I had a very disappointing experience at Burger Lounge. I made it clear when ordering that I do not eat pork/bacon. While waiting, I watched the cook use the same burger press directly on bacon and then press it onto ground beef patties without cleaning it in between. I saw this happen with several burgers, which is a clear case of cross-contamination. When I brought this up to the staff, instead of acknowledging the issue, the cook denied it outright, even though I saw it happen and she seen me watching her as well. That simple lie says enough about the standards at this place. If they cannot admit to a basic mistake, it raises serious concerns about how they handle food and treat their customers. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend spending your hard-earned money at a place that shows such disregard for customer dietary restrictions and honesty. read more

Not sure why this place is below 4 stars. One of the best burgers in the area, fries are on point, and no complaints about the onion rings either. Good variety available for a pretty small space. And the craft sodas and other drinks are a nice touch. Front counter was efficient and the food coming out was in a timeframe I'd expect. Staff was friendly. There is an issue with the cleanup that still needs to get addressed. They don't seem to do the rounds on the table wipes as much as they should and sometimes the soda station is a wreck. And last time the flies were a nuisance as well. All that, the plussed far outweigh the minuses. This place is good. read more

Now we don't mind paying for a meal if it's good, but the fries were not fresh and served to us cold, and the burger was not more than mediocre. Burger Lounge is a fast casual joint situated out on the edge of the Pruneyard so they have some good visibility on your way inside, so it definitely got me curious enough to try them out eventually. Giving credit where it's due, the burger is definitely quite solid and I'm tempted to come on back for the burger alone. All that bought me was 3 burgers, two orders of fries, and onion rings. The burgers were fine, but comparable to Five Guys. They certainly weren't worth what I paid. We come to the Pruneyard very often and Burger Lounge has become our new favorite Burger joint. The food is good and it's ideally located. We let our toddler run around Pruneyard and then take him here for his grilled cheese. They have a good selection of Plant-Based Burgers. I personally like the Son of Butcher because of the caramelized onions and pickles but the other ones are also very good. They have a gluten free menu and you can also opt for no-bun. On weekends, it can get really busy and you might have to wait for quite a bit but otherwise service is very fast and staff is friendly. It does run on the smaller side though. On most occasions, I can't finish a burger so my husband will help me; but here I finished it (ignoring my husbands expectant eyes who then resorted to ordering another one for himself). Well well well done surprise -- at the Burger Lounge! I had been eyeballing this place for a while, and finally got to experience the good stuff it has to offer. First of all, I was impressed by the variety of menu options -- from grassfed beef to plant based to, even, having turkey, fish, and chicken burgers. They told me to speak to DoorDash about getting my refund, then DoorDash told me to call Burger Lounge back. (At the time of writing this, I have still not gotten my refund) To be fair, maybe their food is actually good if I ate there in person. But don't offer delivery services if you cannot handle it. Bread was nice and soft with a grass fed burger. The chocolate and strawberry shakes were not too sweet compared to shake shack. Overall price 44 bucks but the quality of the meat tasted better than the other burger chain restaurants in the campbell area. If a meal matches the price point and the quality and value, then I take no issue with the charges. The fries were delicious. The onion rings were nice and crispy, though could have been more flavorful. They even look like they were seasoned with something, but whatever it was was quite muted. My wife was not impressed with the chicken sandwich that her mother ordered. As well, she said the Lounge Burger she had was okay, but nothing special. I had the special Western burger with onion rings in it. I liked the buns they use. The beef patty seemed a bit smallish for a $13 burger. It tasted good though and so did the cheese. However, they skimped on the bacon with hardly a minuscule single slice! Not what the picture portrayed on the menu board! I was also left a bit bitter by being assessed a 3% surcharge on our tab (before tax too). The menu board made no mention of the charge to come. Yes, it's too expensive to operate here in California, but your prices certainly seemed to already account for that, and then some. Service was okay. Staff were friendly enough. The place was clean.
