This was my first visit since the store remodeled eight months ago. I would use the drive-thru every few months for a hot breakfast. Today I ate inside. It was 6:35pm on a Saturday. There was a steady flow of cars in the drive-thru and I was the only diner inside. Service was fast and friendly and my crispy chicken sandwich combo was fresh. The entire work crew was friendly with me. They looked like they enjoyed working there. My meal was tasty, The batter on my chicken was minimal, which is how I like it. My only complaint was the excess mayonnaise. It was a filling meal. The remodeled restaurant has an outdoor patio on the west side, a soda machine that dispenses quite a few sodas, and a clean dining area. I ordered a Dr Pepper and a Coke Zero.... None were marked as Dr Pepper or Pepsi... when I raised this concern the lady that handed me the drinks told her boss (lady in black ) "did they taste it?" No I didn't ! You should've marked it ... I was furious and think they need to do better. I felt the lady wearing black shirt dismissed me as she does all other complaints in this small town . I applied to work at this restaurant, and after 30 days of calling and talking with Johnathon the General Manager I am still not working. Well there's the good & the bad. I'll start with YAY we have Burger King open again. The first time I went through drive through. Everything was good, order spot on!!! Now for the bad. I tried drive through again. Wasn't Informed they had run out of buns! I got home. I literally had two burnt pieces of toast holding up my burger patty which was way bigger than the toast. Plus they added ketchup when I asked them not to. I went back. I asked did you actually run out of buns? I was actually thinking this was a joke but as it turned out they did. This was in the evening, different crew than weekday. The manager had my money ready, apologized & asked if there was something she could make me instead. I settled for a whopper JR. I did ask why I wasn't told they had run out of buns because I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place then. She said it was a mistake. Ok moving on ...Fast forward to today. I went in. I ordered , received my bag. Went to my car opened the bag. Someone else's # special order double with jalapeños. I didn't touch it! I walked back in saw a man that had got his order before me standing at the counter. I asked him are you missing a double with jalapeño, he nodded yes. I handed him his burger telling him I did not touch it!! I then said excuse me to the man that handed out both of our orders. I have a question & I sincerely mean this in the nicest possible way. Do you need glasses? Because sitting right there is my burger & with my order cleared off the screen. I get its busy. But it shows a % & the exact special order instructions on the sticker. In the end he did not say sorry or kiss my or take a hike he just handed my burger to a girl standing next to him. She handed it to me without a word. Did a check when I got in the car. I was happy too see Burger King open back up but tonight I was beyond disappointed. I'm so embarrassed for this place that I couldn't even take a photo of my original chicken sandwich that was totally dry on one side and a tiny bit of mayonnaise and to my surprise 3 tiny pieces of brown lettuce. Bait and Switch!!! Horrible experience with the Drive through employee that claimed she was the manager. I order online but the app had an issue. I tried 3 times. I even showed her with my phone that the app was failing. Two whopper special BOGO Two spicy chicken for $6 Total $11.19 She wouldn't give me the deal and charged me $13.04 I was polite and asked if she could help me but she said that she could do NOTHING. She said "The computer screen has two for $6 so I can't change the price." And she had an attitude of "I don't care" while taking our order. She mentioned that they have been having a problem with the app. I countered and said that it might be the reason that she could help us and I showed her my app and the price. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! I was kept waiting in the drive through line for over 15 minutes to place my order. When I finally got up to order I was told that their register was down and that I'd have to drive around and come INSIDE to place my order. Only problem was that I was TRAPPED IN THE DRIVE THROUGH! The people in FRONT were getting food, and waiting and the people behind me weren't moving! I tried to yell back to the people behind me that the drive through was down and to please move, and the BOX yelled back at ME that there was no need for ME to yell at THEM about it!!! It all went downhill from there! I hadn't eaten all day and am hyperglycemic - I NEED to eat or at least have something to drink with some nutrients in it every so often and I was way past that with the Holiday season. I'm trying to be nice to everyone I meet, but the BK Manager was just the opposite! HE gets on the box and starts berating me about his register at that window being down and how I'm supposed to drive through so HE doesn't have to be inconvenienced!!! I asked him why can't he just take my order NOW and I'll come inside and pay for it? That's too much trouble for THIS... person, who now decides that I'm threatening his position in front of his employees by showing them he doesn't have two functional brain cells and so he's going to exercise his "rights" to refuse service to me and asks me RUDELY to take my business elsewhere. I'm a DISABLED VETERAN - I needed to EAT. I drove to Ft Huachuca to the Charley's Cheesesteak on post and they were INCREDIBLE!!! Read my review! That's what a fast food place SHOULD be doing! Most of my reviews give the benefit of the doubt whenever there's a problem. That person shouldn't be allowed to run anything however. There's a Culver's just down the road. They know how to do things right and they CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. They also make