I downloaded the burger king app for the first time to apply my TMobile Tuesday offer. The app was not that user friendly to start out with. I managed to put my order in and drove up to the drive-thru. I put in my order and drove up to the window. I told him that this is my first time using the burger king app and that I ordered it through the app and want to apply the Tmobile deal as well. I was showing him my phone so that he could put in the cashier code to receive my discount. He snapped at me and not even looking at me while he was talking and told me that I should've told the girl who took my order about the discount. I told him that I had no idea that I was suppose to do that and that I will do it next time. He wasn't even looking at me when I was talking so I drove off. If Burger King can't manage to train their employees about empathy and being sympathic to a new norm. Not everyone will get the ordering through an app correct right away the first time. If their employee is quick to judge and not educate their customers then I'm curious how many customers they're losing or will lose during this pandemic. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would.they messed up my order (for three people) and didn't include the third meal. When I called back about my drive through experience the "manager " was extremely rude and didn't help at all. I'm not sure if this is simply because of the large amount of homeless and drug users that apparently frequent this location but he didn't find my order from ten minutes before. I offered to give him the order number he declined this and said he needed me to tell him the order then hung up on me! This is definitely a place I'll never go to again. I called your location 13241 Aurora Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133 and Natasha answered the phone at 9:45pm, and she was rude the first time. I accidentally called a second time trying to find the right location and she answered again and when I asked her if she was at the location I was looking for she proceeded to ask me if I had short term memory loss and if I was (as i quote) fuckin retarded. All I was wondering if she the nearest location to Krispy Kreme as to where I work at Lincoln Towing and was hungry and only get a short lunch and cant drive that far . Whenever I eat Burger King I get the sweats and my stomach aches except when I'm sick then the opposite. Yes in fact two negatives do make a positive. So a review of Burger king would be crazy but an idea is always good. My weapon of choice to help me grease the ol' pipes is three double cheeseburgers plain with only stacker sauce and onion rings. The food was hot, but I made the mistake of trying their new Big King Burger. Not a well put together sandwich. The lettuce won't stay on the burger, and it just tastes cheap. They also screwed up my order and gave me the chicken Big King. So I decided to try it anyway. I would have been happier eating a McChicken...Originally, I was going to order a Whopper, but I'm hesitant now. The soda machine in the lobby likes to stick and will overfill your cup. read more

I am so tired of wasting money at this bk. Last six or so times I have been there something is wrong. Raw fries, gummy onion rings, and not once have I received the right burger. The prices are absolutely outrageous. I finally did realize that I could go to kid valley for about the same price and get to eat what I pay for. I have gone back into the restaurant and explain to them that it's not edible, I was told that a manager would contact me. I have called down to the restaurant when my to go order for 6 hungry friends who helped me move. Over fifty dollars that time and there was only one person that got what they ordered. I was told the managers were gone and they couldn't help me.. I told them I just needed what I ordered. Basically he accused me of lying. I'm holding 3 bags of the wrong food that they gave me, and refused to fix it. Again, no management called. Not happy. So I stopped here for a quick meal last night before work. The employee was polite and my food was out pretty fast however not only did they forget a sandwich that I was charged money for, my burger was completely underdone! I took one bite and immediately knew something was off. Upon closer inspection the hamburger was a really gross gray mush with black char marks in some areas yet the whole thing was very underdone. This is unacceptable. This is how you make people sick. Just because I come in ten minutes before closing time doesn't mean you have a free pass to serve me unsafe food because youre tired or pissed off or whatever.
