishment looked similar to Checkers in Leesville, LA, but I didn't think anything of it. It turns out that Rally's and Checkers operate under different names depending on the city you're in. Apparently, Checkers bought out Rally's a while ago, and although they merged together, they kept the names as is prior to the merger. Who knew?! Regarding the drive thru, the menu is located so far from the intercom speaker system, that I had to take a photo and zoom in. It would be easier to just step out of the vehicle and walk up to the menu to read it. Surprisingly, technology is so advanced that there is an automated system taking drive thru orders (current as of August 2022.) However, since we were taking so long to order (can't see/read the menu from a distance), a live person came on and took our order. Unfortunately, the automated system didn't record our previous partial order. The cashier informed us we'd have to go through the drive thru again if we'd like to order additional items. There's definitely a learning curve when ordering from this particular location. The burgers and fries were standard for fast food, and the strawberry milkshake made me thirstier than ever.