GREAT FOOD. BK should be trying even harder to do everything right because of such competition. Terrible experience, had a burger king card the employee at drive up window said it is declined, I checked had $20 on it. Asked to check again. again declined luckily my grandson had cash to pay,when I checked bk told me they should have put the card # in manually,I called the store to explain this and was treated very rudely, no customer should ever go thru this,I nor my family will ever use this bk again. I loved this location, the staff was always friendly and I never had poor customer service. The physical location was not the best, the ceiling was frequently leaking and the parking lot was full of potholes. When the roof finally suffered some form of catastrophic damage, the management seems to have closed this location, permanently. I don't know if Sierra Vista will have another location opening anytime soon, but it was nice while it lasted at this location. RIP. read more

I've lived in SV for six months and never went to this Burger King until today. I went to the drive through to place an order and the guy tells me no, they don't have a certain product because it was a promotional product. I told him they need to take it off their website then. I ordered two Whopper Jr. and had a very nice coupon. When I got them home my daughter sat down to eat hers and there was hair in it. I called and spoke with Robert, the manager on duty. I asked them if they wore hair nets and he said yes. I then asked him if they wear hair nets then how did hair get into my food? His reply was that can't happen we wear hats. This place is unbelievable. They are constantly out of stuff. I went a couple of weeks ago, and they were out of biscuits and croissants. They offered to put my sausage egg and biscuit on sourdough or a bun. Today, they only had one biscuit available. Both of us wanted biscuits. I offered to have mine on the sourdough and was told they don't serve that for breakfast. So, what's the deal people. Horrible service! I ordered a large meal with my family and they forgot the barbecue sauce AND the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. Burger Kings across these United States are usually my favorite fast-food restaurants. But this one in Sierra Vista immediately became my most favorite. In fact, it became, with one visit, my most favoritest. Yes, I like Burger Kings generally, and, I admit, very much because I usually have a coupon and so get a great deal on what is my favorite fast food anyway, and while the food here is up to BK standards, yes, the people are superior to any I've dealt with in a long time. I made a point to stop on my way out to tell the manager how much I liked the place, and she went out of her way to thank me, very effusively, and even to introduce me to an employee standing next to her. My wife went to this BK and ordered $35 in food, when we went to pay, their pay systems were down. After swiping our card twice, the manager told us not to worry about paying because their systems were down, then he zero'd out the order. We said we'd happily come back to pay, but he told us not to worry about it. The next day, I check the bank account and we were charged twice... $70 total. We went back to explain this situation and were told to come back when the head manager was there and that he'd fix it. We came back twice and he was not there. We're new to Sierra Vista, and BK is my favorite hamburger place. We went there for the first time to try the new fried chicken sandwich which is being heavily advertised on TV and looks delicious. Alas, the sandwich looks much better than it tastes. It was absolutely tasteless, as if there were no spices included in the batter. None at all. There were 2 small pickles, but the sandwich needs 4. I assumed the sauce that comes on the sandwich contained egg or dairy products, to which I'm allergic, so I asked for no sauce but requested mustard packets. The young woman at the window was not in any way welcoming and couldn't have cared less about her job, it appeared. She didn't include the mustard packets which we didn't discover until after driving away. My husband had sauce on his sandwich but the sandwich was still tasteless, he said. We won't be returning. From January through May of 2017, while taking the Cochise County Master Gardeners course, my sister and I would stop at this Burger King on our way to class--every Wednesday--after an hour and a half drive. The service, in the drive-through and behind the counter, was unfailing courteous, cheerful, and attentive, even after we were seated eating. They got our order correct every time, and we were happy to enjoy either their breakfast specials or regular menu items. We left in a great frame of mind, me with my coffee! Our visits with you all are part of the wonderful memory of our Wednedays in Sierra Vista. The view of the mountains surrounding the city made this an especially good location. read more

I have gone to this Burger King for about two years now, and have visited about once every two months. I am a bit of a health nut, but occasionally I get my Whopper on! :) I can say this Burger King BEATS THE ONE ON-POST at Fort Huachuca hands down! The speed here is awesome compared to the Ft. Huachuca BK! There have been occasions when speed is slow due to a rush-hour with mass orders, but nothing too crazy. I have only waited 10 minutes max. The managers seem to change a lot, but all I have seen are improvements with each iteration. This BK has a FreeStyle Coke Machine, allowing high customization of Sodas (if that is your thing). The employees here are fair and much more respectful then the on-post Burger King, and honestly, I feel as if the ingredients are different or something- because the Whoppers prepared here are MUCH better! Burger King is not exactly meant to be a high-end restaurant, so of course there are slips here and then- but this one outdoes the others and has superb service! read more
