I typically do not visit alot of fast food places, and if I do, I always choose Wendy's! I love the mobile ordering which gives you the option to drive up to the drive through to pick up. The Wendy's app is great, which accumulates points and offers deals and promotions. This particular location is close to home, so it's my good to, and the staff here are all friendly, and I love that my order is always correct. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this Wendy's. Yesterday around 11:50-12pm I went to this location and While paying, the employee had unusual difficulty processing my credit card. She took my card, gave it back, asked for it again, and attempted to tap/swipe it multiple times before my purchase finally went through. When I use this card regularly with no issues. I left Wendy's and went straight home. I did not make any other stops or use this card again. While I was home with the physical card still in my possession, a $173.46 charge appeared from an ExxonMobil gas station around 4:18pm My Amex app even shows the transaction as "Paid in Person." I immediately contacted my credit card company, and they confirmed the transaction was fraudulent, canceled my card, and are sending me a replacement. While I cannot say for certain whether this was caused by an employee, a compromised payment terminal, or something else, but the timing is extremely concerning. Management should review the security footage, investigate the employee interaction, and inspect the payment machines/card readers at this location to make sure customers' card information is not being compromised. read more

Wendys is one of my top 3 fast food burger places. I went thru the drive thru at 1am today and purchased the Baconator and a chili bowl. WOW, not sure what type of beef or seasoning but WOW. The chili had a good kick to it and the beef was thick just too many freaking beans. During the weeknights its very busy but on a late Sunday night within a few minutes you have your food and goodbye. I made a special trip out tonight after dinner to try the vanilla Frosty at the local Wendys for the first time. The interior of the store was extremely inviting and clean. The men's bathroom was spotless. The cashier advised me that the Vanilla Frosty is only offered seasonal and they are currently serving Berry and Chocolate Frostys, which are displayed on their in-store wall menu for about $2.50 based on size. Well, the wife only wanted vanilla but I was willing to try the Berry Frosty. The employee began to pour out the berry goodness (my mouth started to water) then he stopped mid pour and advised that the machine was not working properly - huge let down. Sad to say, I left without a Frosty but may come back for a giant Chocolate Chunk Cookie eyeballing me on the order counter for $2.19. Going to give this store a 2.7 star rating and hope to have a better experience on my next trip tomorrow. UPDATE: OK. I could not resist. I came back today (15 hours later) and went in the drive thru and ordered the small Triple Berry Frosty which I could not get yesterday due to the malfunctioning Frosty machine. Came out quickly and sat in my car and tried it. Holy Moly, insanely good with a nice thickness and only 320 calories lol and a great price one dollar cheaper than McDonalds shake too. I am a disabled veteran. on 5 June 2025 I was there and a woman manager treated me like someone who is important. She personally waited on me and treated me better than any time I can remember. Clean, new design, friendly service, and most importantly the food was fresh and tasty. About as good as you can get for fast food in the area. Popped in on Sunday afternoon for quick lunch as kids wanted burgers as backup, and Pollo Tropical appeared closed for renovations. We ordered as register and had a wonderful gentlemen and manager even assisted him with coupon special. They offered care and value and this is how other locations should model. The lobby was clean and bathrooms were fine. The soda area wasn't bad either and both Freestyle type machines were working. Had some unique flavor for Wendy's too. Only item that was very small issue. This location also had two items marked off menu as unavailable. Seems one limited sandwich was either under ordered or supplies too limited. It has been a long long time since I have eaten at a fast food burger place. A lot has changed, and all for the better. The last time I was in this location, it was the old style Wendys and the staff was slow and the food was mediocre. I walk in this time and the place is like a cafe! Very nice, very clean. We were waited on immediately and with a smile. We put in our order and by the time I got my drink, the food was ready. The fries were hot, the sandwiches were temperature appropriate, with the veggies being cold and crisp, while the chicken and bun were hot. Great flavor. I used to own a courier service in south Florida. When you drive for a living, fast food is just a part of life. Mind you this was in the 1990's; and it has stuck with me all these years that I decided to share how terrible this location was. From the looks of the reviews; it hasn't improved. I too once spent 10 minutes in the drive thru that wasn't moving. While watching employees walking in and out to their vehicles and doing no work? I managed to get a full sized van around the little old lady in front of me who had been saying "hello" into the speaker for those 10 minutes, to try going inside. Once I got inside, I was immediately told to put my shirt on that was over my shoulder (I'd just come back from the beach that day...a rare break from running my own business back then). I told the employee that "I wouldn't need a shirt in the drive thru, and that the drive thru hadn't moved in going on 15 minutes now". I then said "You know what? Forget it, I'll take my business elsewhere", and left. I swore off that location until finally I caved to everyone working for me at my office one day for lunch. I went in with my order for 6 office people during the lunch rush of that day. I was given 2 sandwiches and missing a ton of stuff after I'd ordered and paid. I stayed and declared what I was missing. They brought me one sandwich when I was missing 4, and then said "ok sir, have a nice day". Uh no, I'm still missing half my food. "Okay sir, what do you still need?" they asked. I'd tell them the missing 3 sandwiches and fries that were still missing. Again they came back with one sandwich and then said "ok sir, have a nice day", yet again. I said, no, I'm still missing 2 sandwiches and half the fries. "Okay sir, what do you still need?" they asked; and a collective moan came from the full line of people standing there waiting in line. I started to say what I was still missing, but the entire line was saying "he still needs....". The people standing in line had my order memorized; yet the people working that day couldn't remember more than one sandwich at a time? It took 20 minutes to get just my order done. Many in line left to go elsewhere since they only had a certain amount of time for lunch. When I got back to the office I announced that everyone should enjoy the food; because it would never happen again. I explained to my staff what had transpired and why that Wendy's location would never get another office or personal visit from me. 30 years later and here I am telling people just how terrible this location was. Looks like it still is from the reviews I'm seeing. How this place/location is still open is beyond me. It was notoriously slow, and famous for getting your order wrong. I do still enjoy the occasional food from Wendy's; but I can't reiterate to the world at large how much they should avoid this particular Wendy's. read more

