    Bacon cheeseburger sliders...
    Chastity L.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger sliders. It comes with fries, everything tasted fresh.I do recommend eating the fries hot but it was very good.I'm moving soon, but I will put it on my list to go again before I move...

If you're looking for a solid burger with decent fries then you wouldn't waste your time stopping at Burger NV. The fries were extra crispy which I like and the burger was amazingly dressed with a huge buttered bun and both were made piping hot within 5 minutes. The garlic fries could have had a little bit more seasoning, the burger could have been cooked a little less and been more juicier, and the soda came flat; but, overall great food.

I bought the mushroom and Swiss burger which was incredibly good. The bun was sweet and the burger meat tasted incredible, before I knew it I was through the burger

My picture doesn't give it justice just how big their burgers are! I've heard that this place has good burgers-- I was at the Public Market and couldn't decide what to get. The staff was really nice and she quickly got my order in. Went with a classic cheeseburger and fries. This burger is huge. I couldn't eat it all but I tried! LOL. Everything was super fresh and had good flavoring! I love their fry sauce and can't wait to check out their ranch. They also have another location off Victorian Square in Sparks. It's a little pricey but you are definitely getting quality food! See you soon Burger NV!

If you have not been to the RPM, Reno Public Market, then this must be your next stop. The mall like food court has many fast food restaurants with all types of flair from Salvadoran to Italian. I stopped at Burger NV as I was craving some beef Nevada style. The burger itself is a half pound monster and cooked medium well. It was seasoned perfectly and loaded the bun with all the great fixings. The only drawback was the patty was not flattened enough to fill the delicious bun. The staff brought the food to the table and were very polite. The fries were crispy and pipping hot. I recommend this choice for a person looking for a traditional burger and has a big appetite. This venue is a great place to hang out with friends and listen to live music with a bar in the middle.

Ok so we have been here twice now. The food is really good. You get to chill at Reno Public Market and still at the bar and eat some good food. Also there have some good music. The service is fast and the food is really good! Come on down and give it a try! Cheers

I did a menu challenge. I enjoyed everything. Especially the onion rings. The burgers are a good size too. The service was awesome! It can get a little noisy in there.

I would give 5 stars for the service here. The sweet lady working the counter was very helpful and patient with my kids ordering. I ordered two burger meals from here and one of them were still raw. They didn't take a temp request when we ordered, so I assumed they would be closer to done then still moo'ing. Super bummed to spend so much on a bacon burger and it was bloody. My kids lost their appetite and asked me not to make a big deal out of it. I just threw money away. I told them we could go ask for a remake, but they didn't want to make a fuss over it, so I left it alone. Recommend if you plan on getting a burger here; make sure yours is cooked to your liking.

Located at the Reno Public Market, Burger NV is one of a number of options foodies will enjoy. For me Burger NV is my favorite because of the good selection of burgers and other menu items. Place your order and they will text you with it's ready to be picked up. The bar in the center of the food court will allow you to bring any item to the bar so you can grab a drink and watch some sports on the flatscreens. A reminder that it can be loud, depending on events that may be occurring on stage (music, trivia, etc.)

12.1.23: Last night a friend and I went to the Reno Public Market for the 9th Annual Make 'Em Smile Toy Drive Event to donate toys and watch our friends play live music. We hadn't had dinner and decided on Burger NV. We both ordered the Fish and Chips and we both loved it! It was served hot and the fry was a perfect cook, not soggy nor overly fried. The tartar sauce was different than anything I had before and it was more of a thinner sauce. It's hard to describe the taste but I liked it and how it wasn't thick and heavy. The fries were fresh and delicious too. The coleslaw actually wasn't too bad and had some decent flavor to it. The service was good and the person taking our order was friendly.

Breakfast Burger with side of jalapeños and hashbrowns

Well, I ordered a Breakfast Burger and unfortunately, it came with No burger. It was loud in there so probably didn't hear me order a breakfast burger from Burger Nv. But, it all didn't go bad , the lady behind the counter did offer me a sorry. Let's do better next time and I will be glad to try again.

My kids got the classic slider meal with fries. It's quite a bit of food! The fries were fresh and tasty and kids got the choice of bbq or ranch dipping sauce. It's a bit spendier - but higher quality and generous portions make it worth it. I would like to see a ketchup/mustard/mayo station out front to accommodate extra condiment needs! Overall a tasty stop!

