This is of course, a bit subjective I guess but while the burger was decent and had a nice bit of pink inside, (also, shout out for the bun they used which was absolutely perfect to be honest), it tasted a bit dense and preformed, so biting into it gave you a bit of a "quarter pounder" taste instead of being super juicy and loose consistency, if that makes sense? The fries were fresh and tasty but perhaps a bit more limp and oily than I would have preferred, as if the oil temp was a bit low? I reminded Carleigh that we had a reservation, and her response was, "Oh, you did?" She then asked for my full name and phone number, looked up the reservation, apologized, and immediately escorted us to a table that appeared to have been ready the entire time. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Reservations are made so guests don't have to wait behind people who arrive later. It felt like our reservation had been completely ignored until I spoke up a second time.
