I didn't know where the drive thru was so I went in. This is based off of the one time I came here for breakfast. The customer service was fast and friendly. The guy seen me trying to get ice and offer to get me ice since he hadn't had time to refill that soda machine. Gave me a fair amount of ranch. I ordered the eggnormous! Bomb! Very happy with my home delivery order. My order was delivered 45 minutes after I ordered online. But the food was really yummy. I like the special delivery containers they use to keep the buns fresh. The driver got lost, but he called me and he was very polite. read more

Wow! BK has come up! They have remodeled the entire building inside and out and it's beautiful! Esthetics -5stars! Food: Well, that hasn't changed much, to me, it's okay for fast food! I love the French fries, and every thing on the value menu! To me , its 4 stars overall, The best thing they have going on are the coupons! OMG- 2 can eat for $5.00 and be full, no lie! Sorry Burger King on Freeport. I'm very disappointed because I wanted The Original Chicken Sandwich & your lobby was closed and the sign on the door said they closed at 8pm & it was 3 minutes after 8pm on a Wednesday Jan 20th 2021. So okay then, I figured That I would go to the Drive-thru but they had 3 Cones that wouldn't let you have access. So I turned around & I saw an employee taking garbage out & I asked if they were open? Hi told me No, they closed at 8pm the Lobby & Drive-thru because they didn't have enough employees to stay open later. I asked him when that took effect, he said a few days before. While the whole 5 minutes that I was there, there must of been 6-7 other cars with people not aware & was puzzled too. But that is what is going on. So sad that Burger King on Freeport wasn't open. This Epidemic has to Stop!! It's taking so much away from us in our neighborhood. read more

Worst Burger King anywhere, as a delivery driver I'm in many fast food places, they don't allow GrubHub in drive thru, went inside and yelled "HELLO" several times, finally called the restaurant to tell them I'm at the register for a pickup, she first told me I wasn't, then came up to tell me they had no GrubHub order, finally checked the screen and THEN acknowledged the order, I've now been here over 15 minutes, this is not my first, second or third time with horrible service, it is literally EVERY time, not my first review and I only come here if it's a good tip, the bar can't go much lower read more

This is more a complaint on some of the service there. The managers there at least do a good job taking care of me. But there was a new hire who was just completely useless there. Wouldn't service me and instead was on her phone and even when her colleague was trying to get inside the kitchen, she was oblivious and the manager had to open the door behind her back. I get it, I used to be in her shoes as a new hire before serving customers. But it's really irritating when my service is held back by people who are just taking up space. And there was a line too, but yet the new hire still prioritized her smart phone over actually working. That's not a good look in my opinion. read more

Recently we decided to try the take out service from BK. Sounds silly to me but we were hungry and without a vehicle for the moment. We have to give a HUGE thanks to Eric- our deliver man. He was by far the most respectful, professional, and hardest working service man that we've received in a while. You deserves a raise and definitely management for his future. I'm a mom with four kids so I've seen my share of drive thrus. In my opinion, if you've seen one, you've seen them all. There's nothing spectacular or fancy about this Burger King- it's standard. What is exceptional is the customer service we received from Cassandra. My girls had just finished a track&field event and were super hot and thirsty. I took them to BK because I heard about the 50-cent cones earlier (on Facebook, of course). The only thing we ordered were cones. I tell our new friend, Cass," these kids need special cones, they just ran the mile." She giggles a little bit...then comes back a moment later with a cone that's at least 8 swirls high! My daughters OMG'ed and I gushed a bunch of compliments for this young woman who knew how to make someone's day. read more

We have ordered Burger King delivery several times, and each time there is either something missing (usually an order of onion rings), or something messed up (such as no cheese on a cheeseburger, onions on a burger that we told lem to leave off, etc...). Because of these small issues, we stopped ordering from them for a few months. However, we got an email today that had specials that made us want to give them a try again. We ordered a 10 pc chicken nuggets (with 2 BBQ sauces), a crispy tenders sandwich (with no lettuce, and add pickle, onion, and cheese), a crispy chicken wrap (with no lettuce), 3 onion rings, and the "delivery special" which consist of 10 cheeseburgers and 20 chicken nuggets (with 4 BBQ sauces). Also, we used the promo coupon for a free order of large french fries, and asked for extra BBQ sauces and ranch. The order was delivered about 50 minutes later, which was great! However, when he handed me the bags saying that he was in a hurry because of more deliveries, I told him I wanted to make sure he gave the extra BBQ sauce and ranch. He said he was in a hurry so he had throw a bunch of each in there. I thanked him & he left. We went inside and started sorting the food. Everything was cold. 5 of the 10 cheeseburgers had no cheese. The fries were not only ice cold, they were hard as a rock. And, there was only 2 ranch and 2 BBQ sauces. The onion rings and chicken nuggets were cold, but edible. I called and let them know they needed to replace the 5 burgers & fries, and bring BBQ sauces. Almost an hour later, the replacements arrive, but the french fries are still cold and unedible. Personally, I feel that if you're paying over $50 (over $60 after tip) for your meal, the restaurant should have enough business sense to make sure everything is delivered fresh & hot, and the way you order it. We will NEVER order from this Burger King again! read more