One delicious JAB (juicy ass burger)

Big, juicy and delicious burgers. Fries hit high notes as well. The bacon burger should be renamed the Juicy Lucy. Perfect seasoning, 1/2 pound patty and great veggies. Staff is also killer, so tip 25% to start out.

Before you go in, there is signs that says expect a 20 minute wait or more for a burger. If that is an issue for you, this isn't the spot for you. I've gone here a few times. The most recent time with my parents and aunt. I was a bit skeptical taking them to a dive bar for a burger since I wasn't sure how they would react to it. I didn't know until after the meal that they had a whole back section that would have been a lot better of an experience for them. They have a lot of tables and room back there whereas the front is either a bar, one table, or more a a lounge set up. There is also a outdoor area, but it had been a bit windy and sprinkling throughout the day so that isn't an option. I've done the Frenchified burger and the chile burger. Both times i opted for the fries over the chips and feel like I need to try the chips. Burger comes with two patties, a great bun, than the rest is up to you on which you choose. The fries are what I would consider shoe string fries, but maybe slightly thicker. I'm usually not a fan of shoestring fries, but I polished them off easily both times. My parents and aunt are harder to please. They like ingredients that speak for themselves and don't like too much sauces. All 3 of them really enjoyed it and I'm sure they will all be back. They have been looking for a good burger in Reno and I think this was it for them.

The owner of Ruby Shake Shop routinely parks his Audi in the limited public street parking spaces along South Virginia Street directly in front of Raising Cane's, Ike's Love & Sandwiches, and the surrounding businesses. Anyone familiar with this area knows parking can already be difficult, especially during peak hours when people are trying to grab lunch, pick up an order, or make a quick stop. What makes this particularly frustrating is that these spaces appear to be occupied for extended periods of time, often throughout the day, by someone who owns and operates a nearby business. Public street parking in a busy commercial corridor is a shared resource intended to serve customers and visitors, not to function as a personal parking space for a single business owner. This review is not a reflection of the products or service at Ruby Shake Shop. It is simply feedback regarding what appears to be an extremely inconsiderate use of limited public parking in an area where parking availability already impacts customers and neighboring businesses.

We found parking right away. We noticed the large banner outside touting best burgers. Was craving fish and chips, buttttt decided to go with a burger. Ricardo was our server.. we were greeted as we were stepping through the door. Told to take a seat anywhere. Ricardo recommended "any" burger with a smile. I asked whether I should order onion rings or fries, he said order the Texas Toothpicks.. Combo of beer battered onions and jalapeños. Ok let's do this. Richard's must have checked in on us 5-7 times during our meal, great service! Actually we had an entire conversation about his service, friendly, efficient, quick, chatty, and gets the order right! Order Bloody Mary served with banana pepper, green olive and lime.. no salted rim, which is fine, missing salty component for me BECAUSE I LIKE SALT... Drink was GOOD. Bloody Mary and Corona brought icy cold within two minutes. Jalapeno burger and fries son loved his burger! Son felt his burger had appropriate amount of salt and great char crusting. Garlic butter burger and Texas Toothpicks which is beer battered onions and jalapeños. In my opinion this burger starts with the bread.. Delicious soft bun that actually fits the patty. The patty had a nice sear on it, it was under seasoned and almost well done. The burger was lacking salt component to complement the garlic. Had the burger been seasoned, and had I have ordered it medium rare, (my mistake) it would have been really good. The burger did come without condiments which I appreciate because I can put my own in appropriate amounts to my liking. I added a pinch of salt, no complaining and we were good to go! I didn't even eat 1/4 of my food! The burgers and portions were HUGE!! The Texas Toothpicks were really good, a good fry was achieved on them. They held up to being dipped in ranch. 1/2 order hot wings and fries The wings were ordered breaded and hot. They had a good crisp, and were fried appropriately! Good amount of salt. The fries were served super crispy, piping hot and perfectly salted. The order came with carrots and celery without having to ask. Ranch.. Ranch is a serious condiment in our household with food like this. It was good. An appropriate amount was served with wings, and of course for us fries and ranch go hand in hand. The restaurant was clean, all staff was friendly and great service!!!
