Man I'm here for the Super Bowl for work ordered. A big order 4 supreme soft tacos which they FORGOT!!!!!!!!! All the sour cream in all 4 and I paid 1.35$ each taco paid for it and got no sour cream at all I mean none ,zero, zip then I had asked for 7 hot sauce packs and got none !!!! Meanwhile the sticker with the all the request was printed. This location ALWAYS gets my order wrong. I've ordered through UberEats three different times and it's been wrong every time. Tonight I ordered from here and my order was missing not just one item but three. Everything is written out on the receipt. The receipt is almost overly detailed and yet...they still get it so wrong. Do not buy your food from here! It is by far the worst TB I have ever been to. I ordered soft and crunchy tacos, specialty tacos, champagne, nacho bell grandes and they were all missing something or sprinkled in fillings. Chalupa was stale. And to top that off, when they gave me my food at the window, it looked short. So I ask them if that was everything and they confirmed. It was most definitely short by 2 poorly made nacho Belle grandes. Fortunately, I was wise enough to tell them I'm parking in the front to double check and as soon as I got to the bottom of the bag, out comes running a TB employee with my missing food. For example, my most recent experience, was with the cashier in the drive thru, I overheard her asking someone else what was on this burrito vs. that burrito (crickets); that's why I normally stick to 'my norm', quesadilla, nachos & or crunchy taco supreme. I have to echo the other reviewers of this place. At the time of my visit through drive through, the employees screwed up an order two cars ahead and had to sit there for at least five minutes while they fixed that. When I got up to the window, the two employees were just talking about the previous screw up and not really paying attention to me. I received my order and this is how it turned out: I got a two chalupa meal and both of the chalupa shells were over cooked, leaving them brittle. My crunchy taco hardly had any meat in it, same goes for the lettuce and cheese. My drink had AN ice cube in it. One. Singular. That left it room temperature. Quite possibly the worst Taco Bell I have visited, to date. Though this particular instance was visually appealing, inside and out, and actually very clean (the men's bathroom at least), the service and food quality certainly left something to be desired. We were greeted, of course it was to tell us someone would be with us and that someone did get to us pretty quick. But the enthusiasm, or lack thereof, was palpable. I ordered a chicken burrito where my wife ordered a beef burrito supreme without beans. My order was serviceable if not exactly tasty. But my wife's order was a whole other matter. There was practically no beef to the burrito. I should have taken a picture, but forgot. I'm not in the habit of doling out poor ratings to places - I do try to find something endearing and focus on that. But the lack of food (not to mention quality) and the even more lack of care by the staff was simply terrible. Hopefully they rectify this soon, otherwise it's a waste of a good location and clean store. read more

I've never given a review for a fast food restaurant, but I actually had an amazing experience. It had been years since I last frequented Taco Bell, so my partner and I were ravenous and decided to give it a go. We were very confused as to what the different deals and specials were, and were lucky to be greeted by asianea, who skillfully explained our options. After we paid, she noticed I was having trouble with the soda machine, and came over without being asked to assist me. She was the best. Recently renovated or constructed. Ample parking. Quick and surprisingly friendly service. Recently, they did run out of several of the sauces. All they had left was mild and verde. I don't usually right reviews for fast food chains but this place is such a mess I have to do it. No matter when you come here day or night there is always a line at the drive thru. I don't just mean a 2-3 car line I mean a 5-10 car line extending into the front of the store. Now we all know Taco Bell is not In & Out where you can expect such a line and am willing to wait for it. This is the only Taco Bell in New Orleans proper. I am a biased reviewer, as I take time out of my day to catch the 94 broad bus and take a 20 minute ride up there just so I can eat Taco Bell. this taco bell is consistently bad. i try my best to avoid this place, and most others in the gentilly woods area, but its hard to when the kids youre with want taco bell. my recent order... 3x 5-layer burritos, a beefy frito burrito, and 3 triple layer nachos. the burritos were far from beefy(they nearly empty, almost all tortilla, especially the fritos burrito) and the triple layer nachos were each missing 2 layers. this happens almost every time we go here, and thats assuming they even get the order right. i honestly cant believe i keep coming back... at least this time i decided to finally review this place. avoid this place at all costs. read more

This Taco Bell is ridiculous. Their freeze machine is never working and the employees are usually rude and short tempered. They frequently get orders completely wrong and leave parts of it out and then get angry when you ask for the rest of your order. This is the best Taco Bell in New Orleans. Unlike a lot of Taco Bells they're almost never closed during regular hours - they're dependable and consistent. Well I guess this is what I get for ordering junk food. We ordered 3 crunchy tacos, one taco supreme with extra lettuce and extra cheese, chips and cheese, and a nachos bell grande with nacho cheese. All of the crunchy tacos were just shells less than half full of only meat and cheese. No lettuce or tomato. The taco supreme came with extra beef, which we didn't order but were charged extra for, and the nachos belle grande were only nachos cheese and beef, nothing else.
