Located in a very busy area of Town. This location will definitely have someone random from the streets cleaning your windshield/windows as you are in line waiting on your drive through order. Those men are friendly, but if you're paranoid then if I were you, I would go elsewhere. You can't stop them in time, by the time you look up then someone is halfway done cleaning your windshield. You can tip them if you'd like. Anyways, we ordered the 2 ghost pepper burgers that came with fries, Chicken fries, and Spicy chicken sandwich. Fries were literally covered in so much salt, I can almost feel the fry persons anger in making them. They added so much salt, we couldn't even eat them. The ghost pepper burger was not even spicy!! Level of spice was comparable to black pepper. The Orange buns were so dry and hard to swallow, I felt like I needed someone who knew how to perform Heimlich Maneuver sit next to me incase I choked on those dry buns. The meat was so dry, never had a dry piece of patty before from here. This was my first time. It was so dry, it Tasted like 93% lean ground beef or something. The Spicy chicken sandwich tasted like old grease. But hey, the customer service was great!! Drive thru person was fast and the food came out fast. Warning!!!! If you don't give your coupon code to them first, all hell will break loose. They don't put signs up to let you know. They expect you to know that you are to provide a coupon first. If You tell them after you had already ordered and then say you got a coupon, you'll hear them get mad and complain telling you they have to erase it all and it's your fault!!! This was my last visit to a BK for burgers. Sad, really. I used to really enjoy them. Unfortunately, they have gone so far downhill, I am done. I remember how they used to be. You could actually taste the char from the flame grill. It gave it flavor and personality. Today, I noticed the taste was lacking, bland. I removed the bun, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and looked at the burger. One side had NO grill marks on it, and the other had very light ones. They almost looked painted on. I took a bite. ZERO flame-grilled taste. I was also thrilled to see the Cheesy Cheddar Puffs back again after all these years! Even though they were overpriced, I had to get some. Man, what a disappointment. They are nothing like they used to be, either. They are mostly ground up potato or whatever it is and very little cheese. I still like the croissanwiches. I wonder how long it will be before they screw those up? So, I mourn the passing of the King. He used to be great, but corporate greed eroded the quality to the point they are irrelevant now. Free jalapeno slices on whatever you order, so in the morning I'll swing by and grab a couple of breakfast croissant sandwiches loaded with jalapeno and head to work. I go to school nearby and I only get a 30 minute lunch break. Three other girls and I went through the drive thru placing separate orders and we got through really quick. We had a really good experience and weren't late clocking back in at school. We decided to do it again because of the great experience. When we got through to the drive thru I asked to place 4 separate orders- a man that i'm assuming had been the manager rudely said "we aren't allowed to do that." I said "oh okay, we were able to do it last time" And he continued to tell me that "well, i'm who's here today so thats what you get and you'll just have to come inside and place those orders". He did comp my ticket. I was late to school and dealt with kind of a shitty attitude just because I thought it was okay to place 4 separate tickets through the drive thru since we had just done it a week before.
