This is by far the worst Drive-thru ever in the history of "Fast Food". Maybe it should be called slow food?

This BK USED to be so good. A friend of mine and I went through the drive thru yesterday 1/20/15 around 9 p.m. The man on the drive thru had asked us to repeat our order multiple times and still we were shorted a wrap, given a honey mustard chicken wrap instead of ranch, and gave us an attitude when we asked for sauce. I've been going to this BK for years and never been told it'd cost extra ( I wouldn't have a problem paying that extra bit) but the attitude behind it was definitely not needed. . read more

Like you guys might as well just change your time to closed at midnight because it seems like anytime after that your system is conveniently down or somethings always wrong. Like why even have a graveyard crew if you guys aren't even going to be "working". I'm not sure if it's just being lazy or what? I could even understand if it's just for a hour or if it rarely happens but it's like EVERYTIME I come after midnight I can never get service. I guess this place only carries burgers. I tried ordering shakes on several occasions, but their machine is perpetually broken. I tried ordering a smoothie and they said they couldn't do that. It appears this Burger King like many others when buying a soda there like to fill the cup all the way up with ice they also charge $2.69 for a large soda which come to $2.92. The amount of soda in the cup is probably 16 or 18 ounces the cup is a. 40 ounce cup and the price is 1 and a half times that much of anywhere else I'll never order another drink at Burger King. read more

Circus monkeys could function better than the people I have encountered at this location. On 9/17/14 my family stopped in for dinner after back to school night, BIG MISTAKE!!!!!! Went there last night at around 2am drunk with my friends ordered 12 double cheese burgers, 20 nuggets, 3 large frys and 3 of the dollar chicken sandwiches the girl in the window was nice i wouldnt of been so friendly with a bunch of drunks, and the food was all fresh including the frys by the time we got home. Best experience ata BK drive thru with out a complaint. She even through in ketchup and a couple of ranch. Girl you the real MVP. read more

I'm not one to complain, but on my visit today I had ordered two orginal chicken sandwiches. At approximately at 4:15ish. I had asked for no mayo on both sandwiches because my son has dairy allergies an had we not looked, he would have eaten a sandwich with chicken that had mayo scapped off it. You can't be soft spoken at a fast food place. I wasn't upset, but I think you should speak up, and not lie in front of your boss to not get in trouble. This Burger King is by far the worst. The food is cold and sometimes still frozen. The fries taste stale coated in oil. The pancakes are over microwaved and are hard as rocks. I ordered 2 10 pieces of chicken nuggets and they gave me one spicy hot nuggets and one regular chicken nuggets (they were frozen) when I complained to them they asked for a receipt which they never give out through drive-thru. They never answer the phone when you call and they never seem to know who is the manager all they do is play around all day it's a joke. NEVER Going back there again it's just a waste of money. I enjoy stopping by here. The restaurant is always clean and comfortable. Service is quick to take your order but can take a while to get it to you. Be sure to check your bag to make sure everything's there. The food is hot and tasty. Overall, I would choose this place over other local fast food restaurants. read more

On 9/4/16 around 9pm, I was not allow to make two separate orders on drive thru. I kindly asked for everything to be fresh and was willing to go park for it because I know that it will take longer to cook it. I did not get my receipt back twice. I am even more piss off now. My friend's order was all wrong the first time and his food was all cold. We went back inside the store to get our orders fixed, and this time they gave us 5 piece nuggets instead of ten for 1.29 and lesser fries. The workers were rude, horrible, and laughed at giving us cold food. I understand if we were rude as hell, then fine be rude back, but we were not. These guys are thieves. I ordered a double hamburger at the drive-thru. Their order screen wasn't working and they asked me to pull-up to the window to pay. At the window, they told me that the double hamburger was $2.49. (The menu says a double cheeseburger is $1.69 and I assumed that a double hamburger should be less expensive). I asked the cashier if this was correct and she assured me it was. (FYI, most other BK's in the area charge $1.39 for a double hamburger). A few months later, I did the same thing and they also tried to charge me $2.49 for the same thing. I told the cashier that a double hamburger should be less than the $1.69 price of a double cheeseburger and after arguing a bit, he rang the order up as a double cheeseburger and charged me $1.69. read more

