The worst Burger King ever. I asked for extra onions they said they didn't have any. They said they didn't have any ice for the soda machine, and when I tried to use the sewing machine, it exploded on me. The employee rhetoric here is terrible and I will never come back. Routinely sorry. Entry level employees look down upon you and greet you in a condescending manner. If you feel like making a mobile order then having to wait 30 minutes up to an hour(speaking from experience, I tasted both sides of the extreme spectrum) please come by and pay this exact location a visit. Employees call out at such a high frequency they could make a dog's ears bleed. Nothing fast about this "food" and the service sucks. New Burger King for the area. I have been there twice and I will not go back. The first time I went through the drive thru and it took 25 minutes for the food. There was no way to get out of line so I was stuck. The food was also not made the way I requested. The second time I went inside to not get stuck in the drive thru. The food came quickly this time but I witnessed the employees not paying attention to drive thru orders and were arguing about why no one is helping. The order time for the people in the drive thru was 14 minutes. It 10 at night and there were two cars in the drive thru and just me ordering inside. The food is always cold and when u ask for fresh off the broiler to make sure it's hot its not..... very aggregating , the meat and the bun is cold we have to put it in the microwave to eat hot food... I've tried to call to speak with a manager and no one ever answers ... We are the reason they have a job.. Terrible service. Not your usual fast food attitudes. Visited the drive thru and we felt as if we were a burden. Not asking us what we'd like, more like demanding our order. If I could put negative sarts I so would. While waiting for my food a roach literally walks across the main counter. I told the cashier and she freaks out. They brought my food I was like nope and put on same counter the roach was on. Sure it was on a tray, but they didn't clean the counter. My Co worker tried to use the restroom, came out to tell the same employee they were out of tp. They handed him a handful of napkins. Well it's a BK so I already like it better than McDonald's. I like rate fast food chain restaurant against other like chains, it's not fair to put against real establishments. So this location is clean and the food good for Burger King. Now the service is hit or miss depending on the time your there. But you know the chance your taking eating at theses places. read more

I love Burger King, just not this location. I asked one question on the menu and we got the silent treatment our order deleted from the screen. I thought it was equipment issue but they guy came back in and asked if I was ready to order, I replied yes but I was waiting on the answer to my question. Received the silent treatment again after 5 minutes and asking if anyone was there he told me to go to the window. There the female manager was waiting and asked if I was ready to order I said yes but I had a question, she rolled her eyes and I ended up just driving off. Was the only car in drive thru for lunch. Ordered whopper w/cheese, stressed no lettuce, as I'm allergic to lettuce, and 10 chicken nuggets. I work less than a mile from there, and my food was already cold, the burger was covered in lettuce and the nuggets were cold as ice. I typically love Burger King... I hate this Burger King... Terrible service, terrible food always served with a side of attitude... The one in Ybor is not any better...