IDK WHO I GOTTA SPEAK TOO! But never ever ever order delivery from this Wendy's. Idk if they're to blame or if doordash or maybe the both of them. But this was absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Me and my coworkers made an order to arrive for our breaks. Not only was the driver incompetent. He said he picked up our food and would be there in 2 minutes. We work literally 5 minutes away from the Wendy's in the mall. But this man took 35 minutes we were waiting outside in the sun like idiots. Every time we would call him he would get frustrated and hang up 4 times this happen. I really do hate writing reviews for fast food chains, but what can i say i do visit this Wendy's location often and i feel a review is warranted. I visit this location often but not for the food but for their Wifi, i drop off my dad often at a nearby hospital for his scheduled doctors appointments and when i do i normally wait for him outside while he handles his business. I visit this Wendys location just to hang out and kill time , the mobile service around this area is really weak and you need some type of Wifi connection to help your connection in order to browse your phone. I normally buy a Large Berry Lemonade and just chill, their Wifi connection is not very strong but it sure beats having none. This Wendys location always seems empty and i have found some questionable folks lingering around, perhaps doing the same thing as me, killing time using their Free Wifi, perhaps they think the same about me? Overall Wendy's food is good and obviously the same at every location, but i dont normally come at this location for the food. Their Staff is cool, Wifi is Free but slow, plenty of space and seats to hang out, good AC, Decent bathrooms, Open 24 hours, what more can you ask for. read more

As of this date there's a REALLY slow night crew idk if it's Sunday nights or non busy nights but there is always a line and it is a slow crawl. The kitchen might be understaffed and always be aware at every Wendy's the kitchen staff all have headphones to hear your drive through order read more

We don't usually eat fast food, when we do it is typically Wendy's. Out of the house early today and a stop at Ikea had us away from home at lunchtime. This is my favorite fast food and the place looks more elegant/comfy than other fast food places, it wont make you feel like you are eating trash at a trashy place. And i love coming here with my family and having a discussion about things. The employees are super nice and it they will give your order with a smile. The food i mostly get here is a jr cheeseburger deluxe along with fries and spicy nuggets and always before i leave i get a small vanilla frosty.
