Went there last night at around 2am drunk with my friends ordered 12 double cheese burgers, 20 nuggets, 3 large frys and 3 of the dollar chicken sandwiches the girl in the window was nice i wouldnt of been so friendly with a bunch of drunks, and the food was all fresh including the frys by the time we got home. This Burger King is by far the worst. The food is cold and sometimes still frozen. The fries taste stale coated in oil. The pancakes are over microwaved and are hard as rocks. I ordered 2 10 pieces of chicken nuggets and they gave me one spicy hot nuggets and one regular chicken nuggets (they were frozen) when I complained to them they asked for a receipt which they never give out through drive-thru. They never answer the phone when you call and they never seem to know who is the manager all they do is play around all day it's a joke. NEVER Going back there again it's just a waste of money. These guys are thieves. I ordered a double hamburger at the drive-thru. Their order screen wasn't working and they asked me to pull-up to the window to pay. At the window, they told me that the double hamburger was $2.49. (The menu says a double cheeseburger is $1.69 and I assumed that a double hamburger should be less expensive). I asked the cashier if this was correct and she assured me it was. (FYI, most other BK's in the area charge $1.39 for a double hamburger). A few months later, I did the same thing and they also tried to charge me $2.49 for the same thing. They ran out of sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets so we had to go to another Burger King (luckily there was another one close by where we live) for the sauce. Rudest management I have ever experienced! Order took over twice the estimated time as promised. Called an hour and forty minutes after placing the order and was told the order was leaving then. At the two hour mark I called and asked to speak to a manager, the individual on the phone identified themselves as the manager and again told me the order was leaving as we spoke. I told this person what I had already been told and he claimed he was not there when I called the first time and the order was leaving. I asked for the manager's name and he refused to give it to me, when I asked for the name of the General Manager he said the name was "Raul" but he didn't have a phone number for him because the GM is on vacation in Honduras. I know they do make some of the items way in advance and the cookies they sell are baked two weeks in advance the patties are cooked 5 hours prior it sickens me to see what they do they microwave frozen cinnaminies not made fresh all the pies are pre frozen warmed in a microwave they do make mistakes on orders but trust me burgerking is a good company over all they just need to clean out the bad staff hire new better staff i know that for a fact i am not treated well there by certain staff members its embarassing to have to talk about my own company store that way but i have to tell the truth and not lie. I am a former employee of this location...I can't believe people come here. The management and staff are terrible and incompetent. I have seen multiple instances of managers serving food that had been dropped on the floor. The place is swarming with flies, roaches, gnats, and other pests that make it into the food ingredients which can stay out uncovered for days. The food product is always hours old and stays in heat pans to cut down on the time it takes to serve, this is enforced by corporate. There are lots of homeless people in the area who go into the bathrooms and do drugs in there, not to mention the area is known for gang activity. Every time is a disappointment... I used to have no problems with this Burger King, but then everything went downhill. Going to the drive through one day, the credit card machine was broken, so we had to go elsewhere, but we were already blocked in behind many cars. So then they started offering deliver and I thought that was great. The first 2 orders were fine although it took longer than expected. The 3rd time I had to call to get my order filled. The 4th time ordering deliver, it took 1hr 40min to receive my order and they got my order wrong. I called them 3 times. 1st time was to ask about my order, 2nd time to inform them of the incorrect order. 3rd time was to ask for a refund. I was hung up on at the 2nd call and he told me to not touch my food so the driver can inspect it when they drop off my correct order. This is unacceptable. It's past 2 hours since ordering and I have not received a phone call back. There's a Carl's Jr, Taco Bell, Subway, and Jack in the Box nearby. Don't waste your time. read more

This is the WORST Burger King/ Fast food restaurant I've EVER been in. I've been there a few times and they are the slowest BK I've ever been in. Even if there are only 2 people in line and barely anyone in the drive thru they still take forever only to give you dry/ overcooked food and/or cold fries. I went in today to order a chicken sandwich and fries, and I thought I'd eat it there. After I made my order, I went to get my drink and Find a table. There were only 6 people in the restaurant (including myself) and I had a hard time finding a seat because all of the tables were dirty and needed to be wiped down. Once I found a seat, I took a sip of my soda only to find it was flat... I then waited 15 minutes for my order to be called before I went up there and asked about it. Apparently someone had decided that my order was meant for drive thru. Then I got the sorry excuse that they were really busy and it was 'a mess' back there. If this had been the first time something like this has happened then I would have let it slide, but something like this happens every time I go there. I've given up on this location.
