Horrible service. I went there today for my lunch hour. I was in the drive-thru line for over 20 minutes. When I did finally get to the window, the person couldn't figure out how to operate the register with my payment (I paid cash...my bad lol). Then, I had to ask for the iced tea that I ordered. Stopped going there over 6 months ago due to the order always being wrong. Tried again tonight and.. despite the sticker on the bag showing 2 whopper's with cheese and quickly checking the bag to make sure we had 2 burgers and our fries and onion rings we get home and we had 2 Jr whopper's. Coming here for a quick lunch I ended up doing the two for $5 Whopper Juniors. Nothing could complain about everything was standard par for the course service was very friendly and quick and had no issues whatsoever They have free parking and a lot as usual The store on the inside was nice and clean there was nobody there sitting and dining and if I wasn't in a rush I would be inclined to do so. Very poor experience tonight. The young woman taking orders was rude, short and didn't let me finish a sentence before she said "Second window". Did not repeat my order. Not surprisingly, it was incorrect. I called and asked to speak with the manager - likely the same young woman. No apology, no solution offered. I had to ask to return for the correct order. I provided the order and my name. At the drive up again, I stated my name and was interrupted with "second window". She had a very annoyed look and walked away from the window when I told her I'd like to check it before I pulled away. Sure enough - no mustard. I asked for a mustard packet. "We don't have those." No apology, no solution offered. I asked if I could hand it back to be corrected. Another annoyed look, the burger was returned with a "here". I opened it to find a huge glob of mustard running out one side. Worst customer service I experienced in a very long time for not one, but two incorrect and cold burgers. read more

Near the BJs gas pumps. Shares an odd parking lot/entrance with Starbucks. I only used the drive through since for some odd reason I decided I wanted an onion ring. I ordered a value onion rings. The ordering kiosk advertised the Price as $1.29. When I arrived at the window I was told $1.59 - which was $1.49 plus tax. I know it's only 20 cents. But it's the principal. I drove back around to snap a picture of the ordering kiosk They tasted like BK onion rings. You can decide if that is a good or a bad thing. read more

Terrible service. I have been here only 2x and both times I've had a bad experience. The first time, I sat in drive thru at the speaker for 13 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. Cars behind me were driving off. The second time, it only took 5 minutes for someone to come on the speaker and take my order. Get up to the window and it's the same Asian girl that was there last time. She is just standing there not doing anything. Waited forever for her to take my payment and charged me for 2 rodeo burgers. All I ordered was a chicken sandwich! The location is very clean and when food is done fresh (and correct) the food is great! But they hurt their ability to do good all the time .... There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Team lazy, never smile, give perception of the customer being a thorn in their side. Don't ask customer what they want if they are out of something. Just assume and or short the customer. Training??? They work INCONSISTENT HOURS. Does not follow other BK location hours. No breakfast daily. Not always open during normal BK business hours. Makes it difficult for customer to plan to eat here. That limits your customers interest to come to this location. It's a prime location, very busy. But BK not always open here. Have INCONSISTENT FOOD QUALITY. They seem to cook in batches ao that food is not hot/fresh when you order. You have to hit them right when they cook the batch. Cheese is rarely melted because of food being cold. Potatoes (fries/hash) tend to be crunchy but also cold from sitting on counter not under heater. And vegetables (although appreciated) are soooooo cold, almost frozen sometimes when added to whoppers. This location could do very good. Just needs a team that WANTS to do good, cares about their job, and care about their business and customers. BK needs to send a corporate boss to this one to check it out. It could do some real good... but you need to find a motivated team/ or get this one motivated. Covid can no longer be an excuse. It took me four months to get to all three of the big chain burger joints, but I am surprised to report that Burger King is the best. It's still not good per se, but I can see why some people like it. I went with a whopper, which I admire for still not coming with cheese. It's got that distinctive Burger King flavor and isn't overly greasy. The bun is too big and the meat itself isn't exactly great, but they put a lot of pickles and veg on it which at least gives the entire thing a decent texture. Burger King's fries are also better than I expected, being consistently crisp and appropriately seasoned, although they still need to be eaten with ketchup. All this positivity aside, I probably won't be coming back for a whopper any time soon since I don't eat burgers with enough frequency that I couldn't just indulge in a more expensive option. read more

I have had a multitude of bad experiences at this place but nothing tops the last 2 times I was helped by a woman with long reddish hair. This woman does not allow for even a second to glance at or process the menu. Rudely rushes repeatedly. When at the window she sighs, rolls her eyes, as if your mere existence is of an inconvenience to her. She offers absolutely no warmth or common manners whatsoever. She constantly gets the order wrong and is extremely rude when asked super politely to correct it. My kids have tried to be cute and playful with her and she has completely ignored them. First time it happened, I shrugged it off as she might be having a tough day and gave her grace, this 2nd time I had my children in the car. If I am treated this way once more, she's going to have to be made aware. I am not sure how the rest of the employees can work under such a toxic person/ality. This place is very close to my home and is my only option most times, otherwise I would never return. I will definitely have to take it up with a supervisor or someone higher if I am treated this way again. read more

Between orders with missing/incorrect items, the awful customer service, and poorly prepared items, I figured today I would give it one last chance. I sat in the drive through but no one came to take my order. I gave up and tried to walk inside but the doors were locked. It was 8:30am and the posted hours nearby clearly said opening 7am every day of the week. I am done with this location and won't be back. I'd give them zero stars if I could. read more

Went in to order to ensure correct order received as drive thru is always wrong. First the kid tried to charge me double. After arguing I wasn't paying $35 for 3 burgers he finally realized he has put in my order twice. That finally fixed had to painfully watch him try to figure out which order was mine sitting there. Finally put my food in the bag and hands it to me. Of course I open the bag and its missibg the fries. While he's getting those I open my sandwich to make sure it was made right and the bacon burger was missing the bacon. After finally getting my correct order I get home which is less than 5 mins away and the food was stone cold. Nothing was never warmed up. Just a cold burger with unmelted cheese.
