Looked up the phone number online for the store and got someone's personal phone. Very good burgers when made correctly but this place is disturbingly understaffed and ghetto. Every time I come to this Burger King, it is always a hit or miss. One night, I came, the man at the window told me it is 62 cents for barbecue sauce. Which I know isn't true because I've been to other BK before but nonetheless I liked my fries with barbecue and decided to give him the change. Another encounter with the same man, he told me I couldn't order at the drive thru and that I had to order through the mobile app. Like it made a difference. Another incident the other day, a young lady told me she didn't want to take my order at the drive thru machine and just come up to the window. Then she told me all my coupon offer codes weren't working. I knew she did this because it was 2 am and she gets paid hourly and didn't want to make burgers or take an order. I told her it was fine never mind and left. Last incident that ruined it for me was the other night, I decided to come a bit earlier so I wasn't met by lazy cooks and employees who touch their phones and then my food, I was greeted by an overwhelmed new employee who kept telling me how understaffed they are. She said she's very new and still figuring out how to use the machine. I was very nice and understanding so I Waited and let her take her time. This Burger King we went there last night about 1030 pm and went through the drive thru got to the speaker and a car was already there they waited about 4 minutes and drove to the window so we followed,they pulled off so we pulled up. So we got to the window nobody was at the window so we honked then we see a employee cleaning so I yelled thru the window, he finally came I ask if they was closed he said no let me go find someone so he comes back and tell us that he will be right with us, keep in mind we been there already 10min. This place needs some work. The staff was friendly but the wait for food was long. It was not busy in there. There were dead bugs on the floor. The floor was super sticky. They had the door open letting all the hot air in so it was warm in there but you could feel the air conditioning was working. The door to the playground was covered in hand marks and oil. All the windows needed to be washed. It was also sticky. The soda machine needed to be cleaned badly and everything needed to be restocked. This place needs a deep clean and makeover. read more

When you first walk in, the customer service seemed good, but then the manager just ignored the customers and continued conversing with his coworker. I wouldn't have minded so much if he would've gotten my order correct... But it wasn't. Not to mention, when he gave me my order, which was to-go, it was on a tray meant to stay here! Worst bk I've been to. It is dirty, the staff is disorganized and they got my order wrong. The syrup in the drink machine was for and one of the tabke for a booth was missing, that last part may not their fault but it only proves how bad this place is. Worst of the worst! This is the worst BK I have ever been to. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and an original chicken sandwich. Who puts excessive (and I mean excessive) mayo on BOTH sides of a sandwich? It was disgusting to say the least! I am going to post pics on yelp if possible.. Holy WOW. Never really had good service from here but the other day took the cake and had to speak my mind. I ordered a simple small order waited and watched as the staff handed my order to someone at the window. Then the people that ordered my after me with 3 combo meals got their food they continued to knock out orders out the window however after 15 minutes of waiting they asked if I had recieved my food I said no they asked for my receipt and the lady who gave my order to the window blamed the gentleman. this place is right in front of my work but I quit going a while ago cause of the food and service I tried it again I asked for no pickle and no onion which they put on my sandwich.
