The food is good. But it was not a good day today. I went in the little girl seem to be having a bad day today she put the cup down like she was forced to speak to me. I ordered and then asked all dressing in the burger to be placed on the side. Not on the burger. She understood. And then someone else behind me orders . So I wait and wait while they get their food before me and still wait after then I ask the little girl if it was almost done and she says 5 minutes. I ask her to ask him cause she just didn't care to ask him.. and then the food comes out. With dressing on the burger.. waited 20 minutes for my order to be done wrong. And then I show her the dressing and she says that's not dressing. I was like then what is this then on the burger they both said it's not dressing. I asked for refund and walked out.. read more

We need more place like Burger Point the people working there are very kind. The biggest plus to this place is that they have SWEET POTATO FRIES IN South Gate/Huntington Park and they were delicious. We randomly came across this place on Yelp and so glad we did! The food here was so good! I got the cheeseburger and added bacon and my boyfriend got the mushroom burger. We both loved our food! The Cajun fries were delicious, especially with the sauce they provided! The service was great! She was super friendly and helpful when we were looking at the menu and made sure we had everything we needed! The tables were very clean too! Great tasting burgers but pricy. I asked for a side of ranch when they gave me my order and they wanted to charge me extra. Really?! After I spent $30.00+ on 2 burgers and fries? I came across this place today when I went to get some water, it's right next door. I decided to give it a try. Ran into this new spot on my way home and decided to give it a try, and was glad to have given Burger Point a chance. The food is a little more pricey then most local places, but you get what you pay for, the patty is nice and juicy and all the ingredients taste fresh with enough to get people with big appetites such as myself, full and satisfied. They don't just have your average cheeseburgers, but have a good variety of burgers to try from like the BBQ burger, Mushroom burger, Avocado burger, and Original or Hot Chicken burgers all of which are worth a try! My personal go to order is the honey BBQ burger with a side of spicy cajun fries that gives you a savory combination between sweet and spicy that hits the spot every time. 10/10 would recommend giving Burger Point a chance!!! read more

So I barely go out to eat but the times I do like fast food places the prices are pretty good for what you get. I saw this place and decided to check it out to see what's up. The look of the place is generic something you would see in a movie. The person at the register seemed to nervous like he was intimidated by my presence. I ordered what I wanted which was a burger, fries and a drink. Then I saw the price 30$ dollars!!!!. I wanted to leave but I felt bad so I paid for it anyways hoping the taste will be worth it. I noticed how cheap the materials are for when you get your food. Also the drink was listed as Lemonade they made but this taste like Minute Maid but anyway. First off the fries were dry and flimsy. The burger was soggy and the sauces taste nasty. I left super disappointed don't ever come here especially since its expensive. Go to other places not here it's not worth the money neither the taste. Update I was in the hospital yesterday because my stomach started to hurt so I went to the hospital turns out I got food poisoning.