I only went here because ithis is the only Burger King that is opened 24 hours. My Whoppers that I ordered didn't have any pickles or any tomatoes. I only gave them a star because of the nice remodel on the inside with many drinks. I thought this place was bettering itself when it hired new employees one day and remodeled but boy i was wrong. They soon went back to their old ways of ghetto employees not knowing how to service customers or caring. My worst experience was being behind a customer in the drive thru and after waiting 5 minutes i backed up and ordered inside. Just came from this Burger King and did not have a good experience. They ran out of sweet and sour sauce for the chicken nuggets so we had to go to another Burger King (luckily there was another one close by where we live) for the sauce. Even the employee at the Burger King where we got the sauce said "How the hell does a Burger King run out of sauce?!" Which is exactly my same thoughts. The chicken nuggets itself were not fresh, they were already room temp (not even warm) and stale. Even though I microwaved it, it was still stale and tasted gross. Rudest management I have ever experienced! Order took over twice the estimated time as promised. Called an hour and forty minutes after placing the order and was told the order was leaving then. At the two hour mark I called and asked to speak to a manager, the individual on the phone identified themselves as the manager and again told me the order was leaving as we spoke. I told this person what I had already been told and he claimed he was not there when I called the first time and the order was leaving. I asked for the manager's name and he refused to give it to me, when I asked for the name of the General Manager he said the name was "Raul" but he didn't have a phone number for him because the GM is on vacation in Honduras. I asked for the name of the franchise manager and the manager did not know who their franchise manager was. Poor customer service, mediocre food and extremely long delivery time. read more

I am a former employee of this location...I can't believe people come here. The management and staff are terrible and incompetent. I have seen multiple instances of managers serving food that had been dropped on the floor. The place is swarming with flies, roaches, gnats, and other pests that make it into the food ingredients which can stay out uncovered for days. The food product is always hours old and stays in heat pans to cut down on the time it takes to serve, this is enforced by corporate. There are lots of homeless people in the area who go into the bathrooms and do drugs in there, not to mention the area is known for gang activity. If you read this and still decide to go, then just be aware you are going to pay for overpriced disgusting food.. read more

I am an employee at the freeport location in Sacramento CA let me be the first to say how sorry i am to hear that the staff has made so many customers unhappy i know wait times are high there food is not very high quality. I know they do make some of the items way in advance and the cookies they sell are baked two weeks in advance the patties are cooked 5 hours prior it sickens me to see what they do they microwave frozen cinnaminies not made fresh all the pies are pre frozen warmed in a microwave they do make mistakes on orders but trust me burgerking is a good company over all they just need to clean out the bad staff hire new better staff i know that for a fact i am not treated well there by certain staff members its embarassing to have to talk about my own company store that way but i have to tell the truth and not lie. They do need to work on wait times and better fresher food. Again i am sorry for those of you who have had complaints about the restaraunt. read more

Used delivery service. Told my food would come in 45-60 min, received later call to say late. 2 hours after order placed it was delivered. Every time is a disappointment... I used to have no problems with this Burger King, but then everything went downhill. Going to the drive through one day, the credit card machine was broken, so we had to go elsewhere, but we were already blocked in behind many cars. So then they started offering deliver and I thought that was great. The first 2 orders were fine although it took longer than expected. The 3rd time I had to call to get my order filled. The 4th time ordering deliver, it took 1hr 40min to receive my order and they got my order wrong. I called them 3 times. 1st time was to ask about my order, 2nd time to inform them of the incorrect order. 3rd time was to ask for a refund. I was hung up on at the 2nd call and he told me to not touch my food so the driver can inspect it when they drop off my correct order. This is unacceptable. It's past 2 hours since ordering and I have not received a phone call back. There's a Carl's Jr, Taco Bell, Subway, and Jack in the Box nearby. Don't waste your time. read more
