I dined in this Burger King and found it to be clean and the employees to be friendly. The outside of this restaurant was well taken care of too. I appreciate how the employees took the customer's order in a timely manner and we received our food quickly after. There's plenty of seats inside the restaurant and a lot of crowns to wear! The revamped Whopper has been making its rounds on social media. It now comes in a box. Presentation on the burger has vastly improved. Put in a late night order using their Burger King app. Since it was 'Whopper Wednesday' the hamburger was only $3.99, add another $1.00 for cheese and we're eating an American classic for a little over $5 after taxes. Put in my order and arrived to the Freeport and Fruitridge location in less than 5 minutes. Drive thru was empty and the girl at the machine told me to come to the window. My Whooper was ready and since I had paid thru the app I was good to go. The cheese had a perfect melt on it despite being only prepared 5 minutes ago. The veggies were fresh. Bun was soft. I used a coupon to order 2 Whopper Jr. and 2 Medium Fries. The burgers were adequately made and not slopped together like how some fast food chains make them. The fries were hot and fresh. Customer service was good. The bathroom requires the cashier to remotely unlock. There was no soda machine. No napkin dispensers at the tables. Everything is behind the counter. There were paper crowns at the tables; I'm not sure if they were for décor or for customers to wear and take home (somewhat strange). While I ate, someone asked me and someone sitting at another table for money. He then attempted to go into the bathroom and was later told it was only for customers. Well I went to Burger King for the first time in over 2 years because didn't feel like cooking myself. Anyway, I'm standing at the counter waiting to be helped and there's only one girl in sight and she's helping the cars at drive thru. She completely ignores me, doesn't say, be with you in a minute or anything. So finally I ask if someone is going to take my order and she says she's the only one working. Then a minute later another girl comes from the back and asks what I want. Okay great but I guess the rude girl wasn't the only one working after all. I come here a lot to pick up whoppers for my Mom on Sunday's. Don't ask me why but my 90 year old mom loves Whoppers lol. The drive through was suffering for a month or so with huge wait times as long as 20 minutes or more! This was very frustrating and the fact that the Lakecrest Burger King doesn't honor the famous 2 for $6 deal makes this location the only option available. I ordered online and was pleased to see the delivery time was 45 minutes. The order was taken through Door Dash, and I had some confusion a with tracking the order as it was scheduled to arrive. When the expected time came and went, I contacted the door dash driver, but found the number to be unavailable, which I found worrying. I proceeded to call this location and the store manager Trevor answered. Trevor explained that many door dash delivery drivers have many different restaurants' and customers' orders, and I may want to wait maybe 20 minutes. Or I could call door dash support. I left the call frustrated, as I felt my concerns had not yet been adressed, yet lo and behold, 10 minutes later my food appears as he had guessed. Burger king's fries used to be my fave fast food fries, but they have tremendously gone downhill. Not sure if it's just this location specifically or overall all BKs. But on this last occasion, the fries were terrible. They were super stale and tasted like a day old. I went around 2pm. There was nothing fresh about them! They were a huge disappointment. Whoppers are my favorite. I got a whopper JR and it was not bad, but the fries and the wait in the drive thru were a total let down, and the yummy whopper JR couldn't even make up for them. I thought I was getting some fresh fries from the long wait in drive thru, and mind you, I only ordered a whopper JR and a small fries. I have given this location a few chances. The produce on the sandwiches always seems old, definitely not fresh. I received fries that tasted and smelled like they were fried in rancid oil. The drive through attendants rarely provide a receipt, including the visit when I received rancid fries, so I could not even return or complete the restaurant survey. Multiple times this location has closed early "for cleaning" or "just because". Last night, they were supposed to be open until 1am, and at 12:20, the employees simply stated "nah, we closed at midnight tonight". Jack in the box it is! When we actually do get food because they feel like working during their operating hours, the burgers are usually delicious, and the fries are frequently under-filled. The tacos and mozzarella sticks are disgusting and inedible. Impossible whopper isn't awful, but it doesn't taste like meat. As long as you don't take a bite of a regular Whopper and then one of the Impossible Whopper, you may enjoy it. read more

Came here on a Sunday night around 12AM and the drive-thru was PACKED!! Literally waited ten minutes just to order and another fifteen before receiving our food! Since there aren't many 24hr fast food restaurants around here it's understandable why this Burger King is so busy. We ordered 30 chicken mc nuggets for only $4.85!!!! GLORIOUS!! They were nice and crispy too! With honey mustard sauce to dip them in...HEAVEN! I don't normally crave fast food but these tasted amazing as you could tell they were fresh out of the fryer and piping hot! Well worth the wait!! The nice young man working the drive-thru window was exceptionally polite! (I'm sad I didn't catch his name but he was African American and had dreadlocks). A+ for customer service as he gave us more than enough napkins and sauces for all 30 of our nuggets!!! Their actual restaurant closes at 10PM every night but the drive-thru stays open 24hours! Really unprofessional! We ordered in the drive thru at 4:27pm! They told us to pull to the front and they'd have our order out to us.. 20 mins pass we go in, keep in mind it's freakin hot and I got kids hungry in the car! We went inside to see what the heck is going on?! We seen a lot of cars go and leave and we still waiting. A guy pulled up next to us waiting and he even got his order sooner than us after he walked in after us saying why they taking too long? The drive thru guy is the one that was messing with us! This is the worst Burger King that I have been to lately, I have been coming to this Burger King for at least ten years. I went through the drive thru a couple weeks ago the employee that was working had a bad attitude,walked away from the window didn't complete my order. Then another employee came she was polite. So today I decided to give it a try I figured maybe that person was having a bad day are maybe what such bad customer, she might have got fired. I was wrong she was there again attitude through the intercom as if she couldn't here me saying small, when I reach the window she shorted my order, didn't give me my receipt I had the honk the horn for someone else to come and finish her job. About the only good thing I could say about this place is that they used to be open 24hrs so when I would take myself and my dogs out for a late night drive I could hit the drive-thru for some onion rings and pop to enjoy, no more. I only just learned that they are no longer open 24hours since this past January. Every other time I have come here because someone I am with wants their food it has almost always been a bad experience, lousy service, messed up orders. I am not a fan.