Closest BK to my home. In theory, an every now and again fast food meal can be okay. Because this one is so close, I coax myself to give it another try, and always- there is an issue. Missing food in an order, sloppily slapped together sandwiches that are dripping in mayonnaise (). Employees that move at a snails pace and give poor customer service. I do think they are understaffed, which is more a management issue. There have been a few times I have gone where an employee has been courteous, so I don't want to say everyone. Anyway. If you can avoid it, I would. If you go, make sure you go inside and order and check your bags before you leave. read more

I was having a craving for chicken tenders with zesty onion ring sauce and a cheeseburger for a while, so I went to this Burger King since I was at school (I go to Sac City) and when i got them, the tenders and buns were not a crispy golden brown...in other words, they weren't hot! We have ordered from them a few times now. Today was one of those times. After a long day, just did not feel like cooking or driving anywhere. Kiddo was wanting BK, so figured would avail ourselves of the BK delivery option again. Food arrived hot and about 20 minutes early. Now this is not the norm. Usually they are on time or maybe a few minutes late. Food is usually hot or about the same temp it would be if I were to have gone and picked it up. The delivery drivers have always been friendly and professional, which is important since that is the only contact most customers who order online will have with BK. So if the drivers fall short on customer service or have unpleasant personalities, that would be the last time we would order from them. I have noticed although they have expanded the options over time; would like to have a menu and options closer to what we would have if we were at the restaurant and ordering. Also, a couple of times, we paid for cheese and did not receive it. Today they did fine on getting the order right, so no issue there. All in all, it is fast food and not somewhere we eat at regularly. However, when you get the hankering, it is nice to be able to order it online and have it delivered when you just do not feel like driving anywhere. read more

The experience was okay. I got a double whopper and those amazing jalapeno cheddar bites. The whopper was cold and old. The bites were fresh, hot, and tasty. It did not make me want to come back when the manager chewed me out for presenting a promo code from the app at the window. Maybe I haven't been to a BK in a while, but when did they get so high-tech?! The menu is now on multiple TV screens that changes every few seconds to alternate between the menu and deals/ads. They also have a one-stop soda machine. It's just one big machine with a single ice/drink dispenser. It comes with a touch screen and you choose your drink from there between filling up your cup. Only downfall is that there is only one. I was in and out of there really quick, but from a glance the place looked clean and well kept. The service I received was actually really good and took me by surprise. It's been a long time since I've had decent fast food service. My cashier was personable and very friendly. My food came out quick, hot and fresh. Definitely a plus when working with a 30 minute lunch. Overall, a good experience. read more

Went to this bk expecting to have decent food. Did not happen. Took 3 times to order, menu board not lit. No one else in drivethru but I was asked to pull to front. By the time I got to front, less than 30 seconds, employee was bringing food out. Then I tried to eat the fries that were not hot, wilted. Yuck. first off i don't eat fast food often. maybe once in a while i do crave some kind of fast food or usually during late nights from trips or going out to a party and need some kind of food for emergency, other wise fast food is not my first choice for food. i came here on a tuesday afternoon on a hot sunny day. i was greeted when i walked up to the cashier and i was asked what i would like. i already knew what i wanted in y mind. i was craving a nice cherry coke icee which was made by request to mix it half and half for no extra charge. i then looked at the size and it was only a 1.50 for a large size icee which i have got for a while from bk and figured that it was really cheap. when i was inside, it was slow and only one customer inside dining. they might have had a few drive thru. i do like how the seating inside is plenty of space. i do find the tables to be a bit dirty and no one wipe it off. the chairs and booth are okay to comfort level for only a short time stay. the bathrooms were clean when i had to go inside to wash my hands. there was not wet floors and the trash bin might be a bit high with paper towels and might need to be empty. also for the location it is great and on Freeport along with a few other fast food such as jack in the box, taco bell, and carls jr. the parking lot is pretty big and have lots of space to park and shouldn't be a problem. overall i am a fan of this place and not much bad experience since my order was simple and is a drink as well. will update again when i get my food here in the near future. have a nice day and thanks for reading. happy yelping and don't forget to vote useful, funny, or cool if you find something you like from this rating. read more

This place is trash. Twice we've ordered the spicy chicken and we got the crispy chicken instead. My boyfriend went tonight through the drive thru, went back again to make sure it was the spicy chicken, the lady confirmed it WAS the spicy chicken. This review concerns the drive-through. I come back here because I like the food and the prices even compared to other fast food options, so I give Burger King two stars for that. The cooks do a good job, so I give credit for this. However, the service is terrible, and I often drive away angry. The drive-through line is very slow. That alone would not make me angry, but they won't take an order for a cup of water at the screen. I have to ask again up front. Most places will let you put a cup of water on your order, even if it's free. Furthermore, they often forget to ask what sauce I want with my chicken nuggets. Even if they remember, they often do not give me the right amount. Coming here, the drive-through window takers put the burden on you to keep track of your order, double check, and request extras. Maybe they try to skimp because the prices are so low they can't afford to give you sauce? McDonald's consistency has good service, where they will accept my "cup of water" order early, and they always remember to ask about sauce and give me the right amount. McDonald's is a little more pricey overall, so I come here. If the management here properly trains the drive-through window takers to ask the right questions, I would upgrade to four stars. read more
