Went to Carl's Jr today for a Big Carl single burger. When it came out it looked like someone sat on the burger. I don't know how long this bun sat out but it was horrible. The cheese on the burger was not even melted the lettuce was wilted. The burger it self was precooked and sat in their warming bin. This absolutely the worst place to ever get a burger. Staff was very nice. Always wonderful when you can tell a person is smiling from behind their mask. The Angus Monster burger I had was delicious (I did change it to pepper jack cheese though), cris cut fries were fresh and also very tasty. My wife's meal delicious she said. We were in search of burgers we had never tried before and are happy we journeyed to Carl's Jr. Location is ideal withing walking distance of grocery store, drug store, even the post office. It takes a lot to make me write a bad review but when my order is wrong 7 times out of 9 I'm pretty disgusted. Stopped by yesterday morning and ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. Dinner here was decent... This is probably the slowest "FAST"-Food restaurant in Sierra Vista though. This location has not changed in anyway for 10+ years. With that said, they are probably one of the best burgers in town and they are cheap and delicious. I will definitely frequent this location again. read more

Classic bate and switch with menu prices. I made a visit to get a steak egg and cheese biscuit. The menu board shows price as $2.99. I get to the window and the biscuit is $3.99 plus tax. This used to be my favorite store 5 years ago. We just moved back and this store went down hill. Store is not very clean. Toilets aren't very clean and the one is still out of order! The employees like playing around and have private chit chats instead of getting the store straight. Burgers are okay. They mess up the green burrito everytime. Coffee, it depends. Leftover cold or too strong. Hardly anything filled up as in creamer or lids. This seams to be more a Manager problem. I am going to Culver's now. I must say, even the Carl's Jr. In Riverside/Ca. Disappointing visit on 22 December 2014. The men's room smelled of urine and neither the hand dryer nor the paper towel roller worked. I lodged a complaint and was happy to see the staff jumped to correct the issues, but it never should have gotten that bad. We also couldn't find a clean table to seat four people - I had to wipe away the crumbs from previous occupants. I did enjoy the Western BBQ burger though. That's the one bright spot of the visit. Slowest Carl's Jr I have ever been to in my life. Literally takes 30 min in the drive thru like every time. Chili's is literally faster than that. I urge anyone reading this, DO NOT eat at this establishment. This is the worst Carl's Jr I have eaten at. I have ordered through the drive-thru several times, each experience worse than the other. Last night was my final purchase here, because their food upset my stomach and I spent the rest of the evening in my bathroom. That was not my only reason but was my last straw. Whoever "manages" this restaurant does not care about their customers.
