HUGE RIPOFF.. first time I went through I ordered a fish sandwich that was inedible because it was saturated in oil.. absolutely disgusting..Kinda made me mad considering how much they charged for it. In light of everything going on with the covid virus i decided to stop in and give a local business a second chance. So I ordered a plain elk burger, 2 small shakes and a single plain hot dog with ketchup only, no sides, no fries. The bill was over $30! What a huge rip off this place is. In light of everything going on you figure they wouldnt be price gouging with their sub-par food. For one the hot dog was just a normal hot dog with a pack of ketchup .. $6.75?? RIPOFF!! The burger was pedestrian in quality and was super sloppy. The shakes were good.. ill give them that. They may stay in business serving the clueless up in Somerset but as for me I will never grace this establishment with another dollar of my money. Ill stick with In and Out and their much better product and more reasonable prices. I do not recommend this place in any way shape or form. So bummed out. This place has won me over time and time again, until tonight. My husband who has been at work all day stopped to grab a burger for us on his way home. He ordered two of the special, which he was told was stuffed with bacon and cheese. When he asked if there was any mayo/ketchup on the burger, the server answered "it has what i just told you it has on it." when we got home we were greeted with two burgers, no cheese nor bacon, no mayo or ketchup, and caramelized onions ??????? Went to the Burger Me at Summit Mall last week and it was amazing. Couldn't wait to come back. Just got done at the Robb Drive Burger Me and this was one of the worst burgers my daughter and me ever ate. Ordered them medium and got completely burnt burgers. The lemonade wasn't even as good as what we had last week. I will not be back to this location and honestly may just go back to Fudruckers from now on. Never had a bad burger there. The garlic fries should come with a warning but they are so good! They are loaded with garlic. Just don't have them if you are planning on kissing anyone. I like their chicken and beef burgers on the wheat buns. Delicious! The regular sized burger is quite large so my Mom and I usually split one and order a side of garlic fries. They have a drive through which is convenient but slow. My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is because while dining in the restaurant in the summer we've seen several flies buzzing around. Really great burgers! The quality of the meat is really nice. The sign says all meat is antibiotic and hormone free so that's nice!I had the ahi burger on gluten free bun. The cut of ahi was generous and cooked super rare just how I like it. My date had the Big Dipper and he thought it was great. The sizes are big! How do you rate a burger place? Simple- order their basic cheeseburger and see how it is. So I got a cheeseburger and sweet potato fries. Sweet potato fries- great, tastes fresh, has all flavors you would expect. Cheesburger- the bun was soft and tasted good. The patty- was thick enough, juicy, soft to chew, but there was something missing. Yes- the flavor. Something was missing in the flavor. Now, I gotta tell you this one is close to being that perfect cheeseburger you make at home. So being a cheeseburger guy- I eat and rate a cheeseburger from Dean Winchester's perspective- this gets 4 out of 5. read more

Burger me is consistently tasty and the staff have always been friendly and kind. I have loved coming here over the past few years and enjoy building my custom burger! The only downside is, I haven't ever received a to-go order that was 100% correct from the northwest location. Something has been missing from a burger or we get the wrong type of fries. Only when we have eaten in has the order been totally complete. It's not going to stop me from going back, but it's a frustration every time. However, I do love the surprise of the shake of the week and the shakes have always been delicious! read more

The staff here were so friendly and happy. I love going to a business where the employees are happy! The food was fantastic - big, fat, turkey burger on a wheat - no antibiotics, no -GMO ingredients. First of all, my meal today was a 1 star My burger was SO overcooked, it was like hard leather. The bacon was very undercooked and fatty. I didn't even eat half and threw it out. I wish they would ask us how we woukd like our burger cooked because half the time I forget to say medium rare. However, usually it is cooked perfect and moist. My partner's burger was supposed to be a regular hamburger. No cheese. He is lactose intolerant. He couldn't eat it. Beside portions of the burger were burned. He threw his out, without a bite. That being said, the reason I gave 5 stars is because usually my food is top notch. This is actually the first time getting something so terrible. I usually have no issue spending money here because it is do good. But today $25 for a meal was not