Why were you open? Around 5:30pm on a Tuesday, I ordered onion rings only to find out that they were out of onion rings. I had to order fries instead, which were less than desirable (and not even filling the container). My sister-in-law ordered a meal deal only to find out after paying that they were out of most sodas (even behind the counter). She needed a caffeinated cola, so had to settle for a Coke. Why weren't they informing customers ahead of time that they were out of many items? Or, why not just close your doors if you can't even maintain sufficient inventory of items to provide customers with what they want. We had 3 whoppers and we all thought there was a difference in flavor. I stated that it was missing something and my wife agreed. My s-i-l said it didn't have that char flavor. I looked at the patty, sure enough, no grill marks. Not sure if it is something specific to this location or BK in general. My wife looked up if they've changed their whopper recipes and they have. Apparently we don't eat at BK very often. They claim the patty is smaller, and it is, and that the ingredients (including the patty) are higher quality for flavor and sustainability. Too much goop on some of their burgers makes them nothing but a mess to eat. Service can be spotty depending upon location. The standard BK interior design is bit bland anyway. read more

It's fast food so you gotta expect less, but 'cmon. Waited 10 min in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me. Figured the food would be hot and fresh right? Nope. Lukewarm at best. Glad I ordered a medium fry; as I pulled away I pulled out of the bag and popped it in my cup holder to eat and drive... a half full container of cold fries. Yesterday I ate here and again got food poisoning. Something is very wrong with this BK location. Other family members also spent last night getting sick after eating BK food. This is not the first time we all got sick from eating at this BK. I will never eat or even purchase drinks from this location again. They either have a problem with equipment or employees food handling for this to be happening everytime. Be warned it is not a pleasant experience to get food poisoning and spend the next 48 hours sick. There are going to end up putting someone in the hospital. Looks like this BK is heading in the same direction of the BK that was in Smithville, MO in the late 90's and early 2000. I've been to this Burger King 3 times this week.Once at midnight and the other 2 around 10pm. ALL 3 times the restaurant had all its lights on. All 3 times other customers were also waiting. No one answered.... no one was working in the restaurant. Nothing. I tried the next day to call(after the 3rd time) and talk to the manager. Not surprisingly I got their voicemail. Has anyone had any luck getting food from this location(South Belt) after dark? This place got a whole new facelift. Maybe they forgot to buy food....or hire people to work. read more

Their sign says Open 24 hours and all the lights are on but I have stopped several times in the morning (around 5:30) on my way to work and no one has ever answered the drive-thru to take my order. Today the menu screens weren't even on. If you're not really open or interested in serving customers that early, you should at least change your sign. read more

I came in last week during my lunch break and I only ordered two burgers TO GO. I thought maybe i would save some time if i went in and ordered. However, The workers finished everybody's order except mine. Even the guys that ordered after me got their orders first. I had to wait ~ 10 extra minutes for 2 burgers!! Seriously?! Worst fast food experience ever. 0/10 would not go to this burger king again. I tried to first order a chocolate shake, shake machine was broken. Then I tried to order a bacon and cheese whopper, but they claimed they were out of bacon. So I ended up getting the original whopper meal with no pickles. They also claimed they were out of pickles. When I got my order, I discovered that my burger had 7 pickles in it, and instead of french fries they gave me onion rings even though I specifically asked for the whopper combo. read more

I was craving my childhood favorite, the original chicken sandwich so I popped over to BK to satisfy my craving. The person on the fryer overcooked the fries and the chicken. The sandwich buns were stale, it took 15 minutes to get my order, and from the tingling in my throat, I'd say the oil hasn't been changed in a while. It was utter chaos and it was only 11:15 am. Worst place to go if you want your food fast. Took forever for someone to take our order. We pull up to the drive thru window and a cook was walking around on the front line with biscuits in his hands unsure of what to do with them. Everyone we interacted with was unsure of what to do. Took over 10 minutes to order and eventually get our food. Next time I'll go to McDonalds. Food was horrible. The hash browns were refried. We threw away our breakfast sandwiches because they had a very bad taste to them. I will never return to this BK again. read more

This is the worst fast food place I have ever been! I work nights and it is one of the only places open, then when I try to get food, half the time they are not taking orders for some reason, or the broiler is down so they are only serving fried food, or fryer is down and only serving burgers. Very frustrating. Also, if you are lucky enough to go there when they are serving food, the food is horrible. Burnt, old, cold, you name it. I highly recommend going anywhere else. read more

I had fond memories of the grand opening of this restaurant so I decided to swing through the drive-thru. Food delivered quickly, however the hashbrowns were warm at best.