worth a single penny. This restaurant is terrible. First if all, it is always cold inside, even in the summer, but especially in the winter, where it feels like you are eating outside. It's freezing, making for an uncomfortable dining experience. Then, there is always an insufferable wait. Recently the 4 of us waited 38 minutes anew record, for burgers, and a fish sandwich. Ridiculous. The kitchen prioritizes the drive through, and the rest of us inside, freezing, can just wait. Others folks were wondering why it took so long to grill up something as simple as a burger. Maybe they were out hunting a bear or something. Next, the Fish Sando claims to be Cod, but it is thin, fragmented, limp, tasteless, cheap, farmed Tilapia. The last time I ordered this sandwich, and it will be the last time I order anything from this place, it was raw in places. Disgusting. I waited for 5 minutes at the counter to report the problem with my order. My family was finished eating by the time I got my Sando back and it was completely crumbled and dumped into a little cardboard fries boat. Gee Thanks! Finally, no one bothers wiping off the tables. They are always greasy, sticky, smeared and gross. Often several have the last guest's trash laying on them. That's what I really like, is getting to wipe the last guest's slop up off the table. No one ever comes around and asks how the food is after they call your number to come pick it up. They have your money, you're on your own. Then they ask for a tip when you pay for your food. I've been here a few times and absolutely love the food, unfortunately for my last visit I brought my mom for her first time and the cashier was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes every time a question was asked and was EXTREMELY unwelcoming. Aside from her everyone else was wonderful and smiley. Had this been my first visit I would not be returning, but I know this is not the standard for employees. I wish I had gotten her name but there was no name tag. Love this place!!! I've tried many of their burgers!! It's hard to have a favorite, I've tried the Veggie, the dirty bird,fish sando,and a good ol cheese burger with mushrooms!! I love the fact they have GF options especially with having a child that has sensitivity to gluten. The service is great!! My family and I were looking for a new place to try for lunch so we decided to give Burger Me a try because it had good reviews. I had the Fish Sando (blackened), my hubby had a cheeseburger, and my kids had kids meals (one had a burger and one had a grilled cheese). We also ordered an order of fries to share. The fries turned out to be the best part of the meal. My sandwich tasted like crunchy mayo on a bun. The crunch was from the huge sliced cabbage. I couldn't taste the fish at all. I ate one bite and thought to myself "I cant waste this $9 sandwich" so I choked down another bite. That was it. I couldn't eat anymore. The burgers were dry and tasteless and the grilled cheese had the same flavor and texture as plastic. I feel bad for writing a one-star review but I am because we ended up being out close to $40 and nobody liked their food. Been going to Burger Me since this COVID non-sense started. The line cooks here don't know the difference between Medium Well and a Medium Rare. They discourage well done, so more often than not I have to microwave the patties when I get home. Shouldn't have to recook these expensive burgers after getting home. We are in Reno for a small little getaway. Went out and found great reviews for this place. I was a bit hesitant considering the backlash of the elections. As a women wearing hijab I was a bit nervous eating out. But we were welcomed and were given great service. The food was absolutely amazing. We got the veggie sliders and french fries and also garlic fries. My son enjoyed the fries...he fights us when we try to feed him. I don't know how he doesn't love to eat haha the garlic fries were just perfect. Perfect amount of garlic. Not too much and not too little. The burgers were seriously just amazing. Not like those typical frozen burger patties you find at most restaurants. But real veggies in your burger. Just amazing. You have to check this place out. I had the worst Burgers last week from your place. The drive through sign doesn't list what a Bbq style means and what all is in it. After paying $12.50 for each small burger (only burgers too I might add) it was loaded with jalapeños and smothered in barbecue sauce.. I've been here a couple times and I'm just completely underwhelmed. This most recent trip the burgers were virtually tasteless, so much bread you could barely taste the meat. The onion rings were nearly burned. The kicker was that even after triple checking with both girls at the registers that the fish was NOT breaded so my gluten free mother could eat it, it was served with a flour coating. Well.....what a bummer their burger was. LOVE the truck and had a couple great meals with them at the truck. Hamburger was dry, all lettuce, and nothing in it.
